As Goldtooth climbs the ladder, Druaga takes another opportunity to hinder her opponent.

Dhane continues to make his way through the crowd towards his quarry.

Goldtooth grins as she spots her closest prey and shatters the skylight!

Raijan casually sidesteps the shower of glass and lunges out for his quarry once more.

I don't actually mind hurting poisoning murderers. I'll accept a surrender though

Yes you did but the woman shows no pain at all and is grinning madly like the Joker.
It's now DT at the ladder after the skylight shatters.

Druaga with quick agile movements acoids the flying glass and attempts to blind the woman who dodges it as well.

Raijan somehow weaves his body around the flying glass and slashes an even bigger wound on her. Her grim resembles a loon and it may unsettle lesser beings.

I moved Dhane since I didn't do so on Dru's turn

Therin holds his hand up and shoots flame at the escaping Goldtooth.

Goldtooth curses at all of you having dodged the spray of fire. She shows no sign of being burnt at all.
She attempts to Stab Raijan with her discolored blades.....and being on the ladder is precarious enough.......

Raijan clutches one hand to his side, blood bubbling up between his fingers in a way he finds disconcerting.

Time to finish this.

You know you could just surrender, if you wanted, otherwise, his eyes harden, you won't survive this.

Raijan takes a pained step to the side, and lunges once more for the assassin with blade and beak.

Oh, they're still on the ladder! I was going to grab her so that she could be questioned. If I can grab her, I'll do the "grab her" option. If she's too high up, I'll throw my little ring.

She sneers at the Tengu, scenting a kill and unwilling to give up what she sees as an advantage. She dodges the wounded Tengu's pained movements, the figment's attemps and Dhane's ring!

She grins and readies to stab Raijan once more. Her strike could mean Raijan's last!

Therin touches Raijan and closes his wounds.

Dhane looks for an alternate route to the top of the ladder and starts to free-hand climb.

Climb: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20

The ladder must be against a building or something. I'm going to try to climb to the top of it, not using the ladder so I can assist Raijan. Double move.

It seems desperate measures requires desperate methods.
Therin finds purchase in the wall and begins climbing, making it up swiftly though it seems he rushed his climbing.

Druaga once more fails to make any headway against the party's wily foe while Raijan comes up short.

This includes +1 for higher ground and +2 for flanking. I'm assuming I have higher ground as she's on the ladder and I assume I can flank with Raijan?

Those rolls are horrible. Assume you're now doing ledge fighting, Dhane. Same level as goldtooth with Raijan on the ladder.

Somehow the fates must have being against the party for despite the overwhelming series of attacks, only Raijan manages to get his beak into her. She grins and swipes right back at him!

Her blade hits empty air as well.

Zeeva calls out, her voice taking a different Timbre but for a moment!
"Drop your weapon!"

A surprised Goldtooth does as her hand releases the weapon, sending it clattering it to the ground.
"Now take her!" Zeeva all but screams!

Raijan lashes out with his empty hand to grab Goldtooth's dagger. I've had quite enough of that!, spins it out of her reach and slashes again with his own blade.

Desppite Druaga failing to distract Goldtooth, both Raijan and Dhane makes sure to end her...as both their blades crash into her, jarring at a stop as their blades meet. She however manages to avoid's Dhane's bigger weapon, creating an illusion of both blades entering her body.

She considers a moment and nods though with Raijan's blade in her guts, it makes it painful for her obviously.
"I yield! Guess I got to show hand this time eh? I trust you'll be merciful?"

Aye...we shall show mercy...as long as there is no trickery or such nonsense...understand?

No reason to assume she's in league with the leaders of this city

"Speak." Zeeva commands her coldly as you bring down your captive.
