"I shall reload my musket. I expect we may find ourselves in another battle if this lord is stupid and attempts to fight back." Jan mentions simply as he re-loads his rifle with blackpowder and a bullet.

The concerted searching of the pathfinders eventually uncovers a hidden compartment in the floor of the alchemist's shop. In it are a large set of documents containing rather incriminating evidence: Collectively, the documents provide incomplete evidence that the Andares family has colluded with several other noteworthy families to rig local elections and keep each other in important offices. The documents also suggest that Sander Bryton might be involved in helping Tercio Andares to remain a consul in return for similar treatment.
Thalia frowns at the mention of Sander Bryton: That's quite a disappointed, and vey worrying. The corruption has spread further than I thought. Still, I'm convinced my father is the big fish, and Sander Bryton... let's just say the argument for sending aid to the crusade has become a bit more convincing.
Returning to Sauerton with the bound alchemist, Thalia promptly visits Demrick and asks him to arrest Tercio. Fortunately for the pathfinders, the Mayor comes along without resistance. Physical that is, as he gives more than enough verbal resistance to the 'baseless accusations and attempts at defaming him'.
Long after the expedition has returned home, the group learns of the outcome of the trial: the evidence against Tercio was overwhelming. The courts eventually convict him of betraying his oath of office and Common Rule, stripping him of property and position.
Thalia’s unswerving adherence to Common Rule and her role in rooting out corruption cause the judge to favor her request to maintain much of the family’s property with some concessions. Moreover, she donates much of the Andares fortune to the Pathfinder Society.
Congratulations, you have successfully weeded out corruption in the state of Andoran, and secured much-needed aid for the Society and their endeavours in the world wound. Let's hope Demrick gets the wildlife situation under control!
I'll do reporting, and will send out chronicles soon. Thanks all for joining in!

Once she healed herself, Eponine asks, "Anyone else injured?"
Still smoldering. "Um, yes."
Thank you all involved (in particular DM Kludde) for an explosive game. ;)
