There's some arguments that, among all of the other overpowered things mythic power can do, letting spellcasters cast from their entire class spell lists is one of the most overpowered. :D

I was thinking that arcane casters has to have the spell in their books, no? I do know divine casters can cast any spells on their list with the right mythic ability.


With the Wild Arcana ability, it just needs to be on your spell list, not in your spellbook. (Same with the Hierophant's Inspired Spell.) It is a powerful ability, but it's kind of nice in that it gives an opportunity to bring some different spells in play that aren't normally chosen when you're more limited. My IRL group is very, very light on arcane casters, and what arcane casters we do get tend to be supporters, so there's a whole swath of the sorcerer/wizard spell list I never get to see in action. And I like seeing new things. :)

Sorry for the delay in Gameplay, by the way - I spent last night and this morning in such bad pain that I couldn't hardly sleep or sit up and focus on writing. Less than fun, but fortunately it's subsiding some now. Working on a post now!

Oh, in other news, I don't think I'd mentioned yet that the in-person Reign of Winter game I've been in ended on Saturday. Kit acquitted himself heroically, finishing off the final boss with a rapier critical to the heart, as well as killing several minions.

This has freed him up for some non-canon shenanigans. :D

Maggie can absolutely see and make Perception checks, and since she can speak she could help to direct you, but since you can't actually see it wouldn't be enough to overcome things like miss chance. (She would be able to help you do things like aim a cone, though.) Them's the breaks sometimes - sorry. :(

Mythic may or may not have made my base speed 60ft. 70ft for an hour if I spend a point ;p. There's a reason why I want to got the Mobility, Spring Attack route. Basically to play up how impossibly fast she is.

Eye surgery seems to have been successful and I'm slowly being allowed to use the eye which means reading and posting, yay! I'm just not supposed to overdo it.

Between chronic pain issues, poor sleep, and a work/personal life that's yanking me all over the place, I'm finally beginning to accept that like-clockwork daily GM posting may be a thing of the past for me. Don't misunderstand - I'm happy to keep the game going, and indeed that's my intention. I just can't commit to having a new post every single day any more. What I will commit to is posting three to four days a week, and more as I have time/energy with a goal of once a day. If those terms work for you guys, I'm happy to game on; if you need games with a better post frequency, I completely understand and wish you happy gaming. :)

Couldn'tbeaplotinjurywhatareyoutalkingabout. ;) But you are correct, this is one of those injuries that the cure spells don't handle quite right - it might eliminate some of the pain and inflammation, but it wouldn't guarantee the dog being able to walk without hindrance.

Totally fine with a slower pace. I enjoy the game a lot and my own life been busy enough that if we were moving faster, I might be struggling to keep up. So, if you want to slow things down its no trouble whatsoever for me.

Yes, Freyja is correct, including in stating that fast healing activates at the beginning of your turn.
