Unrak "Dreadful Bear" Redleaf |

Unrak hefts his great blade, ready to dive through the door & murdilate whatever is there, the words of one of his two remaining spells on his lips (since he doesn't know whether he'll need to defend himself, or see invisible creatures...)

Bytor Sniegsun |

Bytor watched everybody chant their prayers and ready themselves for battle. ”If you need any further inspiration, let me know.”

Taranis Redleaf |

Taranis reads a scroll, and a moment later, an air elemental appears. It's small, but it's ready.
I believe both Augrym and Marc still need to use class buffs while the casters are casting.

With the last dregs of your magic marshalled, you dare to push open the heavy bronze doors beyond the fountain.
A voice calls from the inky depths of the chamber within. "So, you have come at last. Welcome, self-styled 'Baron' Taranis Redleaf of the 'Marchlands.'"
The chamber stretches forward into darkness. The channel of sulfurous water runs down the center of the chamber into a placid pool tinged in red and surrounded by kneeling forms. Nearby sits a small stone shrine decorated with several freshly severed human heads, pecked at by a hungry raven. Just beyond this grisly altar, a hideous throne made of bones looms above the pool.
The voice comes from a towering, gaunt cyclops, whose single eye has been replaced by an enormous gemstone that glows a ruddy red. He stands at the far edge of the bloody pool.
"Such eagerness to meet your doom should be rewarded, I think. You shall serve me well in death. You shall rule over your puny kingdom as but a province of the mighty Empire of Vordakai reborn!"

Marc recognizes a lich when he sees one. A lich is a powerful necromancer who has found immortality in undeath. Its simple touch can paralyze a mortal. Piercing and slashing weapons are of little help against a lich, and even blunt weapons must be augmented with magic to be effective. Cold and electric attacks are outright useless.

Bytor Sniegsun |

Unrak knows his place in battle--up front, drawing any beastie's ire that he can. He strides forward, taking up far more space than his daunting dozen-foot stature would indicate.
On the march, he pulls out a few mica chips and tosses them into the air around his head; they rapidly coalesce into exact duplicates of the giant man.
He grins evilly, then throws his head back in a roaring challenge. I AM UNRAK READLEAF! WE ARE THE HUNTSMEN, AND WE ARE THY FATE, VORDAKAI!!

I do not believe that Bytor has a 3rd level slot left to spend. Today (in game) he cast Haste here, dispel magic here, and haste here, which would be all of his 3rd-level slots for today (unless I am missing a bonus spell from somewhere). So I am going to let Bytor's original action stand.
I did neglect to include some important information in my post for Vordakai, though:
So haughty, so arrogant, so confident of victory is VORDAKAI that he does not bother to cast his spells defensively. Marc swings twice with his long glaive, and indeed the Huntsman's first strike leaves no mark, and the second fails even to make contact.
Toth's assault bites undead flesh but, lacking a magical augmentation, fares no better.
The Baron's mighty magic, on the other hand, burns everything in its path, and the great cyclops does not come away unscathed.
