"Alright, we have a bigger toad to deal with than this marquis wanna-be. From the look of the puddle running down his leg, I think he understands his place better. Shall we check in on the other 'faithful'? "

If there was no need to heal the other captives, Hugo will just see if Ursus is still in need of healing. 3 taps with clw wand to get patched up .
3xclw: 3d8 + 3 ⇒ (4, 2, 5) + 3 = 14

The doors swing inward easily revealing a room with many pews and a pulpit...
The double doors are unlocked and swing open silently—opening a door in the shrine uses up 5 feet of movement. If not held open, a door swings closed after 1 round.
The rotted pews, the collapsed pulpit, and the giant Sihedron mosaic on the floor indicate that this room once housed Lissalan worshipers. A circular door set in the northern end of the eastern wall has no apparent handles or hinges, though an obviously magical key hole lies in the center of the door. Stone double doors also rest in the eastern wall, farther south
"Opponents of the faith are not permitted within this sacred site" you have a feeling the knight was prepared for you, and he is yelling this in thassalonian, those who do not know this, just hear something like "Arameth Mershen mershawn hawkth, ob thule sheen drea let la meth altorn!"

Oh..I thought Gina took care of herself with wand of infernal healing. If more than Ursus needed healing, Hugo would have channeled as stated above.
initiative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

No luck on Roll20. It is not supported on ipad and the hotel PC I am using from the road only has IE and that is not supported either. So I am out of luck until I get home Friday. Was hoping to have someone move for me for a couple days but maybe that post was missed. (sorry for the hassle)

Round 1: If nobody gets off a haste, then Blessings of Fervor and move out of reach...walk up the wall (spiderclimbing) if possible. (drawing heavy repeating greyflame crossbow as part of the move). Round 2: Channel if more than one person injured or multiple undead appear. Searing light on knight otherwise. Feel free to adjust if tactics dictate otherwise. I will check back in the morning.( Keep in mind prot evil circle vs saves/ summons/mind ctrl etc for those that were near Hugo)

Davo will begin:
Naturalist: +2 insight AC, Saves, Attacks (21/24 rounds left)
Haste (9 rds) (Everyone but Mersiel)
Gina, she's not a cleric, she's an undead abomination! Spread out and kill it it quickly. And don't bother using positive energy, if you can! This thing interferes with it.
You can recall a tale of a fat clergy, locally known as the Cankleberry tales, involving a fat priest that sat channelling in his duvet to keep the undead hoards at bay, when finally a grave knight rode in and its foul aura caused his gods channell to fail

Man, I hate undead abominations.
Swift action: pull out wand of shield from my spring loaded wrist sheath.
Standard action: Cast shield from the wand.
Free action: Drop the wand.
Move action: Move into the room, adjacent to the knight.
accrobatics: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (12) + 17 = 29

Daxter moves into the room, newly loaned out rod in hand. "Did you not remember the joy you felt in life? The care-free joy of laughter? Here is a reminder."
With rod of Threnodic Spell, Hideous Laughter. Will Save DC 22

Off to bed for me. My next action is to move just east of doorway (until I can see the steed) and Dispel Magic on Steed. If he's on the ground already, hold action instead.
Dispel Check1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25

Seeing the knight go airborn, Hugo will see if Ursus would like to have fly cast upon him.
What is the ceiling height btw? .
Davoliznakamushka

I was going to move up first. I was hoping the door would be clear by the time my turn came around again. If just east of the door doesn't cut it I'd move into the doorway or the room. My apologies on my pacing; I'm still getting the hang of how often to post.

before the second round of initiative another creature appears!
A shade having headed the knights siren call comes through the wall, a specter with hands like sharp talons and eyes of cold blue fire drifts through the wall and attacks the bard!
1d20 + 19 ⇒ (17) + 19 = 36
5d8 ⇒ (4, 1, 2, 2, 3) = 12 (also bleed)
Gina Bateman

Seeing Davoliznakamushka in trouble, Gina reacts.
Free Action: Arcane bond Resilient Sphere
Swift & Standard Action: Cast Resilient Sphere on the shade DC 24.

Sorry if I missed it...I was amazed there were not 50 posts when I came from work. Did Ursus act last round and are we starting round 2 or is this the first full round after surprise? .
Davoliznakamushka
|
We are starting round 2.
Ursus has delayed but some sort of ghost has appeared. It's in the same room as us.
There is still an anti-positive energy aura coming from the graveknight (although, it's pretty far away, so you might be able to affect the shade. The knight is currently in the eaves of the chapel room.
The rogue has attempted to sneak into the room with the knight. Gil is currently blocking the door to keep the knight from lancing Daxter.
The gm is nor currently on roll20

Hugo will cast fly on Ursus, moving to avoid aoo if needed
(I was not sure if that was done round 1 or now. That is why I asked if we were on round 2).
Hugo Victor
|
My intent was to cast fly on him last round and then move to cure the wizard with cure mod this round. If cannot get to him - cast searing light on knight..
Hugo Victor

(Sorry if I missed the response to my action last round. Heading to work for now so will leave it to Ursus as to my action and position this round if I am holding up combat)
