So, we're coming to the end of the Outer Vaults and Chapter Five of The Banewarrens.
Our two stories (The Banewarrens and The Night of Dissolution) have been criss-crossing each other. It's time to switch back over to The Night of Dissolution, so I need a reason that you don't simply proceed into the Inner Vaults (which you are very definitely not going to survive at this level). As written, an emergency occurs that sends you off on another tangent, but that would prevent us from getting to The Night of Dissolution. So I'm going to have a -different- emergency call you out of the Banewarrens and towards the other storyline. Just roll with it, please.

Without Isabel, you have a barbarian, investigator, monk, oracle, and rogue. What you don't have is an arcane caster, bard or champion.
I don't think there's anything wrong with your party make-up; I just wanted to remind you.
I think an Arcane Caster would be useful. I feel like we are heavy on people wanting to be in the front and it gets tight at times. Would you be totally against Silas getting shifted to Sorcerer with Barbarian dedication instead? He started off as a Bloodrager. If you would rather Silas stay as he is that works. If I change I could focus on different cone effects as Breath Weapons and then add in utility spells the group could use.
fwiw, I'm also down to respec a new character that is a full arcane caster. I do feel Tung and Tilver fulfill a lot of the same roles.
Tung do you want to change? I will if you do not. Otherwise Tilver and Silas in the front sounds good.
Tung will retire to another mission then.

"Nigel VanWagnen, at your service." says a voice, both melodious and serious. A middling height half-elf man stands before you holding a slender, perfectly straight staff capped with a small orb. Various dull colors swirl within the orb in a misty dance. Aside from the staff, he wears simple robes, not uncommon to many spell casters, and has a black shoulder leather bag slung to one side.
"Of course, I will prepare accordingly." he says while nodding to his superior. "I would think there is plenty to unravel and I've got just the spells for it." A slight smile crosses his face at the thought.

I need to update, but I will be scarce this week. My youngest daughter is going in for a procedure to repair a hole in her heart and I am going to be focused on her recuperation. She is going to need a few months, but the first week will be the toughest with her not being allowed home.

Miriam is out of surgery and stable. She can come home on Friday and she is on bed rest and low activity for the next eight weeks. How you keep a five year old on low activity I will never know.

It's been rough (in a good way) for me too. This has been my busiest month ever. I've had to take a few mental health days here and there!

It's my business. I'm a solo criminal defense lawyer. I just sort of hit the sweet spot in advertising, I think.
When I worked for a law firm, I was the only criminal defense guy in a sea of civil litigators and they didn't understand advertising. I couldn't get them to advertise because divorce lawyers and business lawyers and personal injury lawyers and immigration lawyers can subsist on word of mouth. But criminal defense attorneys don't get name recognition. I have to findable on Google. I moved out on my own, hired a really good advertising firm, made a bunch of successful videos about legal topics and I went from a call a week to a five calls a day.
So, I agree. It is much more fun! But time consuming!
Yeah, I have a friend who does his own thing and he seems very happy with it. He does estate planning.
