Tynan witnesses up close the brutal attacks on Sol, watching her withstand blows which would have surely killed him, and the subsequent flurry of attacks which destroyed the monstrous beast.
"The Dragon, indeed." he whispers in awe.
Digging into a belt pouch, he finds a vial, and hands it to Sol. potion of Cure Moderate Wounds
"Here. Use this. I'm too slow to be of much use, but the Dragon is blessing your actions."
Tynan uses the power of the Blessing to improve his reflexes once again, countering some of the effects of the slowing gaze.

Solrisa almost collapses while collapsing the large octopin. Tynan supports the maiden, producing a healing potion, dragging against the slowing effect of the creature's dying gaze. Mortimer tries to strike out at the one-eyed creatures, with both of his eyes closed. For simplicity's sake, I'm ruling the third punch connected, with the combination of attack roll/miss chance/reroll. In Blind Fighting, you need only reroll the Miss Chance upon failure. Ascaria bravely steps out into his enemy's line-of-sight, in order to heal his own. Eri switches to his bow, with a barrage that never connects.
Zyrxog audibly gargles, as his large octopin falls to the might of the Dragon. He continues hovering, unharmed, in the middle of his 'cathedral'.
"Desecrators!! Do you understand how much I labored to create that?! No, you truly understand nothing... you... cretins..."
Another lightning bolt strikes down the corridor. The only one of you to avoid it is the maiden.

The two octopins continue their assault on Mortimer. Alas, something like understanding changes their aggression, as they both fail to hit the giant in anything meaningful, even with his eyes closed to them. The one within his reach pulls back along the wall, out of Mortimer's reach.

Being already blind by choice, Mortimer deliberately shrugs off the lightning and ignores the words of Zyrxog to focus on continuing to disappoint him. He quaffs the potion of Spider Climb, drops the empty potion vials, and moves to engage the speedier Octopin.
Aim to be on the wall, off the balcony, away from the slow Octopin. Yes, all of this likely provokes.

Solrisa smiles, looking some of her hair over her ear so she can see the damage she inflicted upon the evil. She looks up, smiling at Tynan and at his offered potion. She shakes her head, a polite refusal as Ascaria's healing waves wash over her.
"Maybe you should give that to Ascaria! I have more bad things to kill and Mort to protect!"
With that, Solrisa (BoF) hastily goes to the balcony and lunges at the right octoblob.

Tynan suffers through his Slowing, unable to do everything he strives to do. I count three Move Actions in your post, Tynan. The Slow effect limits you to one.
Solrisa delays just long enough to trade places with Mortimer, as giant moves left, and maiden moves right. Her single swing is enough to knock the slower octopin unconscious. It peels off the wall like a wet noodle, falling to the floor, killing it.
Both octopins, while both still living, get snaps of opportunity on Mortimer, for deigning to consume a potion in intimate quarters.

Refocusing, he turns his back to the Octopin toward Zyrzog, looks across the hall at the hoving Purple Octohead, then up.
Personal? Let's just see how 'personal' we can get...He suddenly bolts toward the top of the domed chamber centering above the Purple Octohead, lets go and drops. Provoke.
Forty-five feet later he hopes to engage Zyrzog in a personal firey embrace.

Tynan finishes the last of his slowed state, closing the door at the rear. Solrisa exchanges sword for bow, challenging the creature from the balcony. Ascaria gets the giant to wait, healing most while remaining injured himself. Eri takes another shot at Zyrxog, only after getting closer to the balcony, in order to see the downward-floating fellow. GMPC moved Eri closer- trig wouldn't allow you to stay back and take your shot. To make matters worse, the archer's magical projectiles fail to hit Zyrxog, as they fizzle just before they strike. I inconveniently forgot your opponent has SR. I will not forget again.
Mortimer allows himself to move up the wall with his new spidery ability, slowly at first, to avoid the sole octopin's gaze, more quickly when he's reasonably sure the thing is well behind him.
The abandoned octopin lashes out at Mortimer as he flees.

Reaching the apex, he releases his grasp, and connects violently with Zyrxog, successfully grappling his foe. The two remain in mid-air, Zyrxog easily able to support both men's weight. When Mort's shirt lights up, however, the tentacle-faced creatures suffers no harm in the flames. As soon as the embrace is secured, Zyrxog levitates upwards another 20', writhing while covering Mortimer in spittle. Several of Zyrxog's face tentacles begin wrapping themselves around the giant's neck and face, probing...

Tynan rejoins the group, while Solrisa manages a single bash of the bulbous creature still plaguing the balcony. Ascaria continues his bodily healing. The arrow looks about to hit, when it's deflected by an invisible barrier.

Eri conjures an acid arrow, which strikes true! The octopin clinging to the wall adjacent shudders at the impact, as if connected to the humanoid.

Tynan strikes out at the clinging octopin, before succumbing to the creatures' perpetually permeating gaze again. Solrisa smiles. Ascaria assesses Zyrxog, before healing almost all lingering injury in the party.
The creature used a Psionic Blast- a force power from its mind, similar in some ways to evocation(force) magic, directly at the minds of Eri and Solrisa. From what you witnessed, it needs no spell components to exert this power, needed no physical gestures of the upper body. Very strange.
Mortimer finishes the last octopin off, before turning his attack against Zyrxog again. This time, he hits! Eri thinks thankful thoughts to himself.
Zyrxog burns, both mentally and physically, his mood acidic to reflect Eri's gift that keeps on giving. He gestures, despite his injury, and he rises 20'.
He cast Displacement.
Looking down on you all, literally, Zyrxog 'speaks' again.
"This is beginning to look futile, on both our sides. I can't seem to kill any of you, outright, and I am barely injured. You've come for answers. I might have some for you. Solrisa regains her senses, divesting herself of her shield, and picking up her bow from the floor. Stun knocked the bow from your hand, fair lady, so no pluck of the string last round. Ascaria rounds out his time with more healing. Mortimer plugs away from his lowly position.

As the creature floats above him, the giant's eyes begin to doubt themselves, as at least one of his bolts flew truly at his visual target, but failed to find purchase in Zyrxog's thigh. One bolt manages to break skin, however, and the creature's blood trickles like rain upon Mortimer.
Eri steps up his attack, firing another bothersome arrow tainted with acid.

The arrow's magic manages to strike true, and Zyrxog bellows in pain for a second time. To all present, it's apparent that the creature has employed some kind of cloaking magic, which tries, and often succeeds, in convincing the aggressor to attack just off center of his actual position. The creature is continuing to enjoy the effects of Displacement.
Zyrxog, in obvious pain, plucks a red marble from his neck, and tosses it at the balcony, which proceeds to erupt in fire. Everyone except Mort, Reflex Save DC 14 for half damage, otherwise enjoy 7d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 3, 2, 2, 5, 1) = 20 fire damage.

Sorry for the delay... moved to a different office this week, and on top of that have been in training sessions as well. I don't feel like I've accomplished anything this week.

Seeing the creature fly well out of dagger range, Tynan watches Mort, and follows his lead. He uses the power of Ascaria's magic to propel himself rapidly back to the door, then opens it in preparation for Mort's passage.
