Hey all, I'm one of the players for the good/neutral team! As DM Lil" Eschie said, we could certainly use some sort of trap-finder to make it a little less likely that we'll meet a grisly fate within the Emerald Spire, hehe. Currently the group consists of:
Gnome gunslinger
Undine shaman
Half-elf sorceror
Human fighter
Catfolk ranger
We've had some fun RP so far and we just finished our first official combat. So if you'd like what will hopefully be a fun romp through a superdungeon with a variety of colorful characters, we'd love to have you :)

Hey there!
So I've got a character concept that I'm really looking forward to playing. I've made tweaks here and there to tailor her for this campaign.
I've used the Unchained version of the rogue (biggest difference between Unchained and standard rogue is free Weapon Finesse and a few rogue talents) but it's totally fine if I need to flop her down to standard rogue. I'd end up changing out my level 1 feat (currently Skill Focus [disable device]) for Weapon Finesse.
I've also gone ahead and used one of the variant tiefling heritages, specifically daemon-born which grants a racial bonus to disable device. I gathered from the recruitment posts that disable device was the primary focus as far as party needs go so I cranked that up where I could. Again, if the alternate stuff doesn't fly that's fine, I just picked this variant because it seemed to better fit party needs!
As far as the future of this character goes, ideally I'd be taking her into the arcane trickster PrC with a sorcerer (sage bloodline) as my casting class. I saw you already have a sorcerer, but with Int being the sage bloodline's primary casting stat we should be able to coordinate well and fill complimentary caster roles. It's just too bad they took away the ability to use SLA's as prereqs for PrCs >.<!!
Hellknight's are not known for their forgiving nature, particularly when it comes to lawbreakers. It was no surprise to anyone that the Hellknight's swooped in with a quick arrest, trial, and conviction when Pekoe was caught with the heavy coin purse of a well-to-do local tanner, Drurn, in her hands. Much to her chagrin, the Hellknights declared that she was to work for the fellow she had attempted to rob for a year and a day to compensate him for her offending acts. He was not a kind master, but what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. The entire experience also taught her that Hellknights do not take kindly to attempted escapes and that they have very keen eyes.

To be born. It should be the start of a new life, hope and …… My birth was nothing like that, I was cut/pulled from my mother’s womb to be sacrificed to some dark entity by the barbarians who had captured us after the raid on our caravan.
The only thing that stopped them was my odd appearance, courtesy of my father who had raped my mother nine months prior and had left her to die.
I was, for a better word, sacred to them so they let me live.
This is my beginning.
The next 12 years I would live amongst these nomadic people as a sort of good luck charm. I was small, halfling mother. Life was hard, lacking the size and strength to compete with the older kids I became quick, in action and mind.
Then my tribe was attacked by a small group of well armored knights. I was captured and taken. They brought me to a slave market where is was sold for next to nothing to a rich noble who found my appearance amusing. The next years I was kept as his pet, on a leach, again fighting for scraps, this time with his dogs.
Then one day, using improvised tools I unlocked my collar and ran, as fast as I could I ran. Living on the streets wasn’t hard, I thoroughly enjoyed it, being free and equipped with the right skill set to survive because of my childhood. Hiding my appearance I thrived at the thieving life, especially at breaking and entering. Soon I received an invitation from a local guild. Their guild master had taken an interest in me. My heritage and size made me the perfect silent assassin. He gave me equipment and training and 3 days before my 16 birthday gave me a target to kill. It was the nobleman who had bought and humiliated me. Getting in was easy, killing his dogs was fun, but looking him in the eyes, holding a claw at his throat was epic. He cried and begged like a little girl. Ready to deliver the final killing blow Leander hesitated. Was he ready to breach the final barrier, take a life and become one with the darkness inside of him, ready to become a cold-blooded killer. The answer was NO. With the both his hands he knocked the bastard out and emptied his vault. Knowing he couldn´t return he fled town and traveled the world. Bored out of his mind Leander has come to Echo Woods to try his hands at the famous Emerald Spire to see if his skills are really all that.

Hi, I originally proposed an Inquisitor for the game.
If you have me, I'll get her a rank in Disable Device...

Hi folks, this is one of the players from Team Good. I think I made a similar post a little ways up the page the last time we reopened recruitment but for good (heh) measure, here's who/what you'd be working with:
Gnome gunslinger
Undine shaman
Half-elf sorceror
Human fighter
Catfolk ranger
If you check out our Gameplay it's a fairly relaxed game and posting rate but I think we've all had a pretty good time together so far and we'd be happy to have a 6th to round things out (and find those nasty traps for us) :)

Here is my submission for your group, a Pitborn Tiefling Paladin of Sarenrae, Warren Connery.
Albion, The Eye |
I give you Hargrosh - much was said in his tribe when he was born under a blood red moon, but quickly things degenerated once they were decimated by a rival clan.
Not much was left of the way he had been treated before, considered a 'special orc' among his own. His new life was that of a low slave, which hardened and made him as pragmatic as possible just to survive.
The things he had to do to free himself from slavery were not pretty, yet he did what was necessary, and has lived a life of a cold mercenary ever since.

I know you planned to give an answer already on the last two candidates. But seeing as you haven't... Might I toss a more dashing hat into the ring?
I do plan to provide at least a semblance of backstory of course, who hires on someone they know nothing about after all?
Suffice to say, at present and preceding the request for a more long winded explanation, I was born in Cheliax to a loving mother and a not-so-loving father. My father is a proud member of the Order of the Pyre, stationed in these past seven years hence at Fort Inevitable. Sadly, I was forced to go with him after my mother's untimely demise. Not exactly a good idea to openly worship Iomedae in Ergoth, in case you didn't know. Thankfully, for once in his life, my father decided to write a letter to her Infernal Majestrix Infrexus in my defense, supposedly, and I was spared her fate.
Frankly, I've become bored roaming the small fort and the outlying hills after being here for seven years. I want to get out and test myself against something more than dummies, and I don't mean the ones made of straw. Those Hellknight initiates really do need to learn there's more to fighting than wearing the thickest bit of armor they can find and swinging the largest weapon they can carry. *chuckle* Though, I feel I may be prattling on. As I said, more than willing to provide a longer winded explanation if thou wishes.
