Argheklsslg ;_;
Schwartz leaps beautifully up in the air. His swing is perfect, but the fogs clouds his vision. A great deal of rather colorful words come out of Schwartz's mouth in a variety of languages.
Bonus AC: 1d4 ⇒ 1

Error code: ERR_CACHE_MISS
when i try to do a die roll.
I would offer to roll for you, but the way I've been rolling, you probably don't want that. So the DM should probably just roll your miss chance.
Schwartz nods his thanks to Imperius. "This will work well with what I plan to do next."
He then looks at Edrec.
The Voice from the Depths
Edrec's miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 54
So Edrec, and Shrec's attack hit the goblin who squeals out in pain.
Round 4
Initiative
Goblin
Shrec
Schwartz
Imperius
Edrec
The goblin goes silent and hides in the smoke.
Stealth check: 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (10) + 24 = 34
The goblin is currently hiding right next to Schwartz.
Schwartz
Schwartz almost snarls in frustration. But then he gets a hold on himself, stands up straight, takes a deep breath, and focuses. Once again, he starts glowing an eerie green color. Then his eyes suddenly snap open.
Perception: 1d20 + 12 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 12 + 10 = 28 ;_; Can't even save it with a mote....
But when he still fails to see anything, he does snarl.
He then looks Imperius in the eyes, taps himself slightly on the chest, and looks towards the door. He then walks outside, standing just outside the door, ready to strike down the little bugger if he comes outside.
Nanite surge as immediate action, talking free action, move action to go outside, readied action to strike if the goblin leaves through this door. Schwartz now glows like a torch for 1 round.
Edrec Rocksmasher
Edrec laughs gleefully at the little twerps squeal of pain and says in a nasty tone "You know you can make this easy on yourself and just let me kill you!"
The Voice from the Depths
Reflex save: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21
You don't hear anything from the goblin. Neither laughing or crying out.
Shrec the Powerful
Shrec will ready an attack and immediately swing at whatever attacks him, even if he can't see it, he can swing in that general direction, especially if it is melee, like if it hits his foot, he knows on the ground and possibly where like if it came from the right, left, etc.
So as soon as shrec is attacked he will attack since he is readying an action. atttack: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16
damage: 6 + 3d6 ⇒ 6 + (4, 2, 4) = 16
fog: 1d100 ⇒ 47

Round 5

Goblin
Shrec
Schwartz

You don't hear anything, and right as you think the goblin may have fled somehow, a burst of fire suddenly comes out in all directions. You then hear the goblin madly laughing.
"BOOM BOOM BOOM!"
Fire damage 1: 6d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 2, 1, 5, 3) = 16
Fir damage 2: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 4, 1) = 12
Fir damage 3: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 2, 2) = 7
Fire damage 4: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 2) = 4
The goblin just detonated his necklace of fireballs Type II. Everyone needs to make 4 reflex saves versus DC 14. If you make the save ignore half the damage dealt by that fireball, and if you have evasion ignore the damage completely.
Reflex save 1: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (8) + 11 = 19
Reflex save 2: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17
Reflex save 3: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (12) + 11 = 23
Reflex save 4: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (17) + 11 = 28
The smoke is cleared away by the sudden blast of fire, but you can see the goblin is unharmed by his little explosion prank. Shrec seeing the little fellow tries to hit him, but misses the little explosive happy maniac.
Schwartz
Do I still make reflex saves if I was outside with a wall between me and the explosions?
The Voice from the Depths
You have cover from the explosions, so you get a +4 bonus on your saves and if you make them you are treated as having evasion.
Shrec the Powerful
reflex: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (18) = 23
reflex: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (4) = 9
reflex: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (5) = 10
reflex: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (19) = 24
Also, just realized since I have one grit point, my init mod should have been 9, will fix that in character sheet.
sword attack: 10 + 1d20 ⇒ 10 + (1) = 11 Shrec tries to swing but the sword must be too heavy for him at the moment, so he has to take breath first, Too tired to swing right now
damage: 3d6 + 6 ⇒ (6, 5, 5) + 6 = 22
Schwartz
Save 1: 1d20 + 11 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 11 + 4 = 32
Save 2: 1d20 + 11 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 11 + 4 = 16
Save 3: 1d20 + 11 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 11 + 4 = 31
Save 4: 1d20 + 11 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 11 + 4 = 18
Are natural 1's auto failures on saves? Or is that only for attack rolls. Although either way, he's still conscious. Also, is the goblin still up in the rafters, or has he come down?
Schwartz
And is the goblin on the floor, so I can flank him? Or do I still need to make acrobatics checks?
Schwartz
If he's on the ground, Schwartz moves to flank and attack. If he's not on the ground, Schwartz attempts to climb up to the rafters.
If the goblin's on the floor
To Hit: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 10 + 2 = 17
Damage: 1d6 + 5 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) + 5 + (4) = 10
Otherwise try to get into rafters
Str: 1d20 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 1 + 2 = 8
Schwartz attempts to pull himself into the rafters, but is unsuccessful even with Imperius' extra strength.
Regardless of where the goblin is
Extra AC: 1d4 ⇒ 2

Imperius's hits the goblin with his sword.
Edrec is up before the next round begins.
Edrec Rocksmasher
attack on goblin: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (18) + 11 = 291d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Schwartz
Schwartz disdainfully nudges the goblin's body with his toe, ready to stab it if it moves again. If it doesn't move, he bends down to check if it's dead or not. If it's not dead, he ties it up. Either way, he also checks the body to see what else it has on it.
When he's done, he turns to Imperius. "So, for future knowledge, what non-Common languages do you speak?"
Imperius
"I speak all of the languages of the divine. Celestial, the language of angels, Infernal and Abyssal, tongue of Devils and Demons, and Draconic, the words of the Great Wyrms." Imperius couldn't have told anyone where he learned these languages, but he knew that he knew them.
Schwartz
"Hmmm, Celestial, eh? You'll have to show me some phrases once we get somewhere with less people trying to kill us. And take our 'pickles.'" Schwartz shakes his head, still completely baffled by the goblin's statement. "Always good to know what languages those around you know, so you can talk more privately. Too bad we don't all have more languages in common. Other than Common."
Eventually precious, we shall has all the languages. Mwahaha.
The Voice from the Depths
You don't find much around the tavern of note besides a note on a big jar of what you can only assume to be pickles. The note is about something valuable being buried under the lake, and being offered a big reward of more pickles if the bearer would bring the artifact to somebody.
As you are sitting there you hear a voice from the rafters.
"Well that was a fresh sight for sore eyes me boy-oh, are ye lads looking for some work?"
Shrec the Powerful
Shrec shares the note. Guys, when the lake melts and is no longer ice, we should come back here and look. Though I expect this place to be repopulated. Though I'm wondering if keeping the artifact might be better than the reward.
Yeah, I'd love some work, but we also have to check the last cabin as well and clear out this place.
The Voice from the Depths
"Well I would be the person offerin that reward for the item in the lake. You happened along here, and murdered my old employee, so I was hoping that you would take over delivering the item to me."
Edrec Rocksmasher
Edrec says "Works good especially if its bashing heads or making money"
Shrec the Powerful
"Well I would be the person offerin that reward for the item in the lake. You happened along here, and murdered my old employee, so I was hoping that you would take over delivering the item to me."
If he is just and employee then why did he attack us?
After Shrec gets his answer he will move to the third and final cabin, the large one that is L shaped and open the door. He takes 10 on his perception for traps. 21 total.| The Voice from the Depths |
"He's a goblin for goodness sake what did you expect? Those creatures are nothing more than greed, and paranoia on legs. He probably thought you were trying to steal his job, or pickles, or something of that rubbish."
You don't notice any traps on the door.
The Voice from the Depths
As Shrec walks into the room a tile under his feet gives a small click and he suddenly feels the floor trying to propel him into the ceiling.
CMB: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (9) + 15 = 24
The trap pushes Shrec into the ceiling creating a new hole, but also wounding the ogre.
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3
Shrec you need to make a reflex save versus DC 20 to avoid falling prone as you come back down.
Schwartz
"Well, if the lake's frozen then there isn't much we can do to retrieve your item right now. Unless you had some other idea as to how we might get at it? And what is the reward you're offering?"
What kind of creature are we talking to? And did I find anything on the goblin?
The Voice from the Depths
You cannot see any person where the voice is coming from.
1 chainmail +1
2 daggers +1
6 daggers
1 Type I Bag of Holding
1 Type I Necklace of Fireball (missing one of the 3d6 fireballs)
Shrec you don't see anything coming at you from the cabin itself, but you can hear scrambling from under the cabin. Almost as if something was waiting under there and was now coming up.
Schwartz
Schwartz puts the stuff in the bag for now and then goes to catch up with Shrec.
Perception: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (15) + 12 = 27
Imperius
As the Ogre is rocketed into the ceiling, Imperius lets out a heartfely laugh at his friend's misfortune, which quickly descends into somewhat of an insane cackle. He keeps his sword drawn though and stands near to make sure no one can attack Shrec as he stands up.
"Are you allright?" he asks through the laughter.
Edrec Rocksmasher
Dang it i hate doctors ok im back sorry about the last week
Stands behind everyone waiting for his chance to break something!
The Voice from the Depths
If you guys are fine with it I wouldn't mind doing this last fight, and then stopping.
The inside of the cabin appears to be much like the first one you found.
Everybody sees three goblins get out from under the cabin and they begin to advance on the group. None of the little guys seem to have any armor on.
Time for initiative.
Goblin's initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
