Morbar smashes his hammer into the Tyrant's chest but he seems barely phased as he easily turns aside the remaining attacks.
A ball of flame erupts around him then, send skyward by Davos. When the smoke clears, he sees the Tyrant fixing his gaze upon him and it sends chills up his spine.

The Tyrant suddenly disappears out of the sky and lands right beside Davos! He appears everywhere and nowhere, his image splitting out into a thousand shadows and slicing the wizard apart. With a dozen cuts, the elf is laid low.
White lightning suddenly flares from the machine, it's sparks bursting brightly in the darkness atop the tower.
It cascades over the Tyrant and he screeches loud enough to cut through the storm.
I am draining his power! Kendra cries. We are connected through this machine, just give me time!
Erek sees his chance with the Tyrant grounded. He sprints forward and slams the Ravens Head into the Tyrant. He knows it is most likely suicide to engage theirbdeadly foe, but he refuses to back down; even in the face of oblivion.

Morbar gets back down, and again wades on the Demon Lord - "We're not done yet!"
"KENDRA! BE CAREFUL!" Markus shouts out over everything that's happening unable to afford himself a moment to check and move to her as he attempts to undo everything the Tyrant is doing.
He steps forward just feeling the evil seep out of the Tyrant.
Holding his holy symbol up high he reaches for Davos. "Desna has a different path for you! This is not how it ends for you. We need your help!" Then with a flash of light all of Davos wound heal themselves.
what the fu... Jon curses as the Tyrant vanished and made menus later he hears Davos cry out in pain and flaring his wings Jon spins around and streaks toward the Tyrant. Bearing down upon him Jons eyes blaze with fire as he unleashes hell upon him.
Burn! You bastard he snarls as the Tyrant is suddenly engulfed in screaming flames.
As soon as Erek wields the Raven's Head at the Tyrant, he hisses and says;
The Tyrant suddenly multiplies!

Jon's infernal fire rips into the Tyrant and he shrieks in response.
Trusting in his dark magic to protect him, the Tyrant floats around the party to maximise the havoc he is about to wreak.
He then raises his hand and unleashes a bolt of crackling lightning that rips through the gathered group.
The lightning is followed by another bolt of black, shadowy energy as the Tyrant continues to display his power, even as it is being siphoned by the machine.
"Thank you Markus" he says trying to be heard over the sound of battle and the raging storm around the top of the tower
Unable to move from the Tyrants spell, electricial burn marks cover the wizards body and in kind returns the favor and casts Empowered lighting arc but maniuplates the spell and becomes fire striking between the tyrant and one of the skeletons on the edge

Erek laughs and taunts the Tyrant. [B]"Your spells are nothing to me! Come and face me. Feel the bite of the Ravens Head. PRAISE BE TO IOMADAE!"[/dice]
The Tyrant roars in pain once again as the blast of fire smashes into him.
Markus is too preoccupied and is too late to see the devastating attacks aimed at him by the Tyrant. "No matter what! You won't be leaving here." Markus shouts out, his wounds visible as he starts to pant from the pain.
He then points at Cara. "There is nothing to be scared of! You have to put the Tyrant down!"

Markus ducks only just as the blast hit him. He then turns to see Cara cowering.
"Jon! Heal Morbar I need to get Cara back in the fight!" He then holds up his holy symbol and releases Cara of her fear. "Stand with me! You have nothing to fear when I guide you!"

Then Morbar attacks.
The Bard does not manage to avoid the blast, and is completely incinerated by the electrical damage.

Inspired, Morbar smashes his hammer toward Tyrant's chest. The blow is devastating but the black tendrils that swarm around him protect him and the wound immediately begins repairing.
Davos' lightning rips through him and for the first time you can see a series of cracks running along his form, like the surface of a frozen lake.
The huge blast of lightning arcs out toward Jon, but as it slams into him his own power manifests and the electricity streams around him as he absorbs it’s energy .
Markus! You have to keep everyone on their feet Jon cries out as he sees the damage dealt to the party by the Tyrants immense power.
we stand together! Take him down!
Drawing upon the last of the dark power inside himself Jon once more engulfs the Tyrant in screaming flames.
"Just like workin' at da forge - One! Two! One! Two!" - Morbar roars as he swings again and again.
The horrors clouding Caradwen's mind are lifted due to Markus's divine power and she smiles - "Sorry boys. Was not myself there for a moment" - unleashing on the Tyrant without hesitation.

The Tyrant howls in rage, frustration and pain. Are all his schemes and plans for freedom, etched in his memory for 10,000 years all to be brought to nothing by a group of adventurers?
Dying Light, his ancient weapon, sings in the night. He slashes Morbar's hammer from his grasp and then cuts the dwarf across the belly, slicing straight through his plate, before ramming the blade through his heart. Morbar collapses in a heap even as the Tyrant turns his fury on Erek, cutting the Inquisitor from shoulder to navel with a deep diagonal hack.
The skeletons finally pour in and begin swarming all over the remaining heroes. All hope seems lost. Kendra screams in the forcecube, the lightning flowing over her like water and blasting out over the Tyrant. The enormous mithril door begins glowing beneath your feet.

Erek watches the brave dwarf fall beneath the Tyrant's terrible blade. Even before he can call out he feels a white hot agony as the same blade cuts him deeply across his torso. He can feel his hot blood flowing down his legs and his head swims momentarily with the hydraulic shock.
He remains standing, though he knows he cannot do so for much longer. Spitting blood at his foe he snarls "Never again will you blight this earth. You will not win this day. Iomadae protects us."
He drives home his final assault, using every ounce of his failing strength in an effort to destroy this vile being. The Ravens Head is a dark blur as he hammers it into his foe again and again.

Morbar! NO!! Jon cries out in anguish as the Tyrant savagely cuts him down and as his lifeless body begins to fall Jon throws out his power toward the Tyrant, hoping to turn aside his blade even as he strikes out at Erek.
Seeing his friends holding on for dear life Jon knows he has to try and heal them, he had to help Markus keep everyone alive and drawing upon his powers he spreads his wings wide and a wave of healing light washes over them.
Gripping his sword tightly Jon grimly advances on the Tyrant, propelling himself toward him he puts himself in harms way, trying to draw his attacks to himself.
come on then you bastard! LETS SEE WHAT YOUVE GOT! Jon screams at him.
His eyes widen watching as the Tyrant throws several blows into Morbar and seeing his body crashing into the hard stone floor "Morbar!" he yells out in anger and rage, clentching his fist with his arcane ring glistening with magic he slams his fist into the ground and letting out a warrior like battle cry "ARGHHHHHHH!!!" and emits a massive blast of sunburst destroying everything in it's path.

The Tyrant is the most formidable warrior Erek has ever faced. Even the darkest of demon's pales before his might and though the Raven's Head blurs, the Tyrant turns all of it's attacks aside with consumate skill. But he is wary. He is afraid even, of the Raven's Head and that weakness proves enough for one blow to get through, crunching down on the crown of his head.
In the same moment, a wave of healing energy billows out from Jon, an action that may keep the heroes alive just a few moments longer, just enough perhaps for Kendra to manipulate the machine. This is a fight they cannot win but it matters not, all that matters is buying time.
Davos unleashes a blast of sunlight that decimates the skeleton horde, once again bones fly everywhere in an explosion that rocks the tower. The force rips the helmet from the head of the Tyrant and for the first time you can see that the pale flesh of his face is ripped almost to the bone. He is dying, you are beating him and he looks not long for this world.
The machine begun to whir, building to a crescendo, the lightning flying off it in all directions. It blasts the Tyrant and almost drives him to his knees and for the first time you see the white lightning obliterate the dark tendrils of energy that float around him and redirect them to the mithril door beneath your feet.
Kendra screams through the agony that is flooding her body as the conduit for this unknown divine/unliving power.
Markus watches as Morbar is cut down, it takes everything in him not to rush to him and bring him back but he knows it would do no good to bring him back in a weakened state.
"No!" He shouts out and a wave of healing energy is unleashed from him. Washing over his friends mending their wound and hoping it will be enough just to keep them going.
He then attempts to cast a spell and get away from the skeletons.

Covered by clawing skeletons, Morbar dead at her feet, Caradwen doesn't care anymore. She simply shoots again.

The Tyrant reels back. Weakened by the machine though he is, still recovering from 10,000 year of imprisonment, he is still mere steps away from godhood. And the gathered might, determination and skill of the heroes that stand before him has taken him aback.
Almost torn apart by their utter persistence and deadliness, the Tyrant's arrogance has turned to desperation. He staggers back and unleashes an enormous cacophony of black energy that rips through the heroes, desperately resisting the draw of the machine that Kendra is using to rip his essence from him and funnel back into Gallowspire itself!
