Summary of Important Posts:
I wanted to take a quick timeout to link back to a couple important posts that have info in them that you are still working on.

First are the three large posts that describe the vast majority of the Horn

Lower Caverns

Levels 1 and 2

Much of level 3

Next is Cardinal Thorn’s post where he described the mission, which is essentially to get the Tears of Achlys from Vetra-Kali.

And then you had info on the ritual and the rebuilding of the alchemical golem.

The Ritual

The alchemical golem

Also recall the oozes that you were going to get back to.

You've still missed some rooms on level 3, although I think you've covered levels 1 and 2.

Indeed, Shade destroys an elemental, and then 5' steps and damages another.

Only 2 Elementals remain.

Two blue men pop up out of the water and fire their crossbows at Shade and the Captain:

Mordecai is delaying, dive in when ready!
Gertrart finishes off E4 [correct, no crits on elementals]
Xeram zaps and misses E5
Taeral is inspiring confidence on a swimming sailor.
The two dolphins attack two of the sailors.
Slam: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
dmg: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Slam: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
dmg: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
The last sailor wakes, and the other 8 sailors switch to shortbows and fire at the dolphins and tritons:

Attacks:

dmg: 1d6 ⇒ 6
@triton1: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12 Miss

The other three sailors try to swim to the boat.

S2 Swimming: 1d20 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 + 2 = 7
S3 Swimming: 1d20 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 + 2 = 14

S3 swims and gets back in the boat!

Another elemental arrives on the deck of the ship, and it attacks Xeram (I will henceforth roll this elemental in with any others on the ship). You spot another triton in the water, that clearly just summoned this elemental. That triton commences casting another spell.

slam against Xeram: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20

"Well Asmodesus has decided which of these sailors are worth saving and who will go to the a watery grave. A sailors that can't swim, I'm not going to help them." Taeral thinks to himself as he sees two of the sailors flounder in the water.

"Well you got back in the boat, now grab a weapon and help out." he commands the drenched sailor.

Seeing a new elemental appear and hearing casting, Taeral turns his attention to the caster, even though he has no idea what spell is being cast or if he is just jabbering orders to the tritons.

Vosil looks around for anything else that needs killing.

With that elemental gone (I assume those rolls kill it off!), and the sea-lord running off, is that it for enemies? I assume the dolphins can't board the ship!

There are 2 dolphins and 4 visible tritons.

I thought we were out if elementals already? Did I miss one?

Not understanding the gargled speech the triton uses, Taeral continues to shoot his arrows at the tritons.

Shortbow: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
Damage, Shortbow: 1d6 ⇒ 6

"Their speech means nothing to me. Continue firing at them, until the all leave. Those remaining tritons are still shooting crossbows."

"Indeed, we are not done yet."

After Taeral's shot, which injures a triton, they all dive under and swim away.

Combat over.

Roleplay a bit!
