Melufiuos ascertains the woman is unconscious from serious injury, some healing would probably bring her around. Some of her wounds appear consistent with Koth'Vaul's claws and the dragon's bite. Kalkamedes remains characteristically silent, but does seem somewhat protective, perhaps tender as he stands watch over her.
Ophelia identifies the scabbard as a scabbard of vigor and the box as a phylactery of faithfulness. The hat remains a mystery, at least perhaps until T'kk'tck finishes his Identify extract.
Unfortunately Ophelia doesn't recall ever reading about an extra-planar creature matching Koth'Vaul's description.
The circle that the woman and Kalkamedes stand in is very similar to the other one, but the lines appear more fresh and strong than the ones holding Koth'Vaul.
Koth'Vaul laughs heartily at Quiella's threat, "If you think you can destroy me, please enter the circle. I may even play with you for a few moments before I crush you like the insignificant vermin you are."
It seems somewhat evident that Koth'Vaul is probably too powerful for the group to destroy at their current level of training.

Since T'kk'tck doesn't have any ranks in Spellcraft, I'm unsure if Identify will even work. I'm going to rule in your favor though, since it's just an utility spell.
T'kk'tck's untrained Spellcraft via Identify: 1d20 + 4 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 4 + 10 = 20
T'kk'tck determines the final object is a Hat of Disguise.

"Mr. Clock, are your bombs strong enough to bring this place down on top of moth-ball there?"

Quiella clenches and unclenches her jaw. Her grip tightens on her Glaive and her whole stance looks tense. After a moment she relaxes everywhere. She sets her Glaive on her shoulder.
"Your reckoning is coming. But not today." She spits on the ground. "Mothball."
She turns on her heel and walks over to the other circle. If no one stops her She enters the circle, draws her wand, and taps the woman in the circle with it.

Cutter watches, seeing which way the wind blows...

GM Harker |

I made the requisite checks to figure out the circles for everyone in secret already, T'kk'tck, but unfortunately no one was able to figure them out.
Koth'Vaul merely makes an obscene gesture in response to paladin's words.
Quiella enters the circle freely and approaches the woman. On closer examination her looks are quite striking, almost like an idealized human or elf woman. The first charge from the wand heals some of her wounds, but the severity of them probably requires another healing spell to wake her up. Kalkamedes taps his foot impatiently as he waits besides her.

Quiella taps the woman another time, then taps herself as well.

With the second bout of healing, the woman's eyes finally flutter open and she sits up with a start. As she finally gains a handle on her surroundings, she relaxes a little and smiles gratefully, "Thank you so much for healing me. When I first took refuge in here, I thought it might be the end of me."
Standing up slowly, she regards Kalkamedes and sighs regretfully, "My name is Sulianna the Luminescent, I am a Ghale from the plane of Elysium. I have been hunting demons on your world and heard word of a glabrezu imprisoned by the Thrallkeepers millennia ago. Discovering that the arcane wards keeping him in this place were decaying, I journeyed here to destroy him before he could escape. Unfortunately, the circle was weaker than I anticipated and we battled for days. With the help of his undead dragon, Koth'Vaul almost managed to kill me so I was forced to hide in this circle's protective wards."
"I had used the last of my physical strength to save myself, so I lost consciousness. I did have enough power left to detect the mind of another nearby, this Pathfinder Kalkamedes. I tried to call for help, but I suspect Koth'Vaul poisoned our link which resulted in his current condition."
"Please my heroes, break this circle to free me so that we can send that demon back to abyss and preserve your world from his vile influence."

T'kk'tck eyes the woman.
"I might be forgetting things. The dead lizard and his summons unsettled me a bit. But. But didn't we just do this swoop and twirl a few minutes ago with the not gnome? How do we know she isn't another -" He checks his notes. "- Moth. Ball."
Holding up two claws in a preemptive placatory manner he adds: "I'm not saying she is for certain or that we should automatically leave her to her fate but how do we know?"

"I am inclined to not be trusting either, but Kalkamedes seems to "know" her. Perhaps we give it a shot. And maybe she helps us destroy the demon we know?" Halkale muses.

"Yeah, I agree. Let's set her free." says the young elf to his comrades. To himself, he whispers, "Besides, she's too cute to be evil."
With a quick smile to the gal, Mel pulls out his hand axe and smacks the circle.

GM Harker |

Sulianna does not have an evil aura.
The ghale gives Melufiuos a pleasant enough smile in return as the elf works on destroying the circle with his hand axe. She seems to be completely truthful to her rescuer.
Instead of having Mel make a large number of unnecessary rolls, we'll assume eventually he'll destroy the circle well enough to free her. In case anyone has any objections to this course of actions or wishes to try something else first, I'll wait until later in the day before moving onto the results.

Cutter agrees with Halkale's reasoning and moves to help Mel with his terbutje.

I detect nothing evil about her.
Quiella also moves to help Mel with her Glaive.

GM Harker |

Melufiuos, Cutter, and Quiella set to work breaking the circle and soon Sulianna is able to cross out, with Kalkamedes following her like a lost puppy.
"I'm afraid I'm still too weak to deal directly with Koth'Vaul," she confesses, "but I can grant one of you the ability to send him back to his home plane. It's not a perfect solution, but at least he's off your world."

Quiella steps forward and stomps the butt of her glaive on the floor as she stands at attention. "It would please me very much to throw that moth ball back into his closet."

"What more can you tell us of him?" Ophelia asks, with a glance back towards the demon. "I believe one of our own has angered him, and he may seek retribution." Her dark eyes flick briefly to Mel pointedly.

GM Harker |

Sulianna concentrates for a moment, then lightly touches Quiella."There, I have given you the power to banish him back to Abyss. You only need to get within 30 feet of him to use it. Please don't get so close he has a chance to hurt you." The ghale advises the paladin.
"If my research is correct, he was summoned by the Thrallkeepers thousands of years ago and kept captive for his ability to grant wishes. When all the Thrallkeepers died out after the Earthfall, he remained stuck in the warded circle. Once he is sent back to his home plane, I would venture to guess it would be unlikely he'd spend the time going after any of you, although they are chaotic creatures so I cannot say that for a certainity, sorry. If it's any consolation, it should be difficult for him to leave the Abyss." Sulianna then answers Ophelia's query.

Quiella bows to Sulianna, then makes her way back to the demon.
Once she gets to within about 25 feet of the demon she points her Glaive at him. Get back in the closet where you belong--Moth ball!

Halkale retrieves his rope from the waist of Kalkamedes and then says, "We'd like our friend back please. Is there a way to release this compulsion? He's quite useful to the Pathfinders."

GM Harker |

Quiella closes in on Koth'Vaul's circle and utilizes the power given to her by Sulianna.
"You haven't seen the last of m-." The demon begins to threaten as the circle lights up with arcane energy and sends him presumably back to the Abyss.
To Halkale's query, Sulianna promises, "Yes, I'll get to work on that right away."
The ghaele keeps her vow, and soon Kalkamedes wakes up from his slumber, shocked and perhaps a little ashamed at all the harrowing experiences he put the group through. "Thank you for taking care of this problem, I'm in your debt."
* * *
The return trip to Kalkamedes' cabin goes without incident, with everyone easily retrieving the ropes left at the gorge.
Once safely back, Sulianna departs to Elysium, but promises a favor in return for the group's assistance. Kalkamedes is similarly grateful, offering the gift of his intelligent magical sword Gamin. I'm not sure if anyone brought it along, but you didn't abuse Kalkamedes too much, especially since you healed him from the damage he took from being dragged around the pond.
Lastly, your Venture-Captain Sheila Heidmarch expresses visible relief upon seeing the group return and offers you heartfelt thanks for your patience and hard work.

After the demon disappears, Quiella nods. No. Hopefully I have not seen the last of you.
--
Each time thanks is offered to Quiella she bows and says "It is an honor to aid the society."

so... do we have to buy the sword off of our chronicle sheet or do we each just get one? Either way, it will be sized correctly for us, right?
