Month 4 Arodus
***Full disclosure: Tristan has 12 farms listed on the spreadsheet. He only had 2 Hexes labeled as farms. I have added 2 more in keeping with our available improvements. That accounts for 4 farm hexes. Leaving 8 more out there. My guess is that it was easier to just add farms in the time gap been the old map and the updated map. I am going to add which Hexes those are to the Spreadsheet and the Map.***
***Full disclosure: The Spreadsheet does not auto add buildings which effects several things. I have made adjustments. This would be a net of + 5BP from previous months.

Your Kingdom building looks great!
So 72 wishes. So many questions.
1- Is there a formula for wish to GP ratio if we are looking at items. I know Build Points convert to 4000gp. I don't know if we want to codify wishes so pedestrian?
2- I forgot the stipulations on Stats how high each could be bumped. If I remember correctly.
3- Looking at Quince's gear. I know he is lacking a bit in the Big Six items. So if I have to burn through 72 wishes it makes sense to spend some of it there.
1 - I forgot to tell you Sulvanii has a back up vault for the kingdom. Which has about 120 BP. So when projects are being made extra materials appear. Tristan also didn't know about it.
*Edit... that was for one wish each month: So rounding down: 1,200 BP XP
So, on the sixth month Sulvanii opens the vault for more developments: Have fun with it Quince!!! Claiming 3 or 4 Hexes with roads now!
1 - If you want to make a wish for building supplies you are able to produce 6 BP per wish.
2 - Grant a creature a +1 inherent bonus to an ability score. Two to five wish spells cast in immediate succession can grant a creature a +2 to +5 inherent bonus to an ability score (two wishes for a +2 inherent bonus, three wishes for a +3 inherent bonus, and so on). Inherent bonuses are instantaneous, so they cannot be dispelled. Note: An inherent bonus may not exceed +5 for a single ability score, and inherent bonuses to a particular ability score do not stack, so only the best one applies.
As only three wish spells are available, the highest you can get is +3 to one ability score.
3 - Older versions of wish let you create nonmagical item worth 25,000 gp or less. Also to create a magical item, specifics unstated. I am going to say the magical item has to be under 25,000 gp. Though you could make the magical item stronger by adding more properties to it with more wishes.

Your Kingdom building looks great!
Thanks!

So we have an influx of 120 or 1200? Both seem excessive XD
1 - If you want to make a wish for building supplies you are able to produce 6 BP per wish.
Great!
Okay if I read this right it essentially a blanket +3 to all stats except those that have already been augmented. But it would cost 3 wishes each.
3 - Older versions of wish let you create nonmagical item worth 25,000 gp or less. Also to create a magical item, specifics unstated. I am going to say the magical item has to be under 25,000 gp. Though you could make the magical item stronger by adding more properties to it with more wishes.
Gotcha.
Quince Medvyed
Right. That's why I said +3 to what hadn't already been augmented. Which is funny because I would be able to bump not crucial stats if I wanted to.
But hey 72 wishes.

That was exhausting!!!!!!
One year of Downtime for the Kingdom turns!
Elk Heart: District 2: Filling a square with four blocks of buildings: 1,600 XP
Elk Heart: District 2: Filling three city squares with buildings: 4,800 XP
Elkheart: Filling an entire city grid with buildings: 12,800 XP
I did not see a way to add Districts to the city beyond creating a second city and labeling it as the 2nd District. If you were counting all the lots Elkheart is now a Metropolis (On the Spread Sheet Label) not just a City. The second district alone is a city in its own right based on the spread sheet.
So what should we call the second district. It has a waterfront and a market so its start is very much part of a trade boom. There is a guild hall. With our relationship with Tazlford and a lot of their lumber coming down stream to us. It would make sense that we have a lot of woodworkers/carpenters and such.
Possible second district names:
Tuskwater Bay (on the nose)
Sawdust
Beaverton
Bear's Reach (A play on Bearik, and/or Quince as Medvyed's house sigil is a Bear).
Hartleap (Hart is another name for a deer/elk/stag it also plays on heart)
Hartbeat (Same play on deer but as it is an economic center "its the heart beat of the economy." Yes I know I am a nerd.)
Quince Medvyed
I caught a mistake.
I was only selling 2 magic items a month. But once we opened more cities and districts it would have been more items a month.
Looking at my One Note where I have the history. It would have come out to I think around 68BP.
GM Wolf
In order of my preferences:
Bear's Reach, Tuskwater Bay, Hartleap
Sounds good take that 68 BP and add it!
Thank you Quince for doing all that work, I plan on knocking out the hunting forays out tonight.
Also each of us have a stipend to create magical items on our own or buy them from the stores. After the first year... each High Warden gets 25,000 gp to spend for the year. The Treasurer would prefer if we spread it out but the money is yours as your yearly salary. With Sulvanii's wishes and the hidden vault, your expenditures would not affect the kingdom.
Also it looks like you will get to level up after the red spider incident.

25K on top of the wishes!!!
Funny you should say that.

Older versions of wish let you create nonmagical item worth 25,000 gp or less. Also to create a magical item, specifics unstated. I am going to say the magical item has to be under 25,000 gp. Though you could make the magical item stronger by adding more properties to it with more wishes.
So 1 wish can be used to make a single item or add an effect to an existing item or magic item that is 25,000gp or less.
I sense us becoming gods!!!
I think I am going to be looking at the SRD a lot today.
Cleonora Petalouda
I take a break for Valentines day and everything explodes! XD
Quince Medvyed
Quince you have 12 x 3 wishes to work on... 36. Now that is adjusted to already maximize wishes for the kingdom. So all 36 are yours. And actually with 13 wish takers, with all the viceroys, each of you would still get two days in a month. Leaving 4 days to power the seraphim wish and empower the kingdom. So that is 72 wishes... ;P
So I have to chose 36 wishes or 72?
Quince Medvyed
If I remember correctly Sulvanii has a treasure horde.
Are those items something that you wish for?
Something he bestows?
Is there a list?
Quince Medvyed
Quince I thought you already had some wishes that augmented your ability scores. Please look at Sulvanii how I would like your ability scores spread out.
Alright so I tracked my previous wishes from gameplay and discussion.
So far I have had the opportunity to bump 5 of my stats.
STR +1
Dex +1
Con +1
Int +1
Cha +3
So if I understand you here:
The only stat I can wish higher at this point is Wisdom if I understand you correctly.
Quince Medvyed
3 - Older versions of wish let you create nonmagical item worth 25,000 gp or less. Also to create a magical item, specifics unstated. I am going to say the magical item has to be under 25,000 gp. Though you could make the magical item stronger by adding more properties to it with more wishes.
So if I wished for a Belt of Giant Strength +4 which has a price of 16,000gp. I could then wish to add the properties of a +4 Dex belt 16,000gp and then wish for a +4 Con belt 16,000gp. Essentially creating a Belt of Physical Perfection +4 which has a price of 64,000gp.
Am I following you?
Quince Medvyed
So Cleo,
I was thinking about our year of down time. Cleo is good friends with Katrina, Quince is really good friends with Kevros, you and Elizabeth share a bond and Cleo is now in a relationship with Jorne.
I would imagine this is going to turn us into a trio of couples. That does a lot of triple dates and such.
Cleonora Petalouda
Well outside of the bond they have I don't know if Elizabeth and Cleonora are actual friends....
Getting Cleo to do double, or well triple dates might be hard if only because she isn't as... open as the rest of you are with affection. She'll get better with time but Jorne is Cleo's first relationship in such way.
Though that doesn't mean that Katrina wouldn't set up to have lunch with both Jorne and Cleo then also set something up with Quince and Liz at the same time. Because that is the kind of person Katrina is! XD
Sulvanii
If I remember correctly Sulvanii has a treasure horde.
Are those items something that you wish for?

Is there a list?
Yes I have a treasure trove.
Well that would be fine, but most of them are cursed. If you take my prized possessions, it will be a waste of a spell as I will take them back. Most of the items in my vault are failed wishes.
Yes I offered weapons and such from my vault to the Wardens none of you accepted.
No list.
GM Wolf
Quince I thought you already had some wishes that augmented your ability scores. Please look at Sulvanii how I would like your ability scores spread out.
Quince I will not be going back through our thousands of posts to find what enhancements you have had done to your character. Please do the above first before we continue on ability score increases due to wishes.

Kinda, you have to know adding another quality to the first one makes the addition half again as much.
So the +4 to Dex is actually 24,000 gp. Which luckily still works. Which is 64,000 gp.
So after 3 wishes you can have a belt of physical perfection +4.

Before you posted this I had recently posted this. Where I had already gone though both the gameplay and the discussion. These are not requests. these are the already received bumps.

So my question was given that I had already bumped everything else Wisdom is the only one left. It was an attempt to verify. I wasn't expecting you to go through anything. I already had.

Well recently during the mission to Candlemere Quince asked about it be we were already there. When we went back to town not much happened and we started talking about the year of down time and other things.
But if they are mostly cursed that sounds like a liability.

Cha +3So my question was given that I had already bumped everything else Wisdom is the only one left. It was an attempt to verify. I wasn't expecting you to go through anything. I already had.
My problem is it is unclear and I wanted you to do like the following:
STATISTICSFinal, base, wishes, magic item
Str 32, 23, +3, +6
Dex 26, 17, +3, +6
Con 26, 18, +2, +6
Int 20, 12, +2, +6
Wis 22, 14, +2, +6
Cha 26, 17, +3, +6
So you could use 3 wishes to make your STR +3.
So you could use 3 wishes to make your DEX +3.
So you could use 3 wishes to make your CON +3.
So you could use 3 wishes to make your INT +3.
So you could use 3 wishes to make your WIS +3.
Using a total of 15 wishes.
So your stats would look something like this:
Final, base, Racial, wishes, magic item
Str 23, 16, +3, +4
Dex 26, 15, +3, +4
Con 26, 15, +3, +4
Int 20, 14, +3, +0
Wis 22, 13, +3, +0
Cha 26, 16, +3, +0
Though with the lack of information from your race it will take more time! Also why am I doing this for you! What did you do with your rolls? Also you have no notes of where the other bonuses have come from just the F*********** Stat! Yes for the last day everywhere I have turned I have found reasons to explode. I am sorry that you had to see that... you should have seen me storm off and take a quick run away from the computer... Anyways please help me out here!

Your present stats before more wishes and magical items: Str 21, Dex 18, Con 16, Int 16, Wis 11, Cha 22

Okay.
I guess I am sorry.
Not sure how I would have known you wanted the stats laid out like that before now. I will put that together.
I have been updating the sheet since 2013. I don't have a copy of every step along the way.
That said you didn't yet verify my question. I am trying to get the wishes handled.
If I have already boosted my Cha via wishes by +3 & STR, DEX, CON, & INT by +1. I assume that my only stat left that I am allowed to wish higher is Wisdom----Is that Correct.
I have at least 36 wishes to choose. Or is it 72?
GM Wolf
Oh I know you are trying to get the wishes handled and I am trying to make it easier to see so we all are doing the same thing.
I had already stated it twice to look at how the ability scores were laid out in Sulvanii's character sheet. I am sorry I have not been able to answer your question.
Between your starting stats, racial bonuses, and the wishes we can easily figure out the other bonuses. Such as from the pyramid. We will see.
You could rewish to increase the stats on: STR, DEX, CON, & INT
Thus using 12 wishes to make each of those stats +3 rather than just +1.
You have 72 wishes.
Making a belt of physcial perfection (+4) costs 3 wishes.
You going to make a headband of mental perfection (+4) with 3 wishes too?
So +3 to Wisdom. 3 wishes.
-----
P.S. I have the same 72 wishes for other certain NPCs... I think I will make it 36 for them as most of them are using wishes to make things go smoother in the kingdom too.
Quince Medvyed
Great I will take care of that. I am almost into the 30's.
I am trying to get the list and the changes approved before much action happens in Varnhold because Quince is going to have a rather ridiculous jump in power.
Cleonora Petalouda
Saiben is dead! But Danalia still stands! XD
Jorne has been boosting his own power between Saren and Sulvanii?
Quince Medvyed
Quince is holding. He is under both charms. He is trying to defend Danalia but a bit smitten too. If Selena is held he has has little to do this round.
Selena the Elfen Feline
Technically you would be forced to do Katrina's spell over the other as it is a higher level and she just attacked your love... rage boy!!!!
Though it is unneeded.
How many hp did Saiben have?
