Nice! My girls went as a Hufflepuff (youngest) and some sort of cosplay Anime...horn...thing...person, dude? (oldest) No idea who, I think it was inspired by Black Butler and a few others.
And! The brought be my annual Halloween Coffee Mugs! Yay! New Mugs for my coffee!

I was unsure, regular temporary tattoos have torn up my skin before. I was hoping that since this was designed for the face it would be kinder to my skin. It was a risk I was willing to take, though.

Hope everyone had a fun Halloween - looks like the DM did!
I did, I had an excellent Halloween. It was a great day except for the part where my psycho ex-husband texted me saying, "Happy anniversary exwife." Ugh. (yeah we were married on Halloween.)
That's highly unnecessary. Had I'm at work now but celebrated my son's birthday, went to his school, read them a story, gave out gift bags.
Yeah... Anyway, Happy Birthday to your son!

25, no kids. Also, had a nice Halloween here. Most of the candy is gone even! Probably give the rest to my niece and nephew.
You're telling me. She's getting freaking huge, too. She still wants me to pick her up and carry her around at times and I can only just barely still do it with my back being messed up. Pretty soon I'm going to have to stop all together and she is NOT going to like that.

So I am the youngest then - not surprising, it's just been a while since I've been in a game where everyone's older than me. Where I play PFS is a college town, so it's a wide mix of older & younger than me.
Gellius, surprising. Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, I was older than some of the staff. :(
Mind you, my courses were not gimmie courses. had to work for them. :)
OK guys, I'll be updating tomorrow. I had to take a flexeril tonight and am out of it (and still very much in pain). My kid ran into a busy road tonight and nearly got hit by a car. Between running after her and being super freaked out over it, my muscles from my neck, shoulder, and back muscles are very tight and kicking my ass. Have a good night everyone.

@Ingrid, you're right I was spending a lot of time thinking about what could have happened. Pretty hard to get that kind of imagery out of a parent's head, lol.
@Terrance, I'm sorry to hear that. Back pain is not something I'd wish on anyone. OK, well maybe a few people, but they'd totally deserve it :D

Back injuries are so much fun, NOT. :P
Mind you, I can tell when the weather is changing. :)
I have two herniated discs in my lower back. I feel the weather changing most acutely in my knee, though. I was in a mild car accident a little over a year ago and have had trouble with my right knee ever since.
I feel for you. Ruptured disc here, but it went the wrong way. it went into the spine requiring surgery to allow me to walk upright.
Worked, but now with constant pain in the low back, and cyatica pain down the leg.
They offered surgery for me but said it wasn't at the point they'd insist on it, so I opted for PT and a steroid epidural. I get sciatic nerve pain as well.
Unless it is absolutely necessary, don't do the surgery.
Now, all I can do, is grin and bear it, but I can walk upright again, so I consider it a win. :)
That is definitely a win. I have zero intention of having the surgery.
As for the flexerol, I know the feeling, as at times, I have had to take it. However, when I first injured my back, I spent 4 days on morphine. Not fun.
When my back first went out they gave me Morphine in the ER and it didn't even touch the pain. Once they admitted me to the hospital, they gave me Dilaudid and it knocked me off my ass. I was in the hospital for three days hopped up on that before they sent me home (after the epidural) with Lortabs. I've taken Lortabs off and on sense then when it flairs up again, but take the Flexeril more regularly for the intense muscle spasms I get.
similar regimen here in regards to the pharmacuticals. :)

Rather glad I lack those kind of problems for now. My work requires me to throw 165 lb kegs all day so I am careful. Even so I tore my back last year and my job still has a 100% lost time injury rate after 3 years.
Tore my knee out of its sock when I was 15ish, so i can predict the weather as well.
Hope everything goes well, and I'm glad little feet are ok!
