SPECIAL ABILITIES
Alchemy (Su) Shalani can create extracts, bombs, and mutagens with an alchemical kit. When she creates an alchemical item, she gains a competence bonus equal to her alchemist level of the craft check. She can use craft (alchemy) to identify magic potions as if by the spell detect magic.
Bloodline Arcana Whenever she casts spells that deal energy damage, Shalani can substitute fire energy for the normal type of energy.
Bomb (Su) Shalani can use 10 bombs per day, a ranged attack as a standard action, dealing 5d6+1 fire damage as a splash weapon with a 20 ft range. Those caught in the splash may attempt a reflex save to halve splash damage from 6 to 3 fire damage (DC 15).
Discoveries (Su)
Concentrate Poison: Shalani can combine two doses of poison to increase its effect. The poison's frequency is extended by 50% and the save DC increases by +2. The poison must be used within one hour of concentration or is ruined.
Explosive Bomb: Shalani's bombs now have a splash radius of 10 feet instead of 5 feet. Direct-hit creatures catch fire, taking 1d6 fire damage each round until extinguished.
Precise Bombs: Whenever Shalani throws a bomb, she can select one space the bomb does not affect. If the bomb misses, the space is affected as normal.
Sticky Poison: Shalani's crafted poisons are sticky. When applied to a weapon, the poison remains for a number of strikes equal to her Intelligence modifier.
Elemental Blast (Sp) Shalani can unleash a blast of fire as a standard action once per day. The 20-foot burst deals 9d6 fire damage. (Reflex DC 20) for half damage. Those caught within the blast and failing the saving throws are vulnerable to fire until the end of Shalani's next turn.
Elemental Ray (Sp) Shalani can unleash a ray of fire as a standard action 9 times per day, targetting a foe within 30 feet with a ranged touch attack that inflicts 1d6+4 fire damage.
Elemental Resistance (Sp) Shalani has fire resistance 20.
Mutagen (Su) Shalani can brew a mutagen to enhance one of her physical ability scores, +2 Strength and -2 Intelligence, +2 Dexterity and -2 Wisdom, or +2 Constitution and -2 Charisma, for one hour.
