Also and I didn't realize this as I think the message board ate my post, but somehow the line: "And even if we don't purchase the wand, we should still see about getting some supplies. Better to be prepared and nothing happens than not be prepared and something happens goes the old saying." was left off.
Hey guys sorry for the wait. I'll try to get a post in today. I just want you to know that I'm doing fine, I'm just struggling with some extra deadlines that are creeping upon my free time.

Thanks for waiting everyone. I'm sorry I took so darn long, and I feel bad about it. You should see the posting go back to a more normal rate starting now.
I was waiting for Kethaera, Jules, or Phillip to give me a nod that they were just going to exchange gems for coins (and not free dogs or whatnot), but on a second look it would seem that I should just move it along.

Just so everyone knows I'm not really arguing with the gm. I was just puzzled at how it was that Kethaera was lying since technically we did get that treasure due to fighting some thugs and bandits after reading the Red Jills leader's diary.

We got a fighter, rogue, ranger and bard. Not traditional but it will do.
Thank you with agreeing with me Phillip!
Still I guess y'all do have a point, although technically we are sort of adventurers since don't adventurers fight evil and save the world or city in this case?
Sorry had to get that out of my system.
Anyhow, I'm thinking of adding Craft (Clothing) to my list of skills. Why? Well to help Jules in creating more disguises that's why.

It's cool. Take your time. No need to rush.
Also I plan on upgrading the Skritt Squad soon as I want to get them to be saboteurs before we finish up with book 1.
I'm guessing Jules is going to be doing the same with his street performers as well as Tarnagius and his freedom fighters.

Also and this is for the gm only:
Gm eyes only:
I got an idea for Kethaera and if she ever goes to some dance or ball or gala or what have you if needs be.
But I want to hold off on it. I've heard that in the latter books we have to go some party or something. And if we don't, I'm guessing you'll toss some in especially since the Chelish people love to throw parties...or so I've heard.
You'll want to talk to the owner of the Devil's Threads. This would be considered a noble's outfit for game and price.
Plenty of parties (3? I think it's 3). I'm considering requiring each person to wear a different outfit per party. At that point, the cost should be relatively easy to afford.

GM only!:
Sweet! I want to hold off on it then though. Since Kethaera is a diva, she'll want to create a new fashion trend, setting off a fashion craze. Sort of like what happens when every girl wants to get the latest (and most expensive) new parda bag or the latest fashion.
Anyhow, I'm going to ask how we can add more ratfolk to the rebellion as well as make it safer to use the sewers in other city districts?
Noble courts notwithstanding, it will be some time before you attend your next party, so yes you do have time. Whenever it comes to clothing, your best bet is usually the Devil's Threads. It can be pricey, but he can make pretty much whatever you come up with.
When recruiting more teams, you can specify that your team is composed of ratfolk. This doesn't change their abilities, but does add some extra flavor. If you want to make the sewers safer, you will want to send your freedom fighters into the sewers using the 'reduce danger' action. I COULD also allow you guys to go into the sewers to reduce danger by yourselves, but this isn't expressed in the book. Such an action wouldn't cause notoriety like if you were cleansing the streets of CCG or Dottari. Note that such a raid would be a very difficult encounter, but with significant rewards as well.

Yeah I know. Right now, things are hectic for me as well, what with work and the holidays.
I could see them doing well in the Mwangi. I could see them living in the River Kingdoms (although it is a bit far north, so the winter might be too harsh), forest/swamps of Cheliax and Taldor, and perhaps in the Shackles too.

My posting rate has actually slowed down a great deal because of work and the holidays. So, if I don't post, then please bot me. I'm posting this to all of my games I'm in, just to let people know. Sorry about this.

Like I said in gameplay, sorry for not posting but my back got really screwed up and I didn't do much of anything over the weekend.

Also sorry for not posting. As we get closer to Christmas my posting is going to drop to almost zero. I'm not quitting or anything. But it'll be difficult for me to post what with work and the holiday cheer.
Hey guys, hope I didn't cause too many delays. The week or so around Christmas has been kind of absolute insanity for me. I'll get back into the swing of things here.
Yea. Sickness:–2 penalty on all attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks.
FatiguedA fatigued character can neither run nor charge and takes a –2 penalty to Strength and Dexterity. Doing anything that would normally cause fatigue causes the fatigued character to become exhausted. After 8 hours of complete rest, fatigued characters are no longer fatigued.
