With Koldur
"Just making sure old friend, I didn't think so but I wanted to make sure. Shall we make a competition of this seige? Who can get more kills."
--------------------
Hiding might be futile but you could take cover behind a boulder.
Sable takes a few steps to the side and takes cover behind one of the boulders. Then unslinging his bow he grabs a few arrows in his off hand.
"Hycan the archers will take their cue to fire after you. The rest of you take cover and prepare for melee to come to us." Sable says in a low tone.
stealth: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
GM Wolf
Not stated before but it makes sense that you left the horses about 400 feet away from your current position and have done your best at being stealth yup to your present location.
With the stealth of most of your group it does not seem that those at the fort notice you.
The kobolds take a forward position and slowly crawl on their bellies not to be seen.
Kreig and Doam cover Koldur's flank and follow him being more stealthy than the dwarf.
Ernost is with the horses for now, if he hears a Sable's signal whistle he will bring the horses.
You all may get into position, surprise round starts when Hycan makes his first attack, when someone sees you or something happens.
Hykan the Traveller
Assuming I was to blast the gate
Hykan engages his searing flesh defence and put 1 extra burn into it
This engages his elemental overflow (+1 to hit and +2 damage)
He then sneaks into 120 ft range of the gate
Stealth: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (2) + 15 = 17
He then delivers a Fire blast to the gate
Fire blast extended range vs Touch: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16
Fire blast extended range: 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (6, 2) + 4 = 12
Jevar T'soryn
Jevar does his best to follow in behind Hykan before popping out in front of him a bit and letting loose an arrow of his own.
Arrow to the enemy on the Ramparts: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23 Taking into account I had time to make a studied target first. Assuming a minus 2 for range...21 against Fl?
Damage if hit: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10
Koldur of the Axe
Axes in hand, Koldur waits.

Round 1
All the humanoids in the black tunics draw their weapons and shouting begins. Most of them take cover next to the carts.
The trio around the campfire jump up and draw their weapons, pointing them at those in black.
You can barely hear the yells coming from the fort. In the end crossbows are shot and bows, then weapons begin to clash within the fort.
A section of the gate begins to burn as it is hit. It is a quick put together gate from nearby trees, most not even 3 inches wide.
Until an upper hand is determined within the fort, you may continue to strike unfettered. Go ahead for Round 1 to Round 5.
Round 6
The bandits that were outside have been cut down and one of the carts slowly approaches your group with at least four black clad individuals behind it. The bandits have not been doing so well, under the barrage of your group and the black clad individuals cutting them down left and right. At this point dancing lights emerge within the fort and begin to fly around with dust and a fog falling down upon them from the other side of the fort.

Koldur of the Axe
Koldur rushes the gate!
Seeing the bandits otherwise occupid, he makes for the gate as his powerful but short legs drives him forward.
Now closer, he takes a better look at the dark clad humanoids.
GM Wolf
Wow that is a lot of random shots, the only desceiption of targets were the gate and archers on the ramparts.
The right hand side of the open gate now burns and drops to the ground blocking the gate with burning wood.
Round 6
Two of the black clad individuals break off from the cart and with drawn swords charge into Koldur and Jevar. Their swords already bloody they scream, "For the Veiled Lady!"
attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22 damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7 on Koldur
attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7 damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8 on Jevar
Oscar, I moved you, Doam and Kreig up with Koldur. It seemed that Jevar just kept moving forward. Then Koldur moved up and it makes sense the rest of you did as well. If not please note it and we can move you back.
Kreig & Doam
Round 1-5, and 6
The duo followed Koldur doing their best to keep low to the ground to not be targets or stay behind boulders.
Now with a threat before them, they charge forward to suppress the attackers. Doam strikes a blow that tears through the black wooden armor and leaves a gushing wound behind.

Round 1-4
Sable peppers the men out in the field before them, trying to even out the odds of the battle.
Round 5-6
He secures his bow and moves forward. Finishing up with drawing his curved blade and continuing forward, still unable to get into melee.
Jevar T'soryn
Jevar spun off the attack and gave a disapproving look at the man in black who attacked him. "RUDE!" he said simply before dropping the bow and brandishing his nodachi and giving him a return swipe.

Reknar Heldergast
So, there are only three bad guys? The ones circled in yellow, green and red?
And the small humanoids? They're kobolds? And the ones next to the yellow circle?
Sorry guys, I'm a bit confused with the map. But in any case:
"Let them have it boys!" - Reknar urges his companions on - "Sable, that flank is yours! Oscar, keep the path from behind that boulder safe, so that we are not side winded! Let's go!"
Starting Inspire Courage: bonus is +1/+1
In the meantime, he lets an arrow fly at one of their opponents.

Fire blast extended range Damage: 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (4, 2) + 4 = 10
Koldur of the Axe
Koldur begins his own combat medication, a world where only this dance of steel is all that matters. His axes weave, deflecting blows, feinting and arcing around him in ways that wold make most axe fighters stare at their respective weapons, wondering if they could achieve the same thing.

Round 8
Sable shouts out in affirmation seeing the warrior before him be set on fire, "Hallah!" Looking back, it seems that the rest of his companions are faring well against their foes with Hykan literally on fire as he burns everyone against them to a crisp.
GM Wolf
Round 9
Jevar takes down the black clad individual before he can strike back, critically wounding the man and dropping him to the ground. Sable gets pierced by another spear attack. Hycan precisely hits his target in the crowd taking the man down. Oscar and Sable swing and miss. Doam and Kreig work as a pair one misses as the other strikes the blue guard. | Koldur of the Axe |
Round 10
Total Defence and Moe
Koldur crosses his axe in front of him to act as a shield while he keeps his head low, growling as he does so to move as close to the gates as he can.
Once there he peeks over the edge to better see what the situation is with everyone seemingly fighting each other.
Reknar Heldergast
I am assuming white and purple squares are our enemies? If so:

Round 10
Hycan finishes off the foe before Sable. Reknar keeps on the heat but does not land his blow this time after he had finished off the blue shirted enemy last round. Oscar moves around the boulder to follow Koldur at a different angle. The kobolds follow Oscar, as the other ones move in making sure that the men are dead. Kreig and Doam attack the last threat still out but just keep him occupied not landing any blows. Kreig takes a nasty cut from the spear wielding man with a pink scarf on.
