@JDPhipps - Allrighty, thanks for the heads up. Good luck on your other recruitment!
@Mimesyne - Sounds interesting, would love to see what you have to offer. Hopefully you'll find the down time you need to put it all together.
@Bodzilla/Ren - Glad you got this together. Good ol Magical Knack. Just curious what your level progression goals might be as far as Alchemist vs Rogue. Just trying to get a sense if he will shape up to be more a "caster" over time or more a bomb throwing rogue. Just wondering. Also like any good gm I have been trained to covet PC secrets like a dragon hoards gold, piling them together to sleep or lounge on them....actually that comparison sorta fell apart but you get what I mean. :p

Awwww I had prided myself in being the only archer. You might want to look at like I proved precise shot, or else your penalty for shooting into Melee is brutal.
@Minerva: Aye, forgot that the Ranger Combat Style allows selection of combat feats without the pre-reqs being in place. As a result dropped Point Blank Shot for Precise Shot.
If granted a place at the virtual table it'll allow Duška to support our melee types and make best use of her highest damage weapon - particularly against favoured enemies.

Any chance I can get like, a two hour extension on my app? I just got off work and am headed home.
To summarize my character Zanessa Storval quickly while on my mobile, she's a half elf crossblooded sorcerer with a heavy heavy focus in enchantment. She uses her gifts to pull the wool over people's eyes, most often the members of the opposite sex (although she's not particular).
As far as personality goes she's quite confident and not afraid to dive headfirst into any social situation. If things go south? Well, she'll literally charm her way out.
She's a minor league scammer, occasionally going out of her way and using her social abilities to squeeze every copper out of someone willing to buy her drinks (and giving nothing in return, of course).
Nothing sounds better to her than a book and a warm cup of tea on a rainy day by the fire. She's not as dumb as she sometimes plays, although she's certainly not brilliant. She heavily relies on external praise and approval to maintain her self confidence.

Not to mention the Erastilite would not take very kindly to freeloading, and leeching. :P

*insert GM cackle here*

Now now she isn't "freeloading" she is convincing others to be charitable. Wouldn't that warm the hearts of the faithful in the Greenbelt? O:)

So you can continue to work on this but we will review what you post before the deadline as the base concept so I would focus on, at a minimum, getting the basics of your character build up (not necessarily the math but the basic build if that makes sense.) At this point you have made enough posts that we have a sketch of what is going on but I can't grant you an out and out extension because I already turned others down for them (via PM) and I promised not to fiddle with the deadline unless it was my fault.
Hopefully that is a decent compromise.

Mimesyne here! I think I did it! And with 10ish minutes to spare, too!
I changed her name to Mila (Zanessa sounded too much like a villain IMO, and her last name is still up in the air), and fleshed out a bit more detail for her.
In combat, her role will be control through compulsion, charms, and other enchantment effects with a few illusions thrown in for good measure. I'll probably try to have a solid damage dealing spell every odd level just to give her some oomph when she needs it. I'll probably pick up a few more non-enchantment control spells to round her out, and maybe a buff or debuff spell here and there when I can afford the spell known.
Out of combat, she is 100% ready to be the face of the party, and I may look into picking up craft(alchemy) and/or the Craft Wondrous Item feat. I'm pretty tight on both skill points and feats, so we'll see how that goes. She'd probably be pretty handy for getting into anywhere with a guard (charm the heck outta that guy!) as well as being a good government face when we get to that part of the AP.
I would like to, in the future, add a bit more in her background about her younger life and family, but what I have will have to cut it for now! It touches on the most important and defining matter in her youth that has had a major impact on who she is today. Hopefully between this and my previous posts you are able to get a solid idea of what she's all about!

And that's IT!
Pencils Down!
This recruitment is officially closed. If I have any further questions about your applications I will send you a PM, otherwise I will have an announcement for you by Tuesday 1:00 PM PST. (Probably faster but I gotta give time for the players to review.)
Good luck folks, a lot of solid applications. To be continued...

@Duska
Ended up going with Divine Herald Cleric of Erastil.
Effectively, not much about her has changed. She is a cleric class vs inquisitor now. archetype lets her spontaneously cast summons in addition to cures. gets a couple bonus feats later on for summoning, animal companion with boon by 5.
She still uses a bow, but will only have PB and Precise, and maybe one or two other archery feats, so certainly not specialized in it by any means. More of a support/bolster/minor healing type. A lot of the concept of the character stayed the same, just did a 180 on the mechanics.

Cool - no worries, no need for a rebuild if lucky enough to be picked :)

Ugh I hate recruitment and I love recruitment.
First off I want to say that I am always impressed by what the community brings forward as far as engagement and creativity. I have benefited many times now from GMs being so impressed by the characters that are offered they have run multiple tables or increased the size of the group to allow more players.
Sadly I can't do that. I'm already making the table bigger if not slightly too big for the AP and I know enough about myself that I don't dare over commit to the detriment of all.
This recruitment is especially hard because I had opportunities to share a lot of PMs with a number of folks to flesh out ideas and navigate concepts. Its hard to deny anyone who has put in the effort a spot at the table but alas, this experience isn't only about me but the other players and what is best for the game.
I'm rambling because the typing keeps me from having to commit :)
If any of you have questions about our process or want feedback about your characters feel free to message me, I am happy to give you any observations I can.
IF any of you that were not selected today are interested in being considered in the future to fill any future gaps as backup selections, let me know.
All that said.
Duska, Ra'hl, Natasha and Mattrim, please join us in the discussion thread.
Thanks everybody.
