haste:

When making a full attack Action, a hasted Creature may make one extra attack with one natural or manufactured weapon. The attack is made using the creature's full Base Attack Bonus, plus any modifiers appropriate to the situation. (This effect is not cumulative with similar effects, such as that provided by a speed weapon, nor does it actually grant an extra Action, so you can't use it to cast a second spell or otherwise take an extra Action in the round.)

A hasted Creature gains a +1 bonus on attack rolls and a +1 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves. Any condition that makes you lose your Dexterity bonus to Armor Class (if any) also makes you lose dodge bonuses.

All of the hasted creature's modes of Movement (including land Movement, Burrow, climb, fly, and swim) increase by 30 feet, to a maximum of twice the subject's normal speed using that form of Movement.

His first swing is an utter failure, but he cross slashes the demon wolf to death, then another for good measure through decapitation as it was about to keel over.

Kemnon draws from his belt a small scroll, reads it, then touches Jurgan's shoulder.

Jurgan gets the feeling as if his mental focus has become stronger.
For the next 7 rounds, Jurgan has a +1 bonus on CL checks to overcome SR.

Uke smiles at the explosion of fire after Jurgan triggers his fireball, only to then see the fire flow around lady Kemnon.

Lord Kemnon produces a scroll from a wrist sheathe, and cites the corresponding words. It is a something unfamiliar to both Jurgan and Belegar.

As he finished, he touches Belegar's sword, which seems to start vibrating quickly. He looks at him and nods.
"Try hitting her."

In effect, for the next 7 rounds, your sword can make a ranged attack, with an effective range of 15 feet as it sends a wave of force from your blade. It has 2 range increments. This deals 1d8+4 force dmg.

Uke scratches his chin.
"Are you saying he can hit flying things?"

Kemnon nods.
"Something of my own design i've developed over the years. I call it 'Zephyrous weapon'. It enables the weapon to send a wave of harmful force at the target."

Wouldn't have mattered, though. 30ft pit, and Lady Kemnon had swooped down towards Jurgan already. You could, say, be the one retrieving Uke's rope, him then doing a makeshift grappling hook.

Assuming the above is to your liking,

Uke nods to Belegar.
"See if you can find the silk rope in my pack, i can tie it to my katana."

Belegar retrieving both the katana from the sheathe and the rope from the pack, Uke ties the two firmly together, then looks up.

Upwards throw, haste: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 6 + 2 = 18
Uke's katana goes up...in an arc onto a spot just over the edge of the pit.

*SNIKT*, the katana falls point first into the ground, providing some stability for anyone climbing, such craftsmanship went into making it so sharp.

It's no knotted rope, but a DC 10 climb check should do it. You'd roll for every time moving up, thus 2 checks for a full round of climbing.

Jurgan steps back and snaps his stubby fingers three times then draws a rune in the air. Instantly 2d4 ⇒ (4, 3) = 7 more images of Jurgan appear. Each mirrors the others action perfectly.

"What the? GET OVER HERE!" the chorus of voices shouts at the others.

mirror image so I have Jurgan and 7 other copies. Next round I will be image 1d8 ⇒ 7 to determine hit purposes.

Jurgan falls down the pit but immediately his ring of feather fall activates as he gently floats to the bottom.

As he floats down he uses the stored magic of his focus item and tosses pea sized object into the air above the flying demoness. Once again the creatures spell resistance proves to be too strong to overcome.

Going to cast a fireball so that it explodes above Lady Kemnon but doesn't touch the party.
