@Techno, For the street-level feel it might be better to limit the points in power than the number of powers. After all, somebody with lots of small utility powers makes a lot of sense at a street level.

Air Calvary are jet pack viper agents.
The maulers are heavy weapons users they have backpack generators with Auto Cannons and they seem to have some type of displacement field around them.

Doh! Totally gapped that they were minions! As Golem & I posted at the same time, can I spend a HP to edit scene, and do my maneuver on the 10 normal agents? 2 Bruises, Stunned & Fatigued for one Mauler hardly seems worth it >.<
Also, could you please post the DC's we're rolling against with our Toughness check so we have a clue as to which attackers are the larger threat.
Thanks! :)
OMNIPOTENT OMNIPRESENT NARRATOR
Yeah you can totally edit the scene
The air Calvary were using the rank 8 auto blasters out of Agents of Freedom some it was 8 plus 3 from power Attack so DC 26
Broadway I think it was changed to reactive healing called absorbsion cause you have a plus 13 toughness save, and this was way after you showed up and I'm sure blasted some people.

Damage Condition: None Fatigue Condition: None Hero Points:1 Def: 15 FF Def:13 |Saves T:+4 IT: F:+9 R:+11 W:+13 |Init:+4 |Notice:+12 Sonar(Blindsight): Hearing
Absorption is a reactive power that absorbs energy and changes it to healing.
You can absorb a particular type of damage and use its energy to improve
a trait or heal yourself.
Choose physical or energy damage. Subtract your Absorption rank from the damage bonus of the affected attack. If the remaining bonus is +0 or greater, make a normal Toughness save against the remaining damage bonus, otherwise you ignore the attack’s damage completely.
After absorbing damage, as a reaction, you can immediately use Boost (see
page 77) on a particular trait or Healing (see page 87) on yourself, at a rank equal to your Absorption rank or the absorbed attack’s damage bonus, whichever is less.
I chose to use it as Healing, rather than Boost.
The way you described the scene was that the agents fired at Broadway, who hadn't taken an action, which would mean that as a reaction he could put up absorbtion. He wouldn't be able to attack after that. If they're energy blasters, he'd be able to absorb it.
OMNIPOTENT OMNIPRESENT NARRATOR
It said that after you did an action because of the iniative I was just trying to keep things moving.
I am on my phone not my lap top do I don't have hero labs open, but I swear that your power is really healing just named something else because absorbtion would send you over the power levels on saves. It was a trick waveform did on your character to make it do a very similar thing. I could be wrong
Hero Points: 1 | Damage Condition: 2 | Status conditions: | Fatigue Condition: 0 | Defense: 18 FF Def: 14 KB-5 | Saves T: 10 F: 8 R: 7 W: 7 | Init: +4 | Notice: +8 (Sense water-based fluids (acute, penetrating))
Yes, I switched it. Normally absorption is toughness mixed with reactive healing. Having your defenses in a multipower is bad news. To meet PL you have to have lower defense when you aren't using it.
Making it healing with reactive and the limitation that it's based on the level of the energy attack gives you the healing effect of absorption when you want it while leaving your toughness alone when you don't.
Hero Points: 3 | Luck: 2 | Damage Condition: None | Status Condition: None | Fatigue Condition: None | Defense: 16 (14 w/o Dodge Bonus) KB: -9 | T: 12 (6 Impervious vs. Physical) F:12 R: 4 W: 7 | Initiative: +2 (+10 w/Super Speed Active)| Notice: +7 (Danger Sense (Hearing), Extended Vision & Hearing (-1/100'), Infravision, Ultrahearing, Microscopic Vision (Molecule size), Radio, X-Ray Vision)
Weird, it isn't worded as such it is worded that Absorption 4 would reduce incoming energy damage from rank 8 to rank 4, then you'd make your resistance roll. Yet when I plug it into herolab it comes up in error.
Very poorly worded.

Watcher, it is getting close to coming back to my initiative. Before I write up my post, I need to know what I see and how easy it is to get into the hangar. If I can get into the hangar and the helicopter appears to be their target, my plan is to power stunt to shrink the helicopter and myself into a size they can't find.

I don't see him in the Round 2 Initiative list, because if he's still waking up I may let the Stun stand rather than using a HP to recover out of it. Waveform, Broadway, Quark & Golem should be able to mop up the agents this round and let us concentrate fire on Ripper for Round 3.

Sorry for the delay. I've been trying all day to figure out how to do what I wanted to do and I think I can't. I was planning power stunt to shrink the copter and hide it from Viper, but I don't think I can do that with affects others and as an attack it is capped at 9 ranks which isn't enough to get it small enough. Any rules magic I am missing?
Other people feel free to post before me, I can delay until I figure something else out.

REAL FUNNY.
Invictus, I swear! If you're feeling alt-y, how about cranking out a villain or two? I've got three down, but we could always use more. That goes for anyone else too, even if you're not participating in Freedom City Knights. If you're the type to build characters for fun, feel free to make a street-level villain, no higher than PL 11, and I may or may not use it over on the "Tales From The Watcherverse" game "Freedom City Knights".
Arkham Knights seems fun. I'll have to borrow it once my brother gets it.
