@ Luthor -- I do speak other languages! I was tempted to include music in French and Spanish or even some of the songs from the Bollywood Musicals that I love so much. But instead I looked for music that evoked Minnesota.

Hi all, I just wanted to poke my head in and say that I am alive. I haven't been around for a while because I had a family member in the hospital; I told Aest but I should have said something here too. I'll spare you guys the rant I told Cyanne once she emailed me; long story short there was a lot of incompetence on doctor's end and I spent the past week alternating between being full of rage and full of worry. Not the best mental state for PbP.
But, all is good now. My family member is back home and doing good, and I'm back just in time for us to go on break lol. You guys have fun!

Well, my first roll was a 1, so it may not have gone quite that well. :) That was a nice crit though. Daen would be proud if his eyes weren't brimming with tears of happiness.

Picture me beating my head against the desk. I never 'officially' picked up a cold iron handaxe did I? I got the cold iron arrows and I was looking at some other stuff according to my notes and then WHOOPS forgot. -_-
If I try to stab it with a cold iron arrow is that an improvised weapon?
Yeah, that would be right on the improvised weapon, but I'm pretty sure if you wanted a hand axe, that would be cool. The boss man has to give the okay though. You could write up both scenarios, and let him pick which one happens.
Also, I've been there. This game is pretty complicated and I can't even count the number of times I'd thought about doing something cool and then forgot. It's just a human thing. No worries.

I think relatively mundane stuff like this, in a city, is probably okay to retroaactively buy, especially since we all specifically talked about buying cold iron gear. Now, if you'd said "Can I retroactively buy a +1 fey bane handaxe?", that'd be no.
Oops.

What about bear traps? They don't even have to be Cold Iron....although that's an interesting idea for later in the campaign...

Heh, the bear traps are for future fights, not now.
I can't replace a howlitzer, but I can stick traps on arrows at level 10. :D
