what material is the weapon. And how old the statue? AND how heavy?=
As is most everything in the areas that are of cut polished stone, it is ancient. Amazingly the steel and ivory of the Ranseur is like new. It is the same as a Masterworks Ranseur in the CRB.
@Elektra - Answering your questions in the discussion thread.
The Hematite Pendant was sold to Maver Keck the Sandpoint Jeweler. He may still have it.
Concerning using a polearm to make a wand; that is a good question. I honestly don't think anyone has ever asked that one. I could see it done. But I could also see it requiring a little greater than average skill.
What do you other DMs think about that?
Curious, does the "Treasure" link above not work for you?

Arg I meant staff. Not wand. Wand is much to small but staff... Not harry potter but more LotR. It is quite for the far future.. but you have to plan ahead. And the Staff of minor arcana... is great. for 8000G you get 2 spells you never want to miss.
Burn a cantrip and you will know that the Ranseur is not Magic. But being Masterworks makes it ideal to make into a Magic Weapon. And with a high enough skill other Magic abilities could be added.

I had a feeling that it is "just" a MW weapon. To early in the AP for real magic weapons. Playing in a few and leading Iron Gods and S&S and real magic weapons come around level 2-3.

elektra, do you have a familiar, if not, use the staff as a focus object.
Has the added benefit that in the long run, you can enchant it yourself. Cannot make others, but you can enchant yours, as if you had the craft staff feat. :)
Found this amusing. If I open the map in Firefox, I can see everyone's token, but mine. I can hover over where it should be (I opened chrome right next to it), and move the token, but it's still invisible to me :D

gm, I already did my crazy for the day. Someone else can drink it if they want. :)
BTW, I finished rewatching Firefly, and the episode was "Our Mrs Renolds" (sic)
I still like Innara's expression when Mel said that Innara let herself get kissed.
Away from computers all day, so I will respond to any actions tonight. I am guessing it is either up the hall to the East or through the door. Have a great day.

Elektra points to the double doors. "I think we should go that way. There is nothing to solve here, and a demon godess shrine would at least explain some things here!"
Hefting here new weapon she points it at the door. Everyone who knows to wield polearms notice she copies the clerics grip, useful if you have a sweeping weapon, useless with a pointy.
Garrath chuckles a bit watching Elektra wielding the ranseur. "You should use the spearpoint first, Elektra. Keep the things that want to eat you as far from you as they can. I will show you." Garrath take out his lucerne hammer, which has a spearpoint and hammer, and shows her the basics as they walk. "Same idea as the hammer, only you slice where the hammer clobbers. I will teach you more, when we get back to Sandpoint, if you like. In the meantime, make sure you keep the sharp bits in the enemy, and not in your friends." He winks at her mirthfully.
I am sorry. I am still here. It has just been hard posting these last few weeks, as I mostly only have time for 1 (maybe 2) posts a day. It seems that every time I come back I have 15+ posts to slog through before I can figure out what's going on. And it gets difficult. . . . I will try to have something up soon though.
@Lyr - Elektra goes first, and I have not heard anything. But go ahead and provide your first round actions to keep game play going. You can always provide if/then scenarios. PBP has its limitations compared to FTF.
Congratulations Brandark, your character is the first to be affected by the sickness in the times I have run this AP. It is a unique effect to say the least. The creatures are relatively easy to kill, so they tend to not get many attacks in.
does Garrath get another attempt this round, or after Lyr acts?
I took this to the discussion thread, because the way I have been playing it for some time may be different for other GM/DMs.
I play it that you get one save per round. Tiny Demon cast spell, Garrath fails save and is held. Garrath has the very next initiative, which he did in this case, and let's say he makes save. The spell effect ends and he is able to react in the next round. It essentially gives Garrath two saves in the same round.
I know that several of you are GMs, and I am wondering how do you play this?
That makes sense. I have the players make the save on their next turn in the next round. But I am cool with using this idea too. That would mean that unfortunately Garrath would fail his Round Five save too, when Erylium acts. Fair enough.
To all of my games:
A family emergency had just arisen. I will be unavailable for the next little while. I hope to have everything resolved and to return in a week. I am sorry for any inconveniences this causes. Feel free to dmpc me as necessary.
