Khalil Noyon |

Hearing the others talk, Khalil, wipes the frost from his beard and face in an attempt to focus himself enough to pay attention. After a few more seconds he grabs his holy symbol and can feel heat pouring through it as he opens himself to a warm flow of energy. Pulling the symbol from under his cloak he raises it up and releases the energy, allowing it to fill himself and his companions with warmth.

Everyone is now healed from any nonlethal taken and are no longer fatigued.
What do the rest of you do as the others scout ahead.

Luminarion |

Luminarion replies,"Originally from Kyonin, but my duties for Sarenrae have me traveling all over. There are many places where the congregations are too small to have established temples with regular services. So I move around trying to visit as many of those small congregations as I can holding services, providing healing, performing marriages, baptisms, confirmations, etc.. It's also a form of missionary work as well. Last but not least, occasionally I run across situations where the power of Sarenrae is needed to deal with some sort of evil situation. Thus I am here."

Curvlk Wyrdon |

The small goblinoid creature stands silently watching the procession, making what he can of it. He then motions for Kaiden to follow him and makes his way away from the encampment and back to the group, pausing once he's away from the village to make sure the ranger is safely in tow.

Khalil Noyon |

Feeling better and a bit warmer, Khalil tucks his holy symbol back under his cloak. He accepts the others thanks with a polite smile and nod. With the renewed sense of warmth and strength he spends his time watching the surrounding area for any sign of other danger while waiting for Curvlk and Kaiden to return. As he gazes into the blowing storm, he pulls his coat and cloak tighter trying to keep the cold from slipping back into his bones.

The scouts stealthily make way back to meet with the group who are standing huddled freezing their arses off. The scouts trip back is uneventful and they make their way back unnoticed.

Morphet |

To Galsatk "Well i do know this nice warm beach that stretches for miles. It has sand that's pure white, and you can sit and soak up rays all day without seeing someone....it was a lovely place to kill a small goblin raiding party. Feel better now?"..scratching his chin..."Ok there is a kind reddish spot where we found the goblins but miles of white beach otherwise"

Galstak |

Just a Galstak begins to envision the warm beach of pure white sand and crystal blue waters, his vision is burst by the mocking words of Spectrum.
"Thanks, I was actually enjoying the imagery for a second."
He rolls his eyes at Spectrum and hearing Luminarium, wanders next to the elf for a second time and awaits the scouts report.

Curvlk Wyrdon |

"The encampment seems to be a local barbarian tribe. It seemed as if their chief just brought in a fresh kill, and that this was a rare thing. The men and women looked emancipate and starved. If we could spare rations for them, perhaps we could learn what they know of the horrors they, and now ourselves face on their behalf. I would wish to help them aside from what aid they might offer myself, if it were up to me.", Curvlk reports. As the group discusses the plan of action, Curvlk approaches Galstak. "How do you fair with the cold, my companion?"

Galstak |

Galstak looks down at the little goblin still amazed that he actually likes the little guy instead of wanting to lop its head off.
"I have lived in northern climbs all of my life and have never felt cold such as this. It cut through me like a knife. Should have brought some brandy to warm me up. So you think it is safe to approach the village to seek shelter?"

Luminarion |

Luminarion commented, "I still find it strange that they did not appear to have any fires. Did you see any signs that they were using fire at all? While I suppose it is possible that they could have some way to keep fires inside their tents it seems unlikely. Which also brings up the question of how they intend to cook their kill."
Luminarion shrugs, then he says, "Still, I see no reasonable alternative to approaching them and talking to them. If they are friendly all will be well, and if they should prove to be hostile odds are that we would have to deal with them sooner or later anyway."

Khalil Noyon |

Khalil brushes the snow and frost from his face for what feels like the hundredth time in the last hour.
"In this weather it's not too surprising they don't have any fires outside of their tents. How would they keep them going?"
Wrinkling his nose slightly he adds, "With the little fuel available, I wouldn't be surprised if they only have dung fires which wouldn't burn at all in this weather."
"I say dying at the hands of an undead barbarian tribe is better than freezing to death. So I'd agree, we might as well see if they are friend or foe." He pauses for a second to think and then continues, "If they are friends, I agree we should certainly offer to help. In return they likely have a good idea of the nearby area and any dangers we should watch out for. I recall we were warned about a forest we have to pass around. They might provide some useful information to make the journey a bit easier."

Spectrum |

"If they are taking the time to cook their meals it is unlikely they are undead. I suspect another reason for their lack of fire. Kaiden is correct. Bringing an offering may ingratiate them to us."

Luminarion |

Luminarion comments:"A simple plan would probably be best. We approach as a group. If the stealthy types want to be sneaking along as opposed to being out in the open with the rest of us that would probably be alright. If we get attacked we fight, if not we talk. Not too much more to it than that."

Curvlk Wyrdon |

"I will keep watch, for threats within and with out. My kind do not make goof first impressions, regardless of our attitude. Besides, if it works out that we do end up doing battle, with the tribe or one of the threats that roam the wild, I will be more effective where I might remain unseen. Perhaps one of the little dragon kin would like to accompany me, on the off chance I need to deliver a warning?
The little goblin looks incredibly hopeful about getting to spend more time with the shiny dragon-things.

Morphet |

"Guess its me and you Lum. My plan is to run back here at full speed if things go wrong." say Morphet. He starts heading over casting "Mage Armor" just before he gets within shouting range and suggests Lum take similar precautions if he has any. And Yells in a friendly manner "Greeting Friends"
HE is yelling so he has some distance between them in case running becomes necessary
