Gashka looks at the man that refers to himself as "Doctor", a rather dubious look on her face as if she quite know what to make of everything. At hearing the stranger ask Chris so many questions, her posture stiffins slightly, "Well....I think that's enough questions from someone whose name we don't even know. Here...lets try something different. My names Gashka and these are my.....well friends....but since most of us grew up together....oh it's complicated. Look, this is our friend Chris and these others are Terra, Anyka, Flynt, Jinn, and Tikkle." As she introduces Tikkle she can't help but smile up at him, a slight warmth coming to her cheeks. She shakes her head ever so slightly before looking back at him she continues, even though she can't seem to get rid of the smile from her face.
"Okay, that's all of us.....so, what's your name?"

It's okay if it's one of those nudge/wink moments, but entire scenes crafted from references that not everyone is familiar with makes it a bit difficult.

"I told you, I'm The Doctor." He responded as the made his way out of the alley. At the entrance, a stone caught his eye. Picking it up, he pulled a small grey device from his coat and pointed it at the rock. There came a buzzing sound, then he said, "Interesting. Well I must be off. Remember, if you see anymore Weeping Angels, don't take your eyes off of them." With that, he trotted off the way you came.

Okay....but I don't want to ruin the fun for everyone else if they get it and I don't. In other words....if you have something in mind that pertains to that particular character, I don't want you to feel like you have to completely go a different direction because of me. I don't always have to understand every single thing that's going on to have fun with it. Hehe

Even though she still looks confused, she shakes it off as the man seems fine with wondering off and calls out to him, "But that's not a name....." She waves one of her hands in an 'oh well' sort of gesture as he runs off and looks at the others. "Okay....does anyone else have any idea what all that was about?"

It's okay Gashka, I can see the point they're trying to make. And I do have a tenancy to go a little overboard with that kind of stuff. I really wasn't planning on anymore of The Doctor after this anyway.

She shakes her head as if trying to clear it "Alrighty then....I guess we just move on as well then? We were trying to find where Ash was last or something right? I kinda forget, what is it we're looking for again?" She tugs lightly on Tikkles sleeve as she asks, her tone thoughtful yet still a hint of confusion to it.

while I did get the reference and have seen all the episodes (actually I have seen every available episode since episode 1 back in 1963) I didn't really have much to say.

Terra spent her time as the others talked keeping a "foot" to the ground keeping her senses attuned to the thing she buried.

at the advice given, Terra simply adds, Or just bury it.

I wonder if the weeping angels can tell if someone is blind or not? if they can, then Terra would have been really screwed if she was still blind

No, you'd have been able to detect them with your Tremorsense. Angels in Manhattan kind of proved that they walk around. It's just the adults are really, really quiet about it.

Continuing on after Asho's trail, you come upon a menagerie of statues of various animals and other magical creatures.

It didn't take Gashka long to spot three falcon and two lion statues.

Terra keeps her senses as active as possible there seems to be plenty of chances for an ambush here.

she does a double take of every statue she can just in case she needs to bury it in a hole.

if there are weeping angles, there may be weeping lions, or weeping bears, or some other weeping thingy, ... or a weeping basilisk?

Gashka walks over a little closer to inspect the statues more closely.
"Tikkle....do you think one of these might be what you're looking for? Any way of knowing which one it is?" She stares at the statues looking perplexed.

Though both lion statues had open mouths, only one of them was too dark to see what might be within.

Catching the unmistakable flash in Chris' eye he cocks an eyebrow. "Any magic?" he also absentmindedly pulls te amulet from his pocket with his free hand.

As Tikkle knocks on the talon, a compartment in its backside slides open to reveal an egg-shaped quartz crystal.

You notice the crystal has a faint Transmutation aura upon it.

Hey all, Terra is still here, just very busy day.. is the egg a Fabergé Easter Egg?

As the others explored Terra simply kept watch.

The egg rolled down the lion's throat, nothing happened, other than the sound of the rolling stopping a bit back from the mouth.
