its 99% done on herolab, i was sort of waiting for an appropriate moment of epiphany to add summoner powers - though i suppose Ausk is in the mix already anyway.

Yep, surprised me too actually. One of the nice features of Raging Swan's modules is their quick reference sections, and when it described the check required to ID the pool, I blinked, read it again, looked it up in the PRD, and went "huh, I'll be!"

Yeah, between the zombies and ghouls of the last adventure and now this skeleton, Vilesse has not had many chances to shine. Unless you count, you know, pushing herself into negatives to TKO the BBEG with a slumber hex. That was kind of epic :>

Also note that ear piercing scream is not a mind affecting effect...just sayin'

Yes, but... Wulfric was before Wilf in the initiative order, and Wilf was occupying the only space from which Wulfric could have attacked with his pole arm. So In order to attempt the trip action. Wulfric had to delay inlt after Wilf advanced and grappled, allowing Wulfric to step into the space he had just vacated. Sorry for not calling that out clearly at the time.

I understand the impatience, and I would love to get things back up to the same posting level before I put the game to sleep for 5 weeks. But... When we started this game I did promise that I would wait 48 hours for a character to post if needed, which is what has caused the current delay.

Also, Wilf please note in my previous game post I ret-conned some of the rolls in the party's favour due to me misreading some stats. This resulted in Wil'f original grapple not getting broken out of, which means you pinned the skeleton in round two, and were free to inflict damage in round three, which I have now rolled for you and applied. I normally don't like retroactively changing things, but in this case the error was mine and work against the party in a rather critical way, and it was a rewind of less than one round.

35 below after wind chill. So cold the car wouldn't start after work - took three hours to get a tow home - good food, cheap wine and a babysitter sounds idyllic right about now :>

Yes as far as i can make out, which makes sense with the idea that soft cover makes it harder to aim rather than actuaĺly stopping the hit dead.

Ok so I don't know what others are thinking, but I guess my dispersion of people would be this:
Vilesse against wall at the bottom of the stairs (between Wilf and Wulfric's current positions)
Ausk between Wilf and Vilesse's current positions
Tomi in Vilesse or Wulfric's current position
Wulfric in Tomi's current position with Wilf behind him against the wall.

This then fits with 1 major combatant that can see each side, 1 blind person each side (having been led back) and a good ambush position.

What do people think? because obviously I can't and wouldn't want too move them all without asking. :)

I agree with any plan that has Vilesse in back of the line of scrimmage but within 30' of where we expect the enemies to be.
