You take care of all you shopping needs. You take the boat which takes you to Caliphas the Capital city of Ustalav. There you meet with Abraun Chalest your contact in the city.
A pudgy, aged gentleman, Abraun Chalest wears a befuddled expression behind an expensive pair of silver spectacles. Always smiling and prone to loud laughter, he has an immediately likable demeanor. Chalest serves as a curator at the Quarterfaux Archives in Caliphas. A renowned expert on Osirian culture and quite well traveled, he proves especially curious about the you and your adventures but is ready to answers your questions.
Upon hearing on your tasks he thinks about it for a time. "Your first task then would likely to get an audience with the king. This will require doing something impressive or getting someone in the nobility to aarrange it. You could always try to sneak into the castle but that wouldn't be easy. I should mention that lately that has been a string of murders in town. Bodies are found in the streets drained of blood but they turn to ash when the sun rises. All the victims have been vampires. Six so far the most recent was found just this morning."

"Perharps...At first I believed it to be the work of a lone vampire hunter, we get a few of those here in Caliphas every year but this one has been too sucessfull too quickly that I believe there is something more at work here. I am starting to think this is the work of vampires killing vampires but I do not know why. I mean they certainly have power stuggles between themselves often enough but leaving the bodies out in open sight? Normally such business would be done in the shadows with the common folk being none the wiser. In any case you can count on the support of the Esoteric Order of the Palatine Eye during your stay here and I have made arrangements for you to have rooms at the Haraday Theather, it's no longer in use by the public and we have several rooms and meeting rooms there."
The Esoteric Order of the Palatine Eye is a secretive organization based in Ustalav. The organization works against the Whispering Way and recently aided those responsible for defeating Kazavon, a blue dragon. Members of the Order delve deeply into political and arcane matters; they are sworn to guard Ustalav and its ancient traditions.

Terrifying reapers of souls, dullahans are created by powerful fiends from the souls of particularly cruel generals, watch-captains, or other military commanders. Sent back from the pits of Hell to sow terror and harvest new souls, dullahans return to the towns or villages they lived in as mortals. While their favored victims are evil men and women whose souls are destined for Hell, the dullahans have no qualms about adding innocents to their lists of victims.
The Dullahan has a powerfulll ability called death's calling which greatly weakens it's intended victim making them slugish and vulnerable.
