            Dario glances up at the crossbow bolt. "Ok, maybe someone else wants to go first?" He looks across trying to spot the sniper as he finishes putting on the cleats.

            The Professor points out a man across the frozen moat winding a crossbow and shouting back into the temple.
Enemy has been added to the map, Dario is putting on his cleats this round. Avarus that will be your action this round when it gets to your turn, however you can't really see anything there as there is a 10 foot wall in front of you. You may change your action or placement if you wish. Xerance is up.

            This is a regular round the only surprise round was the Aspis firing at Dario. I also moved Xerance into a position she can fire from.
Xerance draws her bow and fires at the Aspis man but only hits the wall he is ducking behind. The Aspis continues winding his crossbow this round.

            Seeing the bolt strike the wall, Zan moves forward next to Skaar as he tries to shoot back. Instead of drawing his blade, he mutters a bit and gestures with a gloved hand. The exposed wrist suddenly takes on a horrifying appearance as black roots of corruption appeares.
He uses his hand to touch his cloak, causing Darkness, and putting his party under its cover.

Move action; Move 30' along the orange dotted line. If the ice is considered difficult terrain, then that's a double move. If not...
He concentrates on the Aspis agent firing on them, seeking to curse the man into a deep slumber.
Standard action; Slumber hex, DC 14 will save or sleep for a round.

I have no idea what happened this morning but I seriously !@#$ up the initiative order. Since there wasn't a lot that happened I am switching to the correct order, my apologies. I put the initiative rolls in a spoiler to clean up the post, feel free to double check my work in the future. Avarus is up.

            I'll assume the Darkness brought it from normal light to dim light. Any darker than that and Dario can't see.
The Professor quickly makes it down the ramp and across the ice to the wall in front. He crouches and moves along it to avoid any more crossbow bolts.

            I believe you can see those 'outside' of the dim light area fine even if you are within the coverage of darkness. You have problems looking into darkness, but not the other way around. It's like looking out from the shadows. In dim light, we have 20% concealment.
I hate snipers...
Zan runs forward, but at the end of the ramp he jumps, or rather dives, twisting in the air to land on his back. One hand clutches the blanket knot to prevent it from breaking away, neck muscles braced to prevent his head from snapping backwards.
Acrobatics to land on his back during the shallow dive: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
Double-move to end up in a prone condition. Target square to land is behind Skaar, but Zan does not know how far he'll skid forward as a result of momentum. Green line added for reference. I'll let the GM decide how Zan ends up on the ice. :)

            Xerance walks a little further so that she is in 30ft range of the enemy sniper.
"It's not nice to just shoot arrows at people you have not met yet! They might be really nice people!"
She says before releasing another arrow.

            The man wakes up after getting a slap in the face. He stands up and moves out onto the steps while drawing his longsword. Taking advantage of the mans careless maneuvers Skaarr takes a swing with his axe.

His swing is wild and he only hits the stairs.

            Oh great, more company... Well, I didn't join the Society for the parties. Might as well start testing whether my training has been of any use.
Zanakor stands up, shoves his right hand underneath his cloak, passing through the loop of his weapon cord, to hold onto the grip of his katana which is still sheathed to his side. As he does, a small flash of light comes from inside his cloak as he channels some of his arcane pool into his weapon.
+1 weapon enchancement bonus for 1 minute
He goes into a Total Defense stance to prepare to dodge any attacks.
I'm not sure what checks I need to do to stand up on ice. But just in case...

            Zanakor stands up and takes a defensive posture, while Dario uses his cleats to charge at the blonde Aspis man. Dario's thrust is side stepped and Xerance's arrow skips off the ice. The fiendish man emerges from the temple and swings his short sword down at Skaarr.

The Aspis on the steps quickly collapses and starts snoring. The woman steps out wielding a battle axe. "This is hardly the place for a nap! She hops down from the steps to face Avarus but takes a moment to wake the sleeping man in the head. Again Skaarr tries to take advantage of the careless maneuvers of the Aspis and swings at the woman as she steps out of the temple.

            Avarus strikes the woman giving her a nasty wound but she is still standing. The blonde man pulls his shield while he steps between Dario and Skaarr. The Aspis takes a swing at Skaarr with his long sword.

            If it makes a difference I clearly said man, that woman seems to have something that makes her hard to hit. And the man is flanking a companion. I have precise shot so no worries on shooting in melee. So it would be the one on the steps.

            Dario glances back and sees Zanakor is in a possible positon to aid Skarr, so he steps over to the man on the steps and drives his rapier down at him.

            Dario steps forward and takes advantage of the prone agent by stabbing him in the gut. Zanakor activates some magical defense and steps into the melee. Prone and surrounded the Aspis agent attempts to stand up provoking from Skaarr and Dario.

Dario: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 4 + 2 = 13
Both attacks miss and the fiendish Aspis attacks Skaarr.

            Another arrow goes loose.

The arrow (probably) goes wide once again. The combat seems to confuse Xerance somehow even though she is trained at shooting into melee.

Standard action; cast infernal healing.
Skaarr wards himself with his axe as he carefully draws a small vial of unholy water, and pours on his largest wound while chanting a brief spell. He then collapses in a pool of his own blood, before his wounds begin to slowly knit themselves back together.
Take 1 damage from doing a standard action, puts me at -5.  Then pass out.
Fast healing 1 for the next 10 rounds.  See you guys when the combat's over, sorry for being totally useless (~_~)*
Seems like the tier 1 has gotten significantly more difficult than when I used to do PFS before.

            Avarus puts the the Aspis woman down with a mighty swing of his great Axe. The blonde man sees the woman drop in front of Avarus and he screams, "HILDR! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY SISTER YOU MONSTER!" He swings viciously at Dario as he is in the way.

Xerance's arrow finds the Aspis on the stairs and he goes down from his wounds. While Skaarr's wounds start to heal and he is now stable.
