Checking in, and avoiding the small clothes discussion. :)
Ojore is ready to roll. I will reserve final spell selection until after I hear the initial setting, but feats and traits and equipment has been good for a coupe of days.
Good luck to you all. There are some great builds here, representing a lot of hard work. I plan to reference this recruitment link for future character ideas.

Had a very tough time establishing an internet connection this morning due to the office move over the weekend. Putting together my roster now.
So everyone understands my process, this is basically going to be a mental round-up and literal review of all my high-participation regulars (so: most everyone present) and a pair down of the list from there. My goal is to end up with a balanced team of 5 PCs and 5 correspondingly well-suited players. Cutting deserving submitters is literally unavoidable - so please don't be offended if you are not selected. There are more deserving participants here than there are seats at the virtual table. This will not be an easy draft.

...
..
.
After much deliberation, I have decided on a campaign roster with combat, skills, scouting, crowd control, and problem-solving abilities all fairly well-covered:
Kargath Thunderstrike, bigrin42's dwarven fighter. Close combat and physical crowd control will go a long way in the dungeon.
Nicoleta Mashrava, Shisumo's human inquisitor. Highly mobile scouting, decent healing and fighting capabilities, and utility spells offer a lot to the team, and monster knowledge is kind of a big deal.
Ojore, Skorn's human druid. Druids have a lot going for them - access to virtually all genres of offensive and defensive spells, useful in combat, mobile, and possessed of a very powerful animal companion.
Elsir Thran, Celeador's elven diviner. Divination, problem solving, and problem-fixing spells are invaluable.
Nesipho Inkosi, bbangerter's human magus/rogue. Combat capabilities and offensive arcane spells are always useful, and trapfinding is a must.
There were several PC submissions that it really kills me to pass over (I really could have put together a great second team), and I'd like to thank everyone for their participation. Spectators will be more than welcome in the discussion thread and any post-game recruitment that needs to take place may very likely draw from known spectators.
Campaign info and gameplay thread are yet to come. We'll get started tomorrow, probably. To bigrin42, Shisumo, Skorn, Celeador, and bbangerter: stand by and stick around. Please do not get into official "in character" dialogues yet - save it for the gameplay thread.
I'll be going over character sheets a little more closely now, and I'll be posting some general and specific campaign info shortly.
Thanks again to everyone who participated.

GT: you probably meant for bbangerter to stick around and be ready instead of me:)
Edited; you are correct, though you were in the running for a large percentage of the decision process (I really like your paladin, and I would've enjoyed making Kargath play with an orc for a companion, hence the leftover typo). I had to do some shuffling because I couldn't leave the team without a trapfinder.

Edit: and before anybody misreads that as summon briDe, just remember that casting that spell is a good way to get one's ears boxed.
No, but it has a steep cost in material components of black market lawyer bribes and plane tickets.
Oh well, have a good game everybody.

Mostly done. :)
Sent you a PM that might have me switch the enchantment on my shield to my armor. I think that leaves my AC the same but saves me about 150 gold.
And I might want to choose specific spells to have memorized based on where I am and what has happened the the previous day. Other than that, done.

@ bigrin42: Whoops, I missed something. You appear to have no skills? Shouldn't take you long to spend those fighter skill points though, eh? When you do, please note your RANKS and MODIFIERS seperately. Also, where are your favored class benefits going?
If they're going to hp, you should have 33 hp.
10 (HD) + 5.5 (HD) + 5.5 (HD) + 3 (favored class) + 9 (Con x level).
You have 31, which suggests that only one of your favored class bonuses is going toward hp? Is this correct?
@ Skorn: Sounds good. Prepared spellcasters may mess with their spell lists before replying to the first in-game post, once it goes up.
One request: please note both your skill RANKS and your skill MODIFIERS on your character sheet.

@ Shisumo: Your Fortitude saving throw modifier seems off by one point? Base 3 + 1 Con = +5. I don't see an extra from a trait feat.
Also, could you note your skill ranks along with your skill modifiers? You can list them somewhere else or put them in ooc text if you don't want to clutter your very nice-looking character sheet.
Also, what is "determination 2/day"? I feel like I'm going to feel dumb for asking, but I don't recognize this feature and a casual search on the SRD tells me nothing.

Nesipho Inkosi |

@ Skorn: Go ahead and remove "lion's movement" from your character sheet.
I don't see "Artifact Hunter" in any of the approved products, but I'm depending on the SRD at the moment. Was Artifact Hunter reprinted in the ISWG?
Artifact Hunter (Inner Sea Guide primer)
I have that trait too. Can change if needed (forgot to read the fine print of where it came from).
Nesipho is also done (added a wand of shield with 10 charges then saving the remaining cash for now).

![]() |

@ Celeador: You should have 19 hp, I believe? (Ouch.)
6 + 3.5 + 3.5 + 3 (Con x HD) + 3 (favored class)
EDIT: On the other hand, your initiative score is disturbingly correct.
By the way, I am going to go ahead and run with the "vanilla" wayfinder ruling for the sake of convenience and not having to make up a bunch of ioun stone powers, but I may include "extra effects" on some ioun stones, per the description of that item.
Alternately, if you want to just PM me a summary of the "random resonant powers" table, I'll use that. It's technically outside of the allowed sources, but I don't want to ignore part of the wayfinder's function (which is an allowed source and ought to be supported).

![]() |

@ bbangerter: Both of your traits are outside of the allowed sources, and will need to change. Your hp is also wrong, I think?
8 (HD) + 4.5 (HD) + 4.5) + 3 (Con x HD) = 20 hp.
Lastly, I think you've spent only 21 skill points? I don't think that's right.
Without factoring favored class into it (where are your favored class benefits going, anyway?), you should have:
8 from rogue 1, 2 from magus 1, 2 from magus 2, 9 from (Int x 3), and 3 from being human.

@ bigrin42: Long answer: Low Charisma just means you come across poorly. You have no presence. A big, ugly, muscle-bound dwarf could have high-Charisma (carrying himself like a hardcore, stone-cold, hawk-eyed badass with a literal axe to grind) or low-Charisma (coming across as dim, nose-picking, inattentive, and loutish). Both are big, ugly, and musclebound... but one is a lot more intimidating.
Short answer: Take Intimidating Prowess. : P
