Leira and the party was unable to collect the brazier. The collapse that Leira just just escaped ended with a massive stone fallen upon the brazier and crushing it.

Now as Haskyll attempts to collect the red silt, it kicks up and forms a cloud around him.

Haskyll must make a DC15 Fort Save. Yes, this is poison.

Surface

With a +13 Fort save, I will assume that Haskyll will make his save, and the party will return to the surface. Does Haskyll continue to collect the silt?

Once on the surface, the party can begin to dry out.

Droja will see if any of the items found in the lobster-like creatures nest contained magical properties. And they did, the waterlogged suit of hide armor, the belt, the stick that shows no sign of decay, the flask, and the scroll in the scroll case all radiated magic.

Kaos nor Leira was able to identify the Trident.

Mazra can I say Kaos took a tooth from each of the dead Marrows.
Once we get on land Kaos will change into his human form. Then seeing Haskyll and Anga working with the loot he will offer up his findings as well.
By the way I did find this disk or bowl thing. It has some wrighting on it but I can't read it. Anyone want to have a look?

If the group agrees, the girl spends her remaining pool of arcanist power to swap a spell and prepare secure shelter. After she casts the spell a sturdy stone refuge appears for the group near the lake.

Once comfortably set, Leira spends her time teaming up with Anga and any other interested in deciphering the inscription. Take 20 if possible, otherwise...

Kaos would love to up grade his belt. But he does already have a GS of +2 he would of course trade that back to the group.
The ring could be useful for anyone.
Ulfgard, Haskyll, or Kaos could use the trident as a range weapon if nothing else.
The wand would probably go to Anga or Leira.

The party stays in Leira's "Secure Shelter" for the night. Never-the-less, the party sets up the usual watches. The sounds of the outdoors, crickets, owls, croaking frogs, and the like is all that is heard through the night.

Day One Hundred and One

It is dark along the lake side well past morning. A natural obscuring mist hovers over the lake and the party. Visibility is poor.

The girl looks at the early mists of the day while listening the croaking frogs attentively "It seems a peaceful day. I guess the giants do not appreciate much this side of the Valley."

The girl takes a short bath in the lake before coming back for breakfast I wonder if Haskyll has prepared that beacon and eggs stuff once again... yummy!

Sitting to the table with the others to eat while she opens her spellbook and starts going over the magical movements and ingredients required for casting "That belt would make good matching with your dragon skin boots Ulfgard, I did not know you dwarves were that mindful about combining!" she taunts the dwarf while laughing in good mood.

"If I have it right, we have only a place remaining at the north-east of the Valley" the girl points an area at the map of the Minderhal Valley given by the Lord of Janderhoff "Perhaps you Anga can teleport us to the temple of Fandarra or the Cathedral to save us some precious days of walking. What do you think?"

Liera, should get the ring, I will take the wand, and scroll, Ulfgard has the belt, I will take one of the other Javelins, and suggest that Anga takes the last one. The rest we should sell, when we return to a city, which I suggest happens soon.

Haskyll pauses and listens to Kaos.

I don't suggest it. I tried for it, and all I got was choked for my trouble, and a little queasy. Not worth the effort laddie.

He finishes dividing up the stuff.

in the morning, Haskyll stretches, tends to the mule, and then prepares the spell create food and water.
He will then use it to feed everyone and the mule in the morning.

As I had somehow forgot to mention that I would be working on a quiver, this will put me at 600 gp value of 900 to make while adventuring

You will still be restricted to the speed of the mule, 3 miles per hour. But that is better than the speed of a Dwarf, 2 miles per hour.
You can't leave the mule behind, she is carrying the Geodes. What route do you take? On the Minderhal Valley map, please let me know if you go from T to S then around to D, E, F etc, or T to S then back through the cave system R, or something else.

Well this is better then walking. So should we go to get the Dragon breath or get the clay. I would suggest the Dragon then we can move back to the forge and then teleport a small group to retrieve the clay then teleport back.

The party heads back the way they came. You have no hostile encounters. The party follows the river. About an hour past midday, the party reaches the valley that will taken them to the cave system. A weather system is coming in as snow begins to fall.

The party is beyond S. Do you head toward R or along the river toward D?
