Idris and Ama make short work of the slug like creatures. It explodes in a disgusting wave of pus, covering both of them.

Fish and Axe make short work of the other slug and it also explodes in a disgusting wave of pus.

Fort save DC 12 for Axe, Fish, Idris and Ama.

Nagbur distributes temporary hit points to Axe and himself. He then tries to heal Axe but nothing happens. The spell seems to work fine and the health seems to be drawn from the earth but it doesn't have any effect on Axe.

So just to clarify, the THP took but the normal healing was blocked? Does Stinky get any sensation as to what might have gone wrong? If it matters, do note Collective Healing is a Supernatural ability, not a spell.

Also, I need to know how many hit die the slug had, please. Through Exquisite Agony, Stinky picks up some temporary power based on that value.

@Nagbur The THP took normally, yes. The natural ability worked and you took health from the earth but Axe didn't heal. You have no clue as to what it might be. But if you look at the battlefield and my description you could decipher it. The slugs have 27hp.
@Axe Sorry! Misread that! The slug still lives.

Attack:
Almalik's fire seems to do the job and slowly cooks the slug.

Bookie & knights:
Bookie makes another portal appears on the battlefield and another slug moves out onto the stage. Both the knights remain motionless beside bookie.

Summons:
The yellow slug opens its mouth and a 15 foot cone of putrid gas towards Fish. The red slug does the same and engulfs Idris and Ama after taking a step back. DC 12 reflex save for half damage.

The golem being hurt by Axe tries to hit him again. Both of the attacks miss him as Axe dances aside easily.

Goatlike creature:
The flying ugly goat flies closer to the group and flies a little higher than before.

Yipe! I didn't mean for you to reveal the actual HP, I know you don't like to share that. I only need to know the number of hit dice. Like for example a Giant Slug is listed as 12d8+48 so you would just say twelve. I know that's not the right number for these, of course. At 27HP I'd guess maybe three?

Careful! Nagbur urgently thinks at the rest of the crew. Heals no be working right!

Turning his attention to one of the new arrivals, Nagbur tries to pull it into his Collective.

He still has a slot open so Unwilling Participant again, on the red slug this time. DC 18 Will save or it gets sucked into the Collective.

Also, he's going to try drawing a hit point of healing from the earth and sending it to Axe again.

@Nagbur lol. The hit dice of the creature: 5. Read your text wrong :S But you already knew the health of the creature was below 30, the first attack that killed one ;)

Almalik casts protection from evil on Axe who swings and hits the golem, breaking some of the bones. Nagbur forces the red slug in the collective and tries to heal Axe again, which fails. The only thing the slug thinks is.
Attack... Attack... Attack...

Fish continues to batter at the slug, hitting it again. Ama makes two quick slices at the slug and cuts it open revealing gooey green slime inside. The slug bulges and explodes in a cloud of pus. Reflex save DC 12

Bookie"
Bookie raises his hands in the air and a large portal opens in front of him, another bone golem steps out. The bone golem slowly trudges forward and ends up next to Ama.

Slugs:
The slug north of Ama moves south and engulfs Ama and Idris in a cloud of putrid gas. The slug between Fish and Axe swings out with sharp claws at Fish, the creature being very slow it misses both attacks.
Ref save DC 12 for Ama and Idris

Bone Golem(s):
The bone golem standing next to Axe raises up a large boney fist and slams down. Axe easily evades both attacks.
PfE doesn't work against the golem. It is a summoned creature but not evil.

Ugly flying goat:
The creature in the air remains where he is, hovering whilst looking out over the battlefield.

Environment:
The fire keeps spreading rapidly and has now set the web on fire. The land is turning to ashes at a quick pace.

Around you:
A loud crash takes your eyes away from your own fight. Two rocks the size of small mountains just appeared out of nowhere on the other end of the clearing. The clearing itself has seen better times. A lot of fires have spread and parts of the forest surrounding you also have caught fire. A burning treant tries to swat away small indistinguishable creatures as large flaming rocks fly over the clearing towards the king, who in turn calls down bolts of lightning from the sky.

Ama circles the bone golem, trying to avoid attacks from it and the slug she moves away from. She ends up flanking the golem with Idris and swings her nodachi at it.

Axe stands around idly, staring at the bone golem.
I'm asking for a faster pace in game and you only post OOC without anyone going for the bone golem... Next time your turn will be skipped.

Fish whacks the slug in the face, the creature giving off a grunt. Idris finishes off the slug with a few precise punches.

Ama starts hitting away at the bone golem, doing some damage to the creature. Nagbur tries to pull the slug into the collective but fails this time.

Sorry for the reaction but I was fairly annoyed this morning. The pace is picking up, compliments, and that ooc comment annoyed me because it slows things down again. I hope to keep the pace up! I don't want to drive anyone away with stupid placed comments...

Sorry, was hoping either Ama or Almalik's hit could be the edge to finish off the wounded golem as bookie has been left alone too long! As hard as that thing hits, you can understand why I don't want to risk an AoO from it!

Axe's gives it his all to finish off the bone golem, then hopefully head towards the strange foe!

We are now going into phase 2!

Attack:
Axe brings down his axe on the bone golem next to him and finishes it. In a rush of bones and dust the giant creature collapses. He rushes forward towards the edge of the thick web Almalik cast earlier.

Almalik steers his fiery globe to the other bone golem, starting to slowly burn it.

Bookie:
Bookie casts a spell and the web spell vanishes out of thin air, he moves away from the fire to the other side of the field so as to not catch fire.

Knights:
The knights suddenly jump into motion. The red one flies through the air towards Axe and slams down a greatsword on him. His extra health from Nagbur vanishes and he feels the metal bite his skin. The second one also shoots forward with its greatsword, aimed at Axe. Axe sees the sword come and manages to dodge the attack just in time.

Summons:
The slug next to Fish tries another set of attacks but all of them have the same effect as before. The attack bounce off of the ward Almalik put up earlier. The other two remaining slugs attack Ama and Idris, their shard claws clawing for flesh. Both the slugs manage to hit a single time.

The bone golem keeps his focus on Ama and makes two more slams. Both attacks miss her, the last one she only manages to just dodge.

Goat:
The flying goat hovers lazilly towards Axe and stop in between Axe and Fish. The creatures starts beating his wings more strongly and a fetid cloud the color of rot is released into the air.

Ow., Axe thinks before the gas comes.

Fort: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24

On the map, the things aren't adjacent to me and nothing showed that they had reach, so I'm assuming I can move to bookie without provoking AoO's. If that is wrong though, I'll do something different, so spoiler options!

Axe moving does not provoke from Red & Blue knights:

Holding his breath, Axe continues onto his quarry, swinging once at the wizardy villain!

Huh... huh... huh... he said "fart"...

Nagbur frowns as he feels his mental "grab" for the slug slide off, and then groans as he sees some of his friends moving further away. With a growled curse in some guttural language, he runs forward to keep them in range, abandoning the cover of the bush.

A wash of reflected pain from Axe hits, and he reaches out mentally to support him.

The map is correct, they have reach. The sheet I a bit messy and wrote down only what the special ability did...

Idris punches at the bone golem, hitting it twice and dislodging some bones with his attacks. Moments later he receives protection from evil from Almalik. He himself keeps slowly burning the bones, turning them very brittle.

Fish rushes forward towards the knights in a fit of rage.
Placed you one back so you don't provoke. With a 5 foot step you can step in next turn without a loss!

No worries, GM, I'd figure I'd have to do some replacement of the avatar.

And thanks Stinks! Either this will be Axe's last hurrah or his glorious battle, but in either case, you're keeping him going!

@Stink/Ama: Do either of you have an ability to take PP from people? I have a few I am not using since Axe isn't smart enough to know what to do with them.

Hey, leave off that "last hurrah" stuff, you're not dead yet!

That said, you lot hurry up and finish off these baddies. With healing not working right (for some reason which eludes me) and Stinky running ever-lower on juice, we may be in hot water soon if he can't suck some more slugs dry.

Axe, there are a couple of Vitalist powers that drain PP from other people, but they start at 4th (magic) Level and aren't anything Stinky could use on Axe even if he could access them. Maybe Ama?

Oh... and you're welcome for the healing. I just wish I was better at it; "healer" isn't a common role for me and I'm still learning.
