Jenya takes a closer look at the area to make sure she didn't miss anything but comes up with nothing.

As you move further down the sewers you eventually (after 650 ft) come to a T-section. On the other side there is what looks like a small cave-in.

A natural cleft in the rocky soil breaches the sewer wall and rises gently to the north. Heaps of stranded organic material and garbage litter the opening, from which emanates a pungent stink even stronger than the complex’s already unpleasant odor.

The natural cleft seems to lead further and the sewer tunnel leads further to the west till it reaches a crossing. Your instructions indicate that you'd need to take the north corridor and then you would be very close to your destination

Scarab Sages

I think you mean to follow the instructions on the map, right?

Following the instructions you come to a tunnel that leads up to a set of stairs, before ending at a set of double doors

Evad realizing you are getting close to the part where the instructions mention traps takes a closer look around to indeed find a trap. You didn't receive any instruction on how to disable it though..best you can tell is that it will send some projectile your way as soon as you try to cross a certain point

With a little effort you are able to open the doors and see;

Past the stone door, the coarse brick of the sewers gives way to cut stone block construction with corbeled arch ceilings that peak at a height of ten feet. Sturdy wooden doors line the walls, though years of mildewed neglect have eaten away at the facades.

When you inspect the doors you come across 4 locked doors, the other ones open easily to reveal a small cramped empty cell.

At a T-crossing there's a side corridor that leads to the west and ends at a set of stairs going down into what looks like a large room.

Evad notices something about the floor of the next room

The few furnishings in this large chamber are restricted to racks, iron maidens, and other implements of torture. Near the center of the room a massive table with manacles hanging from each corner bears testament to grisly interrogations, and nearby a pair of wooden tubs stand empty, their contents long since evaporated. Against the north wall stand several empty racks and hooks for holding weapons or tools; the implements that once hung there are now scattered in disarray across the floor. A short series of steps near the eastern wall leads to the
only exit.

since you'd find this out the first time someone would go around walking and I'd have to ret-con some actions it's easier to tell you before hand even though you get some advance warning:

Evad notices something about the floor of the next room

Hazard: The scattered knives, spikes, and torture implements make navigating the room very dangerous.
Whenever a creature moves more than 10 feet in one round in area B5, there is a 50% chance (75% chance if the creature cannot see) that the creature steps on one of the sharp tools. Treat this like moving through an area scattered with caltrops, but any creature damaged by the knives also contracts filth fever (Fortitude DC 13 negates).
Moving at half speed allows a creature to avoid the hazard entirely.

In the room is also; grimacing like a maniac, a lean little bat-eared horror displays a mouth full of needle-like teeth and glowing, orange eyes wearing a purple robe and holding a short sword.

Next to her is a hideous octopus, its thin, hook-lined tentacles connected by a fleshy web.

Have no idea the mechanics of this but hoping that even if the attack doesn't hit the burning will provide some illumination for a round?

Scarab Sages

Evad remembering where the darkmantle was before it got dark manages to stumble through the dark without getting hit while calling down some blessing on his fists.

Haro when he sees Jenya pull out a flask of alchemist fire decides to wait a bit before moving
(otherwise he''d be in the splash _ I'll assume he delayed a bit)

Mechanical it doesn't provide enough light, the darkness blacks out any "normal"/non-magical light which includes the fire (also other fires like torches and stuff) and magical light sources of it's lvl or lower

Jenya then throws the flask into the center of the darkness as indicated by Therbin but unable to see the target herself it sails past and lands on the floor splashing some fire over the hovering darkmantle and singing it's tentacles a bit.

Haro then moves forward and attacks the darkmantle Unless you can explain to me how you manage to attack twice when you have to move 10ft, I'm going to go with you only making 1 attack , the quarterstaff doesn't give you reach hitting it in the side of it's rubbery body

In return the darkmantle flutters upwards a bit and tries to envelop Haro's head
To hit flatfooted AC Haro with an extra -2 penalty: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
Haro can feel the tentacles slides down the sides of his face as the leathery skin envelops his head

I'm assuming the rat is hiding behind the table and I have no shot and that I'm able to move down the stairs without the movement restrictions. If I'm wrong on either, I'll take a shot and/or stop at the bottom of the stairs.

"Nice shot Jenya. I'm not sure how you managed to miss Haro, but I'm glad."

Therbin moves into the room carefully while tranferring some of his power to his bow and gets ready to shoot the rat if he sticks his head out.use arcane pool

Attack: 1d20 + 4 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 + 1 - 4 = 16 assuming it still has cover
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

so now that I have no idea where it is at, I'll have to do something.

Mark double moves and gets on top of the table, while switching to his bastard sword during his moves as part of his moves.

@Therbin; You have a shot at it, it's merrily taking cover..not hiding ..and you can move down the stairs without the penalties

Therbin moves down the stairs and shoots at the gremlin but the little dodgy creature is too hard for him to hit as it's taking cover behind the table (doesn't hit AC)

Mark moves quickly into the room 1d100 ⇒ 91 and very luckily manages to avoid slicing his feet open on the sharp implements on he floor while drawing his sword

Woonsul goes fully on the defensive again

Seeing Evad take care of the centipede the gremlin sends a magic missile his way

Damage Evad: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

move moves 20 feet forward, moving over top of the bed if he has to and tries to swing hit: 3 + 1d20 ⇒ 3 + (15) = 18
dmg: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7 slashing with his bastard sword.

if you need acrobatics to move over the bed, here it is acro: 2 + 1d20 ⇒ 2 + (8) = 10 subtract 4 if the acrobatics involve jumping.

Evad moves toward the bat creature and attempts to smash it.

unarmed strike: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
damage: 1d6 + 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (5) + (3) + 3 = 11

If that's considered a hard corner, I'll go ahead and move one more for an unimpeded attack, risking the danger of the filth fever.
