Hekk tries to dodge a falling cabinet but is struck a glancing blow by one of the fiendish cases as he moves out of the room.
Nanny easily dances out of the way of another toppling bookcase.
Feeling wobbly, Tathane fails to move fast enough to avoid a falling cabinet.
Bot: Tareal makes for the doorway and is struck by tumbling furniture on her way.
Bot: Aryas just barely dodges another falling cabinet as he evacuates the records room.
Moving into the Bile Pit room the heroes are assaulted by dying and panicked mites trapped in the demon’s bile web blindly grasping at anything they can!
Tumble past them, a PC must succeed at a DC 10 Acrobatics check. Or wriggle away from them, a PC must succeed at a DC 12 Escape Artist check.
Bot: Tareal Reflex DC10: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

@Hekk Tarael, Aryas is in the next room. You are next to a downed... Is it a dretch? I think it is a downed dretch. I know. I healed and moved closer to be able to heal him next time. Well in that case no need as battle was over.

Tathane tumbles away from the grasping hands as he heads for the cellar.
Hekk jumps over the doomed mites caught in the demon's bile web.
Nanny tries as she might but gets scratched anyway by the clawing hands.
Tarael tumbles through the demon web room taking some damage from the grasping hands.
BOT: Aryas easily avoids the mite’s hands as he moves into the cellar.
The building shutters again as parts of the roof falls into the water causing the barrels in the flooded cellar to slouch back and forth and roll around. You have to dive under them or toughen your way through towards the exit.
PC must succeed at a DC12 swim check or DC12 Constitution check to avoid taking more damage.
Bot: Aryas Acrobatics DC10: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20

Tathane studies the moving barrels for a moment before realizing that there is no way he can swim under them. Instead, he plows through them.

He tries to toughen his way through towards the exit

Hekk dives under a barrel to avoid it smashing into him.
Nanny gets hit by a wild rolling barrel.
Tathane pushes through two bobbing barrels without a scratch.
Aryas tries to slip past a barrel but it barrels into him leaving a big bruise.
Tarael zigs when she should have zagged running smack dab into a sloshing barrel.
Despite the chaos of spinning bobbing barrels and collapsing building, everyone makes it to the stairs.
As the building shakes and groans, you can hear snapping noises as structural beams are breaking. The precarious stairs leading out of the basement are falling apart. You must tread carefully or grab hold and climb past them!

Hekk slips as he climbs up the stairs sustaining a minor injury in the process.
Nanny deftly hops from step to step avoiding any loose boards.
Tarael follows Nanny step for step without injury.
Aryas sees which steps are still solid as he makes he way up the stairs without incident.
Tathane follows the others up the well worn safe path up the collapsing stairway.
Out of the cellar and into the Kitchen the heroes are confronted by a stream of frenzied rats also scrambling to exit the house before it crumbles completely. To exit the house you must wade through the rats or herd them away as you make your escape from the ominously shaking and crumbling house as parts of the ceiling fall near you filling the air with dust.
Roll a DC10 Knowledge (nature), DC10 Handle Animals, or DC11 Fortitude save to avoid damage.
Hekk - claw damage: 1d3 ⇒ 2

Tathane pauses for a moment at the top of the stairs. Rats! Way too many of them. Unfortunately he has, in the past, dealt enough with rats to learn something of their behavior. Enough, at least, that he can get through this disgusting stream without damage.

"Oh, it's just rats."

Hekk has no patience with the rats and starts wading through them swinging his spear quite ineffectually.

Knowing how to deal with rats, Tathane makes his way through and jumps out the window without a scratch or bite.
Nanny follows Tathane’s example and scampers out of the collapsing building.
Hekk, Aryas, Tarael have more trouble with the mass of rats as they all get bite by the panicking rodents.
Roll a DC10 Knowledge (nature), DC10 Handle Animals, or DC11 Fortitude save to avoid damage.
As the building gives a finale shudder, all the heroes jump clear of the collapsing structure. As the dust settles and the pathfinders count their fingers and toes, they see a pile of debris where the manor once strode.
Counting yourself luck, your group makes its way back to Saringallow and report to Mayor Trinelli turning over the missing records. The mayor congratulates you on your bravery and resourcefulness.
She thanks you for your service to Saringalow and speaks highly of your future in the Pathfinder Society.
This brings the adventure to a close. Thank you for playing all the way through, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed GMing for the group!

Howe about the Down the Blighted Path module since we have been dealing with lots of blight already.

Down the Blighted Path seems to be designed for 5th level characters. I think most of us are not high enough level. I'm open to pretty much any of them. I've GMd/played all of the following in non-PSF mode Crypt, Masks of the Living God, Carrion Hill, The Harrowing, and Dragon's Demand. I'm currently playing Emerald Spire as a PFS game.
