Hello, Qunnessaa here, confirming my participation in the campaign and that my character is complete. I will be travelling today, so I may only be able to post next this evening.

Hello again, everyone; I finished the current stage of my trip, so I can start posting more regularly now. (The next time I foresee my travels might render me incommunicado for a day is in a couple of weeks, and that's about it for a while.)

Davin and I are handling the events prior to going to Kenebras and the start of the adventure.

it would not be too much of a stretch to pull other players into this.

Davin and I worked much of this out off-line (via PM) but if others want to be included post here in discussion with any ideas and we all can make it work.

this will keep the adventure fresh, and hopefully keep the motivation up until the actual game begins.

the events going on are prior to the events I detailed in Sabrina's back-story (which was told via flashbacks in the narrative)

I think the idea of all of us knowing each other before this particular story is a little far-fetched. As I understand it, this is mostly a "thrown together by fate" beginning.

I don't mind if other people want to know each other before the game starts, but I'll wait until we are all thrown in together to make introductions.

@ kel - no problem, it was just a suggestion, obviously not for everyone.

It's a nice idea, but I'm afraid I'll have to stay out of it. Chaïa's a bit of a homebody at the start, and hasn't ever really gone very far outside of Kenabres at all in decades when the adventure begins.

anyway sent PM to the GM about actually starting as this little role-play can still go on in the background as it will not affect anything else really.

it is raining and this is taking place probably a few weeks before the event of the AP are to start.

I'll not be surprised if this level of punctuality continues throughout the duration of the game. I think Snazzlepants is unfamiliar with the amount of time and energy it takes to run a Play-by-Post, and I'm not particularly interested in waiting around and getting invested in a game that's likely to crash and burn quickly, especially if there's a week-long interruption in play every time he makes a post.

I appreciate being selected, but I'm withdrawing. Good luck with the game everyone - I hope I'm mistaken and you all get to play soon. No hard feelings, GM!

I have been reading over your post I don't know if it makes sense for me to jump in, with my backstory I would be riding at the front of Knights of the Regal Blade.

I just realized that a lot of the US has been hit hard by weather the passed few days I hope the GM has not been effected by that...but that could be a reason why he has not posted in the last week

sorry Davin, haven't responded since I was wondering if others want to join ..

or if this game will actually happen.

My past experiences tend to fill me with doubt and without GM motivation it tends to fizzle very fast.

Not to slight GM guy but, if he is just a temp fill in, I fear that the game will not get the attention it needs to be successful. (he does have is own games to keep up with).

I'll be honest, with the DM disapearing during the recruitment as (s)he did, I haven't been overly hopeful, but I was still hoping.

yeah I am gonna say this was a dud.

I don't think I will ever get a WotR game with this character.
