When we get there, apparently it's going to be up to geralt if we want to use the heal skill, because he has the highest wis at 12. Apparently heal is a wisdom based skill, since as we all know, doctors aren't educated.

Don't worry, I'm sure Snacko's watched enough action movies and played enough video games to cover that field, too.

See, Devic strikes me as a S.T.A.L.K.E.R fan. Fallout too of course. So, if we need to repair our chainsaws and high tech sledgehammers, give her a pool cue and we should be good to go.

That makes me wonder how much more terrifying Jack the Ripper must have been in this universe.

I might have recommended someone else, but the others look too human, and geniekin are native outsiders, so realistic likeness wouldn't work. And Devic herself is, well... Master splinter.

Sorry… investigation is really tough in PBP, and I haven't been posting much as a result. It's really not up Yelis's alley. (Also, realized Command isn't even on the Sorc list. Could we just make Sleep a single-target spell for the purpose of a mapless game?)

Well, that's why I recommended the plan I did. Yelis can help give a disguise, and maybe feed lines to our volunteer for bait, others like Geralt and Devic can tail him unseen (hopefully), others can keep track of him, etc...

Edit: Also I figured it would be an eventful decision.

Edit x2: Why sleep instead of hold person? No need for adjusting, and actually works in three levels from now.

Good point. Poor sleep is really only good for, maybe two levels in most games. :/

Well, Skjor has the Cha to bluff and disguise reasonably well, disguise is one of the rare skills that taking 20 on works well for. What spells do we have available? After being a bit nosy, I see Skjor has Ventriloquism and ghost sound, perfect for a lure.

So, I can disguise either myself or somebody else, and help set the atmosphere. Maybe throw my voice so it comes from a trashcan!

Oh yeah, doy. Still, the other things I mentioned? You said Yelis is good at tricking people, after all. More nosing around, I see he also has Ghost sound. And silent image. Both of which you can try, alongside the RP potential of "Tell amish guy how to act more weak and easily kidnapped."

Honestly, I'm most wondering how Devic will help here, planning stages aside. Seriously, maybe hide nearby? All my class features are "make weapon/explosive" or "use weapon/explosive" right now.

to let everyone know both Ammon and i are fine with him being used as bait, problem being he doesn't stealth or hide...his only armor is the big clunky suit of metal he wears like a tux and his only weapon being an equally large hunk of metal

My bad, my town just had the worst snowstorm in our history, 33 inches. My internets been on and off but I finally got it working again, let me just say that I hate the snow...

I don't have disguise but just in case, taking a twenty would give me a flat twenty and with a mote of time used I could get anywhere from 21 to 24

The reason I picked Ammon and/or Skjor to disguise themselves is because I thought at the time that you couldn't disguise as a different creature type. I think I was wrong though, since the skill doesn't mention that.

Yelis will just be a +4 on his disguise modifier, since he's lacking the usual +20 he gets.

We should probably pick one or two people to disguise. Aid another would be pretty solid right now.

Edit: Actually, here's some fun facts I just noticed.

1. Devic has the best AC without armor at 18. At least with Mutagen. Not the most consistent thing though.

2. Already small and weak.

3. Turns out, any of us would get the same theoretical disguise score.

3. Nah- Devic being small would impose an additional penalty.

Technically, geniekin, as well as tieflings and aasimar can be small. The base race that the native outsider is based off of affects the size of the creature.

Medium Human is the base default, and the only PFS legal version, as far as I know.

Yea, the reason I didn't give advice to Geralt or Ramiel was because I really didn't know what either class can do, being third party and all.

I didn't build for subterfuge anyway.

New questions. I was creating a character sheet for Devic in mythweavers, and I thought of two things.

1. Are we using the modern firearms listings? I originally just copypasted stats from a revolver without really going over it.

2. And in general: I have 1 skill rank I haven't assigned yet. I'm open to ideas. I'm thinking Knowledge Nature? Would be helpful.
