I think Galstak is down 10 hit points. I can't heal him without opening myself up for an attack of opportunity, so if Tokara could do the honors I'm sure he'd appreciate it. In the meantime, I assume from the GM's last round summary that Luminarion hadn't actually cast the "Bless" spell that I thought he did. If that's so, please confirm it so I can put it back on my list of useable slots.

Luminarion watches the unfolding fight and thinks to himself, "So where's the front line I'm supposed to be hiding behind? It would appear that I get to be part of it now."

Luminarion moves two squares, first to R-16 and then to Q-16. When Luminarion finishes his move he attacks the gnoll in P-16 with his scimitar.

I didn't think they persisted, but honestly I *love* this ruling. It's always bothered me that spells never seem to effect anything but their targets. (Fireballs should light things on fire, damnit!) Kudos to you, Wareagle!

I've changed the map color to green in the areas I figured were the worst terrain. (where the two spells overlapped most) It's just a guess as to where you thought the difficult terrain would be. If it's not what you had in mind, change it however you want. Hope it helps.

Did he move before or after me? I asked about this in round 1. My tactical choices vary wildly by enemy movement, so I need to make sure that the map is accurate before I write my action up.

If he went after me, then no, I'd have cast before he was there. If he acted before me, then I hadn't moved from my original position yet and would not have moved to that location. Unless the gnoll moved all the way to be adjacet to Y17 (my earlier position), I would not have been threatened by him this round. If he had moved there before my action, I probably would have dealt with him instead of casting Stone Call again.

I don't want to sound like a problem child, and I know initiative order can be a bit jumbled in PBPs, but in the future, I'd like to know the map is accurate and that the enemies before me have moved before I state my actions. It'll make me more effective and keep me from dying.

I did not notice you had moved sorry anyhow he went before you so you would now be at Y17 still and he would be at X17. So how will you "deal with him".

Crossbow gnolls: out of all of them only one is not lost in a trance from the song. It trys to talk sense into it's companion to end the songs effects. His jeering and heckling does nothing to help his companions.

Gnoll fighters: only one is not lost in trance it does not understand what is happening and makes loud obnoxious noise in an attempt to counter the song. The gnolls combined crys are louder then the Aasimar's singing and suddenly his ally's come to. The other gnoll shakes his head and looks at his surrounding and finally is himself again he turn to the human fighter and sings at him weakly with his axe. The futile attack is easily swept aside.
