Summary of Important Posts:
I wanted to take a quick timeout to link back to a couple important posts that have info in them that you are still working on.

First are the three large posts that describe the vast majority of the Horn

Lower Caverns

Levels 1 and 2

Much of level 3

Next is Cardinal Thorn’s post where he described the mission, which is essentially to get the Tears of Achlys from Vetra-Kali.

And then you had info on the ritual and the rebuilding of the alchemical golem.

The Ritual

The alchemical golem

Also recall the oozes that you were going to get back to.

You've still missed some rooms on level 3, although I think you've covered levels 1 and 2.

The summoned entity beats its wings and strikes furiously.

Bite: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 3 + 2 = 23
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2

Claw: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 3 + 2 = 21
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 3

Claw: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 3 + 2 = 19
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 3

The newly summoned eagle attacks thrice and hits each time, as it shreds the draugr (D3).

D2 attempts to rise, which will provoke from the eagle:

Eagle Claw: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 3 + 2 = 14 hit!
Claw DMG: 1d4 ⇒ 1

D2 stands: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17 success!

This leaves D2 between Malleck and the Eagle.

D2 attacks Malleck.

D2 greataxe: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24 hit (narrowly avoiding a critical)
D2 DMG: 1d12 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

D4 moves up behind the eagle, and is flanking with D2.

D2 greataxe: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 5 + 2 = 26 hit (narrowly avoiding a critical)
D2 DMG: 1d12 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11

Both Malleck and the Eagle need to make fort saves or be nauseated for 1 round. DC 12.

Round 2 Recap:

A brief recap:

So, initially, looking down the hall, we’d have had:

Shade-D1-D2-D3-D4 in a row, with Shade just inside your room. Let’s call those squares A-B-C-D-E

D1 and D2 got greased and fell in squares B and C respectively. Malleck was presumably standing next to Shade inside the room, as he made an attack against D1.

Shade failed a Fort save after getting injured, and Vosil dismissed him.
Malleck stepped into square A.

D1 attempted to stand, and Malleck AOO’d it, so square B was empty.
D2 attempted to stand but failed.

D3 came through and was in square B. This meant the hallway was:

Malleck-D3-D2(prone)-D4 (as he stepped up), in A-B-C-D respectively
Vosil summoned the eagle into square C (behind D3, and on top of the prone D2)

The eagle finished off D3

D2 attempted to rise, but mind you is in square C, so too far from Malleck for him to AOO. However D2 and the eagle can’t cohabit square C, so I pushed him to square B, and then D4 moved up to square D.

That leaves us where we are with:
Malleck-D2-Eagle-D4 in the hallway.

So no AOO from Malleck, but using those rolls, his attack in this round hits and does 13 damage to D2!

In the end, it doesn't matter, because Malleck's second roll would miss anyways, and 14 dmg isn't enough to drop D2

The eagle disappears in a splatter of inky shadows as the thing's greataxe connects with it, so Vosil summons another one.

Standard action, 2/8 summons used

The shadow creature screams as it dive-bombs the next undead monstrosity. (D2)

Beak: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 3 + 2 = 15
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 4

Claw: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 3 + 2 = 25
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 3

Claw: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 3 + 2 = 24
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 4

Confirm critical, claw: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 3 + 2 = 7
Critical Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2

Those eagles are dynamite!

The newly summoned eagle tears into D2 with both beak and claw, and since the creature drops after the first claw attack, the eagle turns and strikes D4 with the final claw attack.

This leaves only D4 still standing, and D4 is in the first space in the next room.

This square stone chamber is lit by a small oil lantern that hangs from the center ceiling. It has eight battered wooden coffins that are encrusted with salt brine, barnacles and dried sea weed. Four of these coffins contain only a corpse of a drowned sailor. Four of the coffins instead held the draugr, a dead sailor arisen from his sea grave through necromantic magic.

You come in from the door on the eastern wall. Directly opposite the room, on the west wall is another door.

None of the draugr's waterlogged and used equipment is worth saving.

"Did anyone actually grab that pendant?" Solomon squeaks from the shadows of the hallway behind the group. Save a single tossed explosive, he had been fairly absent from the previous conflict.

"While you guys were clearing the path, I was going over young Timothy's wisdom: what he had overheard of this cavern. And this should be near the end of it, no? If that's the case, and given that the foolishness spoken of in the last room was likely taking the other exit rather than continuing on to here, then perhaps we ought to grab that medallion after all."

If indeed no one has acquired it, Solomon will scurry back almost on all fours despite his current 'human' appearance to retrieve it.

Flattery, false teaching, friendliness; it all comes so naturally to Vosil.
