Razmir the man known as the living god is making his move expanding into neighboring nations. It seems nobody can stop him as his power truly seems to be that of a god. A select few know the secret of his power and are taking steps to end his rule with the help of another who wields the same power as Razmir. Sazed Khaim a member of the old order of the keepers.

Casting: When casting a spell defensivly if you fail you do not automaticly lose the spell, rather you provoke an attack as you normally would for not casting defensive. If you are hit you must make a concentration check dc 10+damage taken if you fail this check you lose the spell.
Rolls:
Many rolls will be handled by the GM in secret.(don't worry, I don't fudge.)
Any result that can influence the character behavior will not be rolled open.
Rolls that will be handled by the GM:
Perception
Sense Motive.
if you make the check I will send you a pm or make a post and put it in a spoiler depending on the situation.
Sometimes I will roll Initiative others I will ask you to roll depending on the situation. In some situation (rarely) I will bypass init entirely and have you all go first and enemies second or have enemies go first and you all go after.
Combat rules:
I'm a fair GM, I dont roll combat in secret, I don't change results, I don't ignore bad calls from the characters.
Sometimes, character dies, but I'm not a player killer, if I think that an encounter will be easy handled, when it should be more challenging, I will make it a more challenging, if the party it's not prepared to face something, I will drop hints, if they insist... well killing one or two players never made me lack sleep...
Actions:
I'm a GM that do not punish the character for trying something new or cool, or even strange. Visual appealing actions are encouraged, the dc will of course depend on what are you trying, but you can try! If what you want to do is wicked cool, I can even bend the game mechanics to allow it! The most importat part is: Everyone have fun.
Posting Rate
If it could be done, I expect 1/day posting, if you can post more, it will really good.
During weekend, this rule does not apply. If you are able to post, great! But dont stress over this, everyone need some time to rest (In my case, I need time to play and DM :D on my tabletop games).
Level up
Aside from character creation, when you level up, if you want something not from core rulebook, you'll need to search it inside the game. basicly what you need to do is just show in game your character is searching for that knowledge. This rule is not meant to prohibit anything, I just don't like something like this: "Character always as a full caster, never picked up a sword in his entire life, and then he gain a new level and says: Master, I'll level up as a fighter now..."

Gossan thinks back. Do have have any obligations remaining here? Any unfinished business? If not, then let us depart. It would be good to rest a day and prepare before going to meet with this Sazed.

I joined you late and have not met this Sazed. Tell me of him. Is he to be trusted?
You have just about packed away everything and are getting ready to leave when you hear a strangle noise of steel slidding on stone. You look to the entrance of the vault and a figure in a white cloak slowly walks up into view holding a long black pole that he is scrapping on the floor as he walks. When you see his face you spot the familiar mask of a Razmir cultist this one made of obsidian.
Some of you recognise this as the mark of an inquisitor of Razmir. Souless, nearly unstopable creatures that are able to manipulate metal in varius ways.
He raises his hand and a strong magnetic force begins to pull the nexus towards him.
I'd forgotten I'd planned this encounter here. Who has the nexus? This would be shortly after the others left.

Anatoli will attempt to grab the party member with the Nexus first and then the rest of the group and attempt to teleport back to Magnimar at least being away from this thing.

So to move forward do we roll init? Is there a perception to see who acts in the surprise round?
Lets skip init and go right to your turn. Post your actions for round 1.
Anatoli tries his spell but for some reason it fails. He considers that the vault is likely protected with wards that prevent teleportation. (the other lady took all her stuff outside the vault before teleporting away)
As a note the pull on the nexus is not strong enought to instanly steal the item and so long as you hold on to it tighly you can keep it but however has it will either need to focus their attention on keeping the item or let it go

what buffs are still up if any? I assume that dividing the loot took enough time that my minute per level spells are done.
Gossan does what he does, charging the foe and casting Diving Favor as a swift as he charges. His first attack is a stunning fist attack and the DC is a 19 fort save or be stunned for a round. At the end of his attacks he tries to trip, for free.

He is immune to stunning, in a lot of ways these guys are similar to undead but positive energy doesn't hurt them and things that target undead specificly don't work either.
Anatoli figures it's weakness would be anything that can pin him in place if anything and his biguest weakness would be his reflex save.
The steel inquisitor holds his ground and heals some of the damge he took (fast healing 25). He stops pulling the nexus and instead sends out a wave of his own.
This functions as a trip/bullrush for anyone in metal armor and as a disarm for metal weapons/object held at a CMB of +18.
I'm not know how many rolls to make so let me know if your affected you can roll for yourself if you want.

It would have been a service to all of man to kill that creature. Gossan says, but he wisely leaves with the rest. Never seem tentacles cast in a pit. Cool!
You quickly escape while the enemy is incapacitated and you manage to return to sazed safely in the town of lastwall. You give sazed the nexus and he bows his head gratefull. He is introduced to Anotoli and is intrigued to hear his story. "I had heard that the keepers had been experimenting with time travel I never imagined one of their experiments worked, well at least partly."
"I am glad to receive at least some good news. While you were gone all of the river kingdoms pledged their loyalty to Razmir and I've receive word that he has begun making moves to take control of the realm of Ustalav as well. Not only that but the final unacounted for nexus piece the nexus of constitution still eludes me. For now get some rest you have more than earned it. We will discuss out next move later."
Go ahead and level up to level 11 and figure out what you will do with the loot you recovered.
"Before we begin I have gifts for you he puts some rings on the table. Each has been attuned to specific attribute. Strenght, dexterity, constitution, intelligence and charisma. When you put the ring on it will drain the attribute from you for a time but then later on you will be able to take back from the ring in order to increase yourself past you limits. For now I sugest you only take only one such ring. I can wear one of each but I have trained in them all my live. Using them takes a toll so try not to overuse it."

Anatoli considers which ring to take and reaches down and picks up a constitution ring to ensure survival. He will say can I take another ring for my familiar?

Devyhn had been reaching for a Wisdom ring, but then noticed Anatoli's choice of the Constitution ring. He stops, considers for a moment, then takes one of the Constitution rings as well.
"My health has never been optimal, and I have already died once."
When you wear the ring you feel a weariness as it drains you but you can feel that was is being taken is being stored away for later use.
"Now about Ustalav...How do you think we should proceed? The country is more or less run by corrupt nobles and a not so secret vampire cabal.
The whole country is drapped in darkess and undead roam the countryside. We can try to stop Razmir from taking control or act elsewere while his attention is focuses there. Perharps infiltrate Razmiran itself?"
male Human Oracle 8 (divine herbalist-life mystery) 75 hp max, +6 f, +6 r, +8 w, perc +19, init +7
perhaps the enemy of our enemy is our friend? The vampires might not be too keen to give up power and might help us hold up or slow down Razmir so we can push our objective elsewhere Anatoli says

"That would be a difficult strait for me to navigate theologically," Devyhn replies. "It might be practical to form a temporary alliance with the blood-drinkers, but oaths to Pharasma would prohibit me from doing so. Perhaps if we could steer the vampires into attacking the Razmirians without directly negotiating and allying with them, it would not be considered a violation of my vows, but again, difficult straits to pass."

I am no infiltrator. I am more strait forward in approach. If the Rasmirians are trying to take control of the undead then they are meddling in the local power struggle. I say we do ally with the vamps. The enemy of our enemy and all.

Allying with the vampires of Ustalav might be an expedient option, but I somehow doubt it is the only option, or even the best option," Devyhn replies. "Besides, any vampire we approached would almost certainly assume that the alliance we struck was a pretext to get close enough to destroy it. If its paranoia got the better of it, it might even ally with the Razmirans against us, especially if it saw us as the more immediate threat."
"There is perharps another option..." says Sazed thinking "The current ruler of Ustalav Aduard Ordranti III was the second born son of the royal family as such while his brother was to be king he became an officer in the army. He led several sucessfull campaings againts the orcs of the Holds of Belkzen but when he brother died of illness with no heir he became the king. Since then he has been a recluse rarely leaving his royal chambers and spending all his time drinking. He was once known to be quite ambitius I suspect that upon becoming king he learned that the king was little more than a figure head in a larger game. What if we approached him with an offer to help him retake control of his country?"
