Unreasonable, no. As he is attacking her and you are under the defend her, so you're going to have to do something against him and trying to pull her from him didn't work so.. attacking would be the next step anyways. Also attacking Sulvanii will not harm you, only him. It would be different if she asked you to punch him, then the fire damage would kick in.

Though with the lack of information from your race it will take more time! Also why am I doing this for you! What did you do with your rolls? So with all of my google-fu I have learned a few things about Quince.

Whoever is in charge of his profile did not update it well. LOL.

For that I am sorry.

I was able to find original rolls and what I think is all of the bonuses and such that were added of the history of the game. From "Gameplay," "Discussion," & "PMs." Which included random bonuses for Thanksgiving dishes, guessing Christmas gifts & Bearik's Pyramid.

I did have to fix a few things. In both up and down directions. I think the issue was not accounting for Kitsune bonuses and penalties because I had made Quince for a different Kingmaker that I was not chosen for. So when I signed on here. I did a re-roll but my STR was too high and my DEX was too low so I think that was my problem.

Yup, planeshift. And if that doesn't work, then he will use his infernal pact planeshift. Which if they don't go with him he is replaced by a Devil... A powerful Kyton to be precise.

Elizabeth gets 72 wishes... etc.

72 wishes for a year, 6 each month. Sulvanii will use them if you don't want them... or offer suggestions!

GM Wolf just to keep you posted on my thought process. I am retooling a few things so some of these will change.

I thinking the Shifter's Headband is better than the Alluring CHA headband. I had asked about earlier and then really didn't have a lot of Polymorph effects. But there are a few options so I think it might be better.

I also hated the idea of that many wands so I am switching as much as I can out for Pages of Spell Knowledge.

Getting Cleo to do double, or well triple dates might be hard if only because she isn't as... open as the rest of you are with affection. She'll get better with time but Jorne is Cleo's first relationship in such way.

Though that doesn't mean that Katrina wouldn't set up to have lunch with both Jorne and Cleo then also set something up with Quince and Liz at the same time. Because that is the kind of person Katrina is! XD

Before the time jump Quince doesn't know Jorne well. Quince will likely get to know Cleo a lot better in the course of study of magic. For one he was always interested in education for the kingdom. Hence in the year of down time an Academy in two more cities is encouraged. Neither I would think has the prestige of the first but they will likely be on the agenda of things to talk about. Also Quince will himself need some help learning (part of the RP of dealing with the fact I have a ton of Pages of Spell Knowledge).

I thought the idea of all of us hanging out would be a natural way for us to get to know each other over that time.

Alright so knowing we have a few threads and directions we are going to go during our "downtime year."

I propose we label the general threads so that we aren't waiting for one to finish before we tackle the next. For instance. Quince has proposed a trip to make good on some promises/visit Tazleford and allies. Let's label that the The Tazlford Tree Tango.
This will keep it separate from any hunting/exploration teams which can get their own labels as they begin.

GM Wolf- Can you refresh me how Sulvanii's lamp works. He has served the kingdom so long I hadn't given his lamp much thought until Katrina reminded me. I had in my head figured that he was autonomous and that I was not his "master." We had counted his labors ended which I thought freed him. Do I need to worry that his lamp might end up in the wrong hands?

So with these loose end events like the Tazlford Tree Tango. Are we playing them out, playing them out partially where we set them up make a few rolls and talk through results, or handwaving them.

If we are fully playing them out. Should we create secondary alises that don't have 72 wishes?

I started this thinking it was a good excuse to rp a little, set some of the tone for the next stretch of time while getting a little feedback.

Buuuuuuutttt do we have Tree Feather Tokens. I know they are not expensive. I assume its something that we would have been able to procure before now without having to hold things up.

I assume it is it safe to have the number of tokens that Melianse wanted already on hand?


The feather tokens have not been made or purchased. In the down time before leaving you could get someone to make them otherwise the trip would be moot.

Alright after looking over my wishes and taking your advice about stacking enchantments I do have a few tweaks. For approval. The original gp value of the item wished was under 25k and the second effect was 2x the price.

Suzerain Scepter 20,000gp - 5,000 Remains - Additional Enchantment Items like the Rod of Splendor have are also a +1 Mace so I figured that this could function as a +1 Morningstar as well. Which at double the price would be still be under budget.

Boots of Speed -13,000 Remains - Additional Enchantment Springing & Striding

Deliquescent Gloves Another item popular in the war on trolls. - 17,000 Remains - Additional Enchantment Swimming & Climbing

How many feather tokens did you need?

Melianse wants 5. Tiressia gave us 6 I found the loot drop. Unless we are assuming that we sold them off they have been in our stores.
