Okay...I gotta finish dealing with stuff here for dinner and wotnot...hopefully without maiming myself anymore. Just consider Gashka to be insane now. Her mind is busted.

Gots other stuff to do, apparently I need to go to the store as well to find burn cream or something. That burn from the steam still feels like my flesh is cooking and its blistering up pretty bad and hurts to be touched. So...if I'm not too wore out when we get home Ill look at things then. At least my neighbor was nice enough to let me cook half of it in her oven. She's a widow so to thank her I gave her three big pieces of meat and a good amount of vegi's. On way to store now I guess....Henry doesn't like how the burn is looking.

To Gashka:
For many second-degree burns, home treatment is all that is needed for healing and to prevent other problems.
Rinse the burn
Rinse burned skin with cool water until the pain stops. Rinsing will usually stop the pain in 15 to 30 minutes. The cool water lowers the skin temperature and stops the burn from becoming more serious. You may:
Place arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet, or toes in a basin of cool water.
Apply cool compresses to burns on the face or body.
Do not use ice or ice water, which can cause tissue damage.
Take off any jewelry, rings, or clothing that could be in the way or that would become too tight if the skin swells.
Clean the burn
Wash your hands before cleaning a burn. Do not touch the burn with your hands or anything dirty, because open blisters can easily be infected.
Do not break the blisters.
Clean the burn area with mild soap and water. Some of the burned skin might come off with washing. Pat the area dry with a clean cloth or gauze.
Put on an antibiotic ointment. Ointments such as Bacitracin or Polysporin can be used each time you clean the burn. Do not put sprays or butter on burns, because this traps the heat inside the burn.
Bandaging the burn
If the burned skin or blisters have not broken open, a bandage may not be needed. If the burned skin or unbroken blisters are likely to become dirty or be irritated by clothing, apply a bandage.
If the burned skin or blisters have broken open, a bandage is needed. To further help prevent infection, apply a clean bandage whenever your bandage gets wet or soiled. If a bandage is stuck to a burn, soak it in warm water to make the bandage easier to remove. If available, use a nonstick dressing. There are many bandage products available. Be sure to read the product label for correct use.
Wrap the burn loosely to avoid putting pressure on the burned skin.
Do not tape a bandage so that it circles a hand, arm, or leg. This can cause swelling.
There are many nonprescription burn dressings available. Be sure to follow the instructions included in the package.
If the burn is on a leg or an arm, keep the limb raised as much as possible for the first 24 to 48 hours to decrease swelling. Move a burned leg or arm normally to keep the burned skin from healing too tightly, which can limit movement.

It was just part of my hand that got burned by the steam.....but I was busy so I couldn't do much at the time. Feeling kinda dumb for not tending to it sooner and letting it get so bad. What can I say? I'm a putz.....

Well....I is gonna eat a little and relax since I don't have to be at work till 9 in the morning. They're starting to train me to do sales type stuff.....don't know should be interesting since I've never sold anything in my life. Then I need sleep too....

I'm sooooo tired. Using my brain almost takes more out of me than all the physical work I used to do at the hospital. Had to go for a walk just to come down from that day. But I was on my feet almost all day. William had to go home early cuz he was feeling sick and asked me to stay till four.....and I have to be back there at 4:45 in the morning. I am wiped out.

I will say this because I don't know how many of you know about it, and it could or could not be affecting the way I'm feeling things, or reacting to things.
I think you all know how hard Henry and I have been trying to get pregnant.....well, since that stupid b&!%* of a fertility Dr. decided to get cute with me and instead of just treat the problem, decided she would just dick around and try to charge me ungodly amounts of money to repeat some of the same tests that had already been done. She told me the only thing they could find that was actually wrong with me was that my body wasn't making enough progesterone to get and stay pregnant....but then, instead of just giving me the pill that she said would fix it, she wanted to just use it for five days, which wouldn't have done s!*$ diddly squat and charge me every visit for the tests to go with it, before AND after take the stupid pill for five days to see if it would work....except this time since it would be post diagnosis I'd have to pay for all of it...UP FRONT, and out of pocket. Each visit would have cost me close to 900 bucks per visit and I told that f'ing c!%~ bag IN THE BEGINNING that I didn't have time or money to waste on b@!@@*~~ experimental treatments that might or might not work.
Well....now that I'm not working for that Nazi owned s@*~hole, I have no insurance, so no Dr. at all....
I decided in my infinite wisdom that I would deal with it myself....and while in New York went to a special store and bought some kind of natural progesterone cream that I've been using for the last month. However, since I have no medical coverage...I have no way of being monitored to have labs drawn and see what this stuff is doing to me so I have NO way of knowing how it's really affecting me, or even if it's totally screwing up my hormone or whatever else balances.
I also haven't been sleeping well the last week or two and feeling like total s!~# today, woke up this morning just nauseated as hell. It's been taking a while for it to subside, but the acid reflux is more than making up for it.
In short, I'm just an emotional basket case so I'll just shut the f&%& up now and not say anything anymore.

OKay....now that I've managed to scare everyone off....I'm not gonna be around for a while, we actually have a real person coming over. Not like we see them very often....I guess a flaky friend, is better than no friend at all. Haven't seen him in a couple months with all the crazy crazy going on.

So far past my bedtime it isn't funny.....but we hardly ever get to see james cuz of our crazy schedules so tonight was nice. I'm in the beddie bed now and it's sleepy time. I don't even need the tea to knock me out tonight.

Nope.....don't work weekends unless they need extra help. I do however need more than five hours sleep. I just woke up because it was super cold. I'm not leaving the game btw, but I will be going insane and possibly changing my alignment after this fight since her new outlook is pretty much gonna be, kill first and ask questions later.

It was a shock to us as well....but he lived a long life and he had been ill for a while I think. He's not suffering anymore and though he'll be missed he's better off. I think I need a warm bath and Epson salts.

Then I need to go to bed much earlier tonight and get closer to this crazy schedule that I now have to keep. Anyways, nevermind her attack, she just does the crazy crazy stuff and steps over the five feet while looking at him like a side of beef. That would be a little unsettling, wouldn't it?

just a reminder that I leave tomorrow for here, I don't know about how often I will be online.

Don't even worry about it and make sure you have a great time. You know when I stated she was looking at him like a side of beef that I meant she's looking at him like food.....not in some attraction type way. She's got the crazy eyes ya know?

Considering what "started" today...the problems I've been having with my feelings is starting to make a little more sense. The cramps are so bad and I'm so tired....My head is absolutely killing me too.

Gonna get some rest, my boss is gonna either find someone else to open in the morning, or he said he would go in if he had to. I got incredibly lucky....night night.

It's a little better today...but I'm having to keep a bunch of medicine in my system to keep it from getting out of control. It's been a busy day too with random stuff that just seemed to come up outta nowhere...but I'm so glad it did. Not really sure I can explain much better than that. I'm really hoping by Wed that I'm over the worst of it. Right now it's just twinges that are coming and going.

Enjoy yourself, you deserve it. I wanna see pictures after you get back of all the pretty places you went. Have lots and lots of fun and be safe.
