Not quite ready to get things going for real, but I thought we could do a little RP to start things out. Head over to the Gameplay tab, where you'll find yourselves in the place that all great adventures should start—a tavern.

Also, does anyone have a problem with using Roll20.net for maps?

Sorry I can't get to it while at work, which is when I post most often.
Since I'm a healer type though I'm OK with being botted from my moves.

I may just take screenshots and post those, then. Or perhaps both.

This happened to me once. I suspect it has to do with the cookies being used to track whether you've looked at the thread since the last post, and whether you happened to have a tab open on one computer, while accessing the site from another one.

I've had it happen to me before too. Good to have you back.

Is it just me, or is anyone else enjoying this emerging sub-plot of Martina being accidentally racist regarding Halflings? I'm really looking forward to "the Talk". :D

Aw man, I forgot that you were a Gnome, but this kind of works even better if Martina doesn't know the difference (or doesn't know that Gnomes exist - they're fairly rare in Taldor, right?)

Heads up that I may not be able to post again until Monday or Tuesday so please GMPC or PCPC if needed to keep the action flowing. I have a very full day of business travel tomorrow followed by a Con where I have heavy GM duties on Fri-Sat-Sun. Monday will be catching up on work and hopefully most PbPs, but I should be fully caught up by Tuesday.

On one hand, I feel like I should update my portrait, since it clearly shows an Andoran Eagle Knight, and Martina is Taldan. On the other hand, the facial expression and body language is just perfect.

Stick with it and we'll all pretend its just a snazzy blue and gold coat of one of the Taldan houses.

On one of her adventures, Martina briefly fought on the side of the Eagle Knights, wearing their coat in order to be easily identified in battle!

I can't help but feel that somehow, we're all witnessing the "meet cute" story of Martina and Jubal. :P

Yeah haven't seen anything from him for a bit. Hopefully the game didn't get dropped.

Hmm, hadn't realized quite how long it had been. I'm also still here and checking. Lots of games shut it down from just before Christmas till this week though so hopefully we'll see him pop back in this week.

Well, that's par for the course. Every potentially long-term game I've ever joined on these boards has died before we finished the first level.

I -hope- that's not the case here, but I'm not holding my breath.

Soooooo..... The GM hasn't posted since December 23rd.
I'm thinking this is dead in the water. What do you guys want to do? We could try and recruit a new GM, call it and close the thread, or just keep waiting and hope Gaius Julius makes it back.
