GM Alias, do you want us to go in exact initiative order, or do you run a first post, first move combat?


I run it in blocks, so right now anyone in the party can post their actions. Once everyone posts, I generally resolve things with a summary post in initiative order. If what you want to do is contingent on another character's actions, you can note that in your post. But we don't have to wait for people to post in the exact initiative order.

In general, I will also adjust your action as the situation develops. So, if everyone targets enemy A, but player 1 kills it, I will adjust player 2's attack to enemy B.

I also understand communication can be difficult in PbP. If I screw up based on miscommunication, I have no problem rewinding and fixing things. However, doing something dumb is not grounds for a rewind. ;-)

Coolio. I figure Aduard's going to be able to handle most checks, but I'm going to try and keep planes, dungeoneering and religion pretty high, as it seems like these would be skills that a junior monster hunter would be studying. Otherwise, I'm going to concentrate on rogue/face skills. Rouge skills 'cause he'd do the dirty work that the Doc wouldn't do himself, and face 'cause I like the idea that Brogol will become a bit more confident and able to relate to people as the game goes on.

I'll also be concentrating on buffs and utility, but most of my buffs are going to be self-only for a few more levels, most likely. Investigator takes awhile to get rolling, it seems.

I'm mostly figuring Aduard will pick up a dash of all the knowledge skills to a degree. Feeling a real lack of skill points for some reason...
I might only get 1 arcane, and buy another - nobility, perhaps?
I can justify him not having much dungoneering by simply having him not like cramped spaces.
I suspect we're all going to want a dash of knowledge: religion.
I might reassess the diplomacy and bluff. Knowledges and authoring make more sense. Maybe once I've got them all I can pick up the social skills.

Maybe the best answer is if I keep Aduard as a generalist, smear the ranks around. Other PCs can then be specialists in there area as we gain ranks.
Admittedly Aduard's 1 rank total is pretty impressive.

Heh, actually had 3 vials, but in retrospect, withholding 1 vial for himself seems like something Radag would have domr anyway.

As an aside, I am going to assume that any items Dmitri or Wakati were carrying from the stash in the crypt were handed over to the remaining group at some point. Let me know if you want me to repost the list.
