Sorry for lack of posts these last few days. Got a rescued cat and it was sick. It's better now that it's on meds and will catch up tonight.

Also, sorry for the lack of post yesterday, when I finally got time to write, the website was down.

Hey, everyone, I was thinking of probably opening up a game for you all. I'm really itching to run a few different APs but was wondering if you all would be interested in any of these.

I've been trying desperately to get my group over to these irl, with me running, but our regular GM and one of the players are not wanting to pick up Pathfinder, what with the new D&D edition being out and wanting that and a group vote that when that game ends we'll go to another persons Fallout game.

So, if you all want, I'll run one of them here for you all. Normally I'd open a thread for this and do regular recruitment, but you all are awesome and I'd love to take you all in, or at the least 4 of you.

I love Reign of Winter, but I wouldn't mind trying the others too.

Would love to be in a game of the Jade Regent. :)

I am running at IRL Rise of the Runelords and playing Jade Regent already. However, I have a lovely character ready for Reign of Winter (was almost done with the first instalment of the AP, but the GM abandonned the game).

Well, I think I'll run Reign of Winter then! And I din't mind if people are in or running a game. I'll get a thread up shortly, everyone here who wishes can jump to it and I'll write up character generation and what not.

I'd be willing to play any of them. I likewise have a Reign of Winter character that was orphaned when the DM left the game. I'd really love the chance to revive her, she's level 3 because he had us start at different levels if I recall, but we hadn't gone too terribly far.

It works, mostly. Some of our players do not post as often as others, which is perfectly fine, they have some serious stuff happening right now.

We all have a good relationship, even as far back as the recruitment thread...which was almost a year ago.

Some how, my character got voted as Mommy for the group.

I'll go back over the attacks again here in a bit but I think that enough lethal damage was done to take him out. Give me a bit.

Yes, I guess he should be actually. I misunderstood the way nonlethal damage works, thinking that when the nonlethal damage equaled your total hp you fell unconscious. Rereading it I see that it is when it reaches your current hp. So, yes, he is unconscious now and probably should have been already for a couple of hits. Sorry guys.

Lol, I could have looked it up but since the writers of the module didn't feel the need to specify and didn't write up a character sheet for him, I thought I'd just be lazy and funny at the same time :D

EDIT: I guess it does say "... his ability to channel energy..." so we'll call that exceptionally lazy.

Channel Energy (Su): Regardless of alignment, any cleric can release a wave of energy by channeling the power of her faith through her holy (or unholy) symbol. This energy can be used to cause or heal damage, depending on the type of energy channeled and the creatures targeted.

A good cleric (or one who worships a good deity) channels positive energy and can choose to deal damage to undead creatures or to heal living creatures. An evil cleric (or one who worships an evil deity) channels negative energy and can choose to deal damage to living creatures or to heal undead creatures. A neutral cleric who worships a neutral deity (or one who is not devoted to a particular deity) must choose whether she channels positive or negative energy. Once this choice is made, it cannot be reversed. This decision also determines whether the cleric casts spontaneous cure or inflict spells (see spontaneous casting).

Channeling energy causes a burst that affects all creatures of one type (either undead or living) in a 30-foot radius centered on the cleric. The amount of damage dealt or healed is equal to 1d6 points of damage plus 1d6 points of damage for every two cleric levels beyond 1st (2d6 at 3rd, 3d6 at 5th, and so on). Creatures that take damage from channeled energy receive a Will save to halve the damage. The DC of this save is equal to 10 + 1/2 the cleric's level + the cleric's Charisma modifier. Creatures healed by channeled energy cannot exceed their maximum hit point total—all excess healing is lost. A cleric may channel energy a number of times per day equal to 3 + her Charisma modifier. This is a standard action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity. A cleric can choose whether or not to include herself in this effect. A cleric must be able to present her holy symbol to use this ability.
