Didn't realize the status of Tok in the order. I will have to wait. I am unconcious otherwise.

As far as the trip, I was planning to trip from the prone position. If that will not be allowed I will try something else.

That is allowed yes Galstak but will still provoke an aoo and will be at -4 penalty to hit.

Galstak, my advice is to withdraw through Q16. You can do it while prone (scrambling/rolling backwards out of reach) You won't provoke. You'll still be prone, but you'll be behind allies. I recommend stopping in R15 or R16

When you are prone you can only move 5 feet by crawling. If you could just move normally(without penalty) while prone nobody would crawl.

Crawling: You can crawl 5 feet as a move action. Crawling incurs attacks of opportunity from any attackers who threaten you at any point of your crawl. A crawling character is considered prone and must take a move action to stand up, provoking an attack of opportunity.

Not quite sure what's going on now. My action for round 5 had already been posted, spiritual weapon directed at Flind. If this is now round 6 I need to roll again as I intend to continue same action. If not, then Flind should have been hit. Been a little distracted lately as my vehicle was attacked by the 1,000 hit die monster known as real life and now refuses to start. So, until I can get that successfully dealt with (hopefully some time in the next 12 to 16 hours or so) my posting may be a little spotty.

Male Human Barbarian 2/Oracle 1

Sorry Luminarion, did not want to jump the gun, but I am EST and I was checking out for the night and just wanted to post my actions. I trust the GM will sort things out. He seems to be doing that pretty well despite the confusion.

The flind is fascinated by the hypnotic pattern and just stares at it from the ground.

The glowing scimitar makes a heavy wound on the prone gnoll but it hardly notices and stares at the array of colors.

Galstak stands and makes another swing at the flind but somehow manages to miss even though he lies prone.

Kaiden Second blade kips the gnolls side but it is enough to fell the exhausted gnoll.

Khalil sneaks behind the gnoll and stabs it in the back ending it's miserable life.

Morphet moves and enchants his bolts.

Villagers continue as instructed and head for the camp and relative safety.

Gnolls? What gnolls? I have seen none of those lately and have no idea what it is you are talking about.

Flind stares at the colorful lights and only twitches every now and then.

Tok does some more rad heals on Galstak.

Gregers moves in to slay the Powerful beast while it is down. He is distracted by something and misses very badly.

Aksum continues performance and fires of a shot at the nearest live gnoll and misses.

Human fighter moves to attack down Flind. His wold swing also misses.

Isn't he Helpless? How 'bout a Coup de Grace?

Spectrum sighs at the situation around the large Gnoll and walks calmly to the unconscious gnoll near him. Drawing a long, hiltless sword from beneath his cloak, seemingly from nowhere, he positions the blade above the creature's chest carefully and leans his weight downward.

But that would have made sense :-) More seriously I've been "up" during the time I would normally spend sleeping trying to get my car fixed. Now if I'm lucky I'll get about a 2 hour nap before I take an 8 hour shift. So I'll plead a combination of being tired coupled with incipient senility for possibly not having made the best move possible. Still ought to work though.

Male Human Barbarian 2/Oracle 1

I had thought about the Coup d'grace but thought the act would have broken the spell. Hypnotic Colors puts the creature in a Fascinated State and the condition Fascinate has the following verbage - "Any obvious threat, such as someone drawing a weapon, casting a spell, or aiming a ranged weapon at the fascinated creature, automatically breaks the effect." So I though just swing away.

Galstak swings at the beast again and misses.
