Hi everyone! I totally spaced checking back on this thread, and after nearly a week I think we're almost done. Just finished what seemed like the BBEG, but not sure. Lars will still be 6th for this. SOP is to inspire and let it linger, then inspire hardiness. Can do challenge twice a day, which gives you all +2 to hit when I threaten a target. Great against the lone ranger boss types.

I need a ranged weapon and a way to fly. Does our friendly cleric keep daylight prepped?

I can, I normally do not. Between my darkvision and combat enhancement spells I rarely used it. Plus I prefer to smash undead with my Morningstar. I enjoy the visceral satisfaction and splatter on my face.... But I can prepare a Daylight spell if you like!

We never finalized it..but it seemed everyone was leaning towards a 5 way split.

The total costs are 5,450 for the raise dead and then 2 restorations for the drained levels (1,280 or 4 pp per level).

You can contribute what ever amount you want (if any, it's all voluntary) and I'm sure Clandelve will be thankful for any gp you throw his way

(5,450/5 = 1,090 and 1,280/5= 286)

Shalya paid: 1,090 gp, and 4 PP to restore 1 drained level (which I think it legal as I don't think it says anywhere that you have the spell you buy with prestige cast on yourself)

For those new to playing with me I normally use a predetermined SOP for walking down corridors/opening doors/exploring in game empty rooms to save time
So if you have anything special you want to do in those situations let me know.
To avoid everyone having to weigh in on what they want to do I normally pick the action that someone is doing when I get around to posting unless there are conflicting actions posted..in which case I'll ask for a consensus on what to do if the order of actions matter.

I'll roll initiative for everyone and then group it. When your name shows up in bold you can post your action. Since players can delay I'll assume that the order in which you post is the order in which stuff happens unless you add a line saying that you'll do X after Y happens, or when you ready an action to do something. If you use a readied action, please include any relevant die rolls so I can fit in your action once it happens.

I need a single and double file marching order (so I know whom of you is going to trigger all the traps ;) and the highest perception you have in the group

So far Clandelve's done a great job taking point. He's melee only and likes to charge, which pretty much requires him to be up front. I'd prefer a position somewhere in the front as well, perhaps besides him when we're not walking single file. My perception is +10, and becomes +12 when inside a building or some other kind of urban terrain. (I get another +2 versus humans and evil outsiders.)

Though if others would prefer to take point, I'd be fine with the back row. Considering I now have precise shot to make shooting things a bit easier!

Lars and Charasii should probably know my animal companion's a large constrictor snake. Her name's Akeyra II, and she's named after my previous snake. The first Akeyra died, fighting the same sphinx that killed Clandelve. Akeyra's AC and damage are quite high. If she's near the front, Akeyra can attempt to grapple an enemy before the melee division heads in and kills it off.

I just read this, which I wasn't aware of earlier:

"Each animal companion has different starting sizes, speed, attacks, ability scores, and special qualities. All animal attacks are made using the creature's full base attack bonus unless otherwise noted. Animal attacks add the animal's Strength modifier to the damage roll, unless it is its only attack, in which case it adds 1-1/2 its Strength modifier. Some have special abilities, such as scent. As you gain levels, your animal companion improves as well, usually at 4th or 7th level, in addition to the standard bonuses noted on Table: Animal Companion Base Statistics. Instead of taking the listed benefit at 4th or 7th level, you can instead choose to increase the companion's Dexterity and Constitution by 2."

Meaning Akeyra's attacks are actually more devastating than I thought!^^

Well we have quite the melee wall here. My guy needs to threaten the enemy to be truly useful. I have only one bard level and two utility spells per day.

But with a reach weapon, I'll gladly stay in the second rank and if covered by an ally I can hand out extra goodies via Aid Another as an Order of the Dragon. My Aid only fails on a one, and that extra +3 is something I bet you'll all appreciate, although only one at a time!

Shayla, remember that when you get your second favors enemy, you get to bump one to +4. Could be the new or the first. That extra +2 happen each time you get one.

And it took me awhile to catch on, but your snake shares those bonuses, if you weren't already aware. My ranger has a very powerful wolf AC and the constrictor is another great choice!

EDIT: I guess with cover I might need to roll a 5 to aid. And don't forget the persistent morale bonus against fear and on attacks when charging due to my banner!

Alright so all of my crunch has been updated and my spells prepared. Feel free to check my profile for a list of spells and abilities. I didn't list all of my equipment, only the magical and special stuff.

As for Daylight- I didn't memorize it but I am an Aasimar so I can cast it once per day. I have mostly combat and defensive spells prepared. I spontaneously cast cure so everything except domain spells can be converted.

How many of us carry shields? I have the channeled shield wall feat and want to make sure it will be useful.

Alright, so decisions need to be made. Lars would benefit a little from the items, but others would get more.

My armor is +1 and I have a +1 amulet and cloak. My vote is for Clandelve to use the armor and Charasi the amulet since they get into melee a lot.

Clandelve is using his belt slot, so Con belt is out for him.

Shayla seems to have +1 BP and amulet already too. So the armor appears to help Clandelve the most.

The headband and bracers would go to Archibald in my view unless he already has a headband. No one else benefits from the bracers though.

As for Str and Con belts I think it's up to Shayla and Charasi to pick. If there's a belt left over I'll use either one.

I like these suggestions. I could take the armor and everyone else pick something that would benefit them. I'll likely benefit most from the armor, I agree.

I'm already sporting a headband if anybody else could put it to use. With my wand of mage armor the bracers wont do much for me either, but they never did a chap any harm. I can sell them come the adventuress end.

@Twigs; Just to be absolutely clear (because I think you know this already, but since you specially mention selling them); you are aware that since this is for PFS you will sell everything you find during the adventure and get X amount of money in return (which you can then use to buy some of the stuff you found or other stuff) and can't keep anything you find during the adventure?

So that leaves:

cloak of resistance +2 (clandelve to offset his negative lvl)
headband of intellect +2 (lars?)
amulet of natural armor +1 (shayla?)
belt of con +2 (clandelve to offset his negative lvl and loss of hps due to that?)

I think Charasii wanted the Amulet of Natural Armor. I already wear one anyway.

If Clandelve wants the belt of Con instead that's fine with me, but then I'd like to borrow his personal belt of Str.

Okay, I'll take the breastplate and the cloak. That would leave my own +1 cloak of resistance for someone else to wear.

I think I better keep my own belt of giant str rather than the belt of con. I'm not going to be able to hit anything without the belt due to those negative levels, so someone else take that.
