Done and done! I kind of figured that's where things were going. :-)

As for the bloodline: It is PFS legal.

In general with Paizo content, PFS says what is not legal from a given book. It may eliminate spells, gear, or archetypes. Common reasons for banning things in PFS:
1) Crafting / money imbalance
2) Evil
3) Requires GM approval or participation

Happy NeW Year. I have been in bed the past few days fighting off a cold and catching up on Star Trek Voyager. I think it is my favorite of the Trekkie series.

Sorry for the drop in communication. If I wasn't driving for the past two weeks I was under family obligation. If I wasn't under obligation I was prepping for church or a party. If I wasn't prepping I was sleeping. I'm not quite sure what all happened for these past two weeks, but I'm back again.

Is this a worthwhile feat to take?

Spirit’s Gift
REPORT AD
You commune with a spirit of your choice, and it grants your animal companion or familiar a boon.

Prerequisite(s): Animal companion class feature or familiar class feature.

Benefit: At the start of the day, you can choose to commune with a single shaman spirit. (Although a shaman would need an hour of preparation, this takes you no time.) Once during the next 24 hours, you can spend a standard action to grant your animal companion or familiar that shaman spirit’s spirit animal ability for 1 minute per level in the class that grants your animal companion or familiar.

I couldn't say without knowing more about shaman spirit animal abilities.

Heavens is entertaining, but the fact that you can switch it is what makes it potentially worthwhile. Still, standard action on your part for a few minute, minor buff, doesn't really seem worth the feat.

I believe that is the case. Unconscious dude is trapped in the middle, you and Cyrene are "swarmed".

It's a pretty complex situation! Multiple round illusions + swarm + civilian rescue. I like the encounter quite a bit! :-)

Yep, you've got the right of it. As far as trying to cast spells while in the swarm the check will be 10+the damage dealt+ the spell level.

New Feat from new splat book

Tribal Hunter (Combat, Teamwork)
You are trained to take down large prey as part of a group.
Prerequisite: Animal Affinity.
Benefit: When either you or an ally with this feat is
adjacent to and flanking an opponent that is larger than
either of you, you both are considered to be f lanking the
opponent as long as you remain adjacent to it.
Normal: You must be positioned opposite an ally to
f lank an opponent.

That feat is a great capstone for Outflank and Paired Opportunists. Flanking while adjacent unlocks the following sequence:
Crit (from either) provokes AoO.
AoO from 1 triggers AoO for 2.
AoO from 2 triggers AoO for 1.

It's what I've been building toward with Dissa for the whole party.

Go for it!

Favored Animal Focus

Your companion is unusually comfortable wearing another
(metaphorical) skin.
Prerequisites: Animal companion class feature, animal
focus class feature.

Benefits: Choose one animal focus. When you apply
that animal focus to your animal companion, the benefits
increase by one step. For example, if you are 6th level
and choose the bear animal focus, then when you apply
the animal focus to your animal companion, it gains a
+4 enhancement bonus to Constitution instead of +2.
If you are 15th level or higher, when you apply your chosen
animal focus to your companion, it gains the corresponding
ability listed below.
Bat: The range of the animal companion’s blindsense
increases by 20 feet.
Bear: The animal companion’s Constitution bonus
increases to +8.
Bull:

Init +3; Senses low-light vision, scent; Perception +8 ————— Defense ————— AC 19, touch 13, flat-footed 16 (+3 Dex, +6 natural) hp 31 (5d8+9) Fort +4, Ref +7, Will +3 Defensive Abilities evasion ————— Offense ————— Speed 30 ft. Melee bite +7 (1d8+4)

Would a dire collar be something worth buying?

It's a neat item, but I don't see much benefit to using it except for the gained reach. Because it hits her with an Enlarge Person spell she'll have a net gain of +0 atk, +1 dmg, and -2 AC. And with Kontha growing to Large next level you have to remember that she'll be getting into the Huge category, which may cause spacing problems. Just some things to think about.

Since we are doing a teamwork thing, I would recommend you look at Improved Outflank. I plan to take it for Dissas next feat. It is pretty amazing:

Prerequisite(s): Outflank, base attack bonus +6.

Benefit(s): Whenever you and an ally who also has this feat are threatening the same foe, you are considered to be flanking that foe if you are adjacent to an unoccupied square from which you would be able to flank the foe with your ally.

Normal: You must be positioned opposite an ally to flank an opponent
