So, what's up with the mountain of bronze? Is it a sculpture of a mountain? Or just a big lump of melted bronze? Is this the "small shrine facing the symbolic mountain" that Aram Zey mentioned?
Take 20 on perception on the statue of the goddess and the mountain of bronze for a 21. Does anyone have Knowledge (Religion)? Is the statue Ragdya? Doesn't sound like it from the description. Maybe we need to replace this woman with a statue of the monkey god or something?

The mountain of bronze is "the symbolic mountain" at the center of the temple. There is a large stone statue that Dario already identified as the one belonging to the shrine where the guards were living. There is a smaller gold one that is multi armed and tusk faced (They are really useless since they were part of old faction missions). Just put them in to give you an idea of what kind of stuff is in the boxes.

Are there any other markings on the map showing other bases or perhaps showing locations of Pathfinder sites?
Wait, Zey said something about each corner would be fitted with a shrine facing the mountain. We may need to replace the statue into it's previous place at the shrine. (Or that might have been a faction mission and now totally useless)
"I'd like to put this statue back in its place. Zanakor nearly tipped over the other one, so it shouldn't be so heavy several of us can't lift it."

for me it is also unclear what our next step is :s

Xerance will help of course.

"Back to the Aspis camp we found. That's where they moved it from. It should be positioned like the other one Zanakor and I found."
Dario peers at the map, trying to activate the magic.

Dario activates the map but nothing seems to happen, perhaps due to the nature of the demi plane there are no north or south poles. The group starts to carry the statue back towards it's proper shrine. The slaves are no longer here, probably fleeing the temple the first chance they got. Coming around the main entry a lone figure blocks the way to the bridge. The half orc woman dressed in studded leather tosses an empty bottle aside. "So your the ones that have stormed through my base. I will show you why that was a mistake." A lively flute starts to play from some unknown location.

Zanakor feels a sharp pain in his side as something strikes him. Skaarr hears a metalic ring as something bounces off his magical protection.

Avarus |

Avarus calls upon the power of his tribe and the god of Iron. "Gorum provide the power of the Horde to us, NOW!"
Avarus activates Horde Charge for the group using Tactician ability. For the next 4 rounds when anyone charges together they will get an additional +2 to hit.
Avarus then positions himself for a charge next round.

"Right, my mistake. Here, let me apologize." The Professor tosses out a slip of butter and the ground beneath the half-orc woman suddenly grows slick. He drops his portion of the statue and draws his sword.

Where are the shooters? Shouldn't we be able to see them if they can see us? Unless they rolled sniping, which usually fails...
Skaarr advances, readying himself to throw a hex at the half-orc woman once one of his companions is close enough to take advantage of it.
Move 30'.
Ready action to cast slumber hex on her when a Pathfinder with a melee weapon moves adjacent to her.

Why do people like poking things into me so much??? And where did this come from?
Perception to find shooter: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (1) + 0 = 1
But apparently, he's still feeling unwell from being struck again so soon after recovering and was unable to focus. Instead, he stays behind the wall, draws out his blade and channels some of his remaining power into it before taking a defensive stance. Total Defense

"I have had enough of this! Stop hurting my friends!"
Xerances unleashes her smite on the woman who sits on the ground and shoots an arrow at her.

Don't think aspis are evil, but in that case the attack is 31 and dmg increases by 3. Still ouchies that dmg.

Don't underestimate the power of an angry paladin of Shelyn! Even if she is adorable ;).

Apparently Xerance is tired of people not surrendering. :)
Xerance puts and arrow straight through the half orc woman's heart, she will not be getting back up. The man in black hops down from the wall and attempts to finish Zanakor off.

Dario keeps his sword on the man. "Well, first how about you drop any weapons you have." He motions for Zanakor to check the man.
"Who are you? Aspis? What are you doing here?"

"We can also just tie you down here and send in others to thoroughly question you. However, if you promise that you will leave the Aspis consortium and get a normal honest life we will let you go. But you have to tell us all that is going on in here."

"What we intend to do with you depends on who are you. What is this organization? Are you allied with the Aspis? And what do you mean you can't come through the tapestry?"

![]() |

"Well I am not an Aspis so done on that part and it maybe a bit difficult on the other request as I am a member of the golden league. We have currently allied with the Aspis to loot the treasures of the tapestry. We had hoped to win it but we were defeated by the Pathfinders in the Ruby Phoenix tournament. I am not really sure of the logistics on getting here but the base with that info is inside a sphinx statue in a desert area. The Aspis are also working on an alliance with the ratfolk that live in the tapestry, hopefully you didn't dispatch the little fellow playing the flute. If you did he should at least have a map to the round mountain. As far as the tapestry goes only those who enter through the tapestry can leave through the tapestry. Did your Master of Spells not explain that to you? I hear he can be rather difficult to work with."

Zanakor snaps the arrow shaft protruding from him and tosses it aside, but otherwise leaves it alone until he can tend to it better. He sheathes his katana afterwards.
During the discussion, he nods at Dario's gesture and approaches the last man standing and takes away his weapons violently and...

"Next time... don't shoot at what you cannot kill. I would like to tie you up and leave you naked on ice, but my companions have the right to make the calls for finishing your little group." he says to the man in black, coldly.
He then proceeds to loot the bodies of the half-orc and ratman, looking for the map especially.

![]() |

The man takes the punch and chuckles. "From the looks of it you can barely stand. You'll have no more trouble from me." He climbs up the wall and disappears from view.
Zanakor finds a few potions of cure light wounds, a potion of invisibility and the map to round mountain as promised.
With the Aspis in the base eliminated the party is free to return to the grand lodge. After reporting what they have learned Aram Zey is pleased and notes that this info may lead to removing the Aspis from the tapestry all together.
That's it for this scenario, I hope everyone had fun. I'll try and get chronicles out sometime tomorrow.
