Sarczek grows larger once again, breaks free of the tentacles, and makes good use of an old woman's slippers as he begins climbing along the metallic coffin in the middle of the room.
Quiella attempts to untangle herself from her tentacle, but doesn't quite manage it.
Likewise, Halkale comes very close to breaking free, yet can't quite pull himself from the uncomfortable grasp. Nevertheless, Frostfur moves ahead. If you would prefer Frostfur to stay behind, feel free to move her back, Halkale.
To make things easier on the rest of you, you'll need to get a 25 on the CMB or Escape Artist check to break free of the tentacles.

Feeling weak and frustrated not being able to call his minions, Vailis reacts soon enough to reach his enlarge person wand and starts using it "I can enlarge one of you to try help you out of this! Whom is first?!"

Melufiuos haste double moves through the black thentacles, then through the difficult surface of the laboratory, trying to reach as close to Black as possible.

Ophelia manages to break free of her tentacle and makes her way closer to Black.

Still laughing to himself, Black moves off of his pedestal to the south and casts a Lightning Bolt directed at Frostfur and Ophelia. Frostfur and Ophelia both take 23 electric damage unless they make a DC 17 Reflex save to reduce the damage to 11 (or none thanks to Frostfur's Evasion).
Afterwards, the sounds of loud bashing ring out from the metallic coffin in the middle of the room, leaving a large dent on its north side followed by horrific, yet muffled screaming from its interior. One of the bolts from the box flies loose from the enormous box and hits Sarsczek square in the back. Sarsczek takes 9 damage from the flying bolt.

Halkale struggles to get loose
Looking back, I didn't add the +1 for my haste bonus to the CMB, I have an 8 base, which would have given me 25?
CMB, haste, just in case: 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 8 + 1 = 10
Frostfur reflex: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7 Not sure if Frostfur would have been affected by the Haste, she was a bit ahead of Halkale, not that it matters. ooof.
Frostfur falls to the ground. -1 HP
Halkale continues moving forward now angry at seeing his companion fall.
Not sure how far to move forward, if I need a reflex if I made the save last round and then move forward, I'll let you rule.

"Aaah!" Ophelia cries, the lightning shooting through her from boots to brow. With Frostfur down and her own skin blackening, she raises her shield and cries out. "Doamnă, ne ajută!"
Move 10 feet (through difficult terrain, so my full movement) to my current position, then channel. By my calculation, it should hit everyone but Sarczek (but including Frostfur), healing for 3d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 1) = 6 (which are some abysmal rolls and I'm ashamed of you, RNG.
Quiella instead heals 12, and everyone affected can reroll one attack, skill check, or save within the next round.

Halkale, the extra +1 last round would have freed you. Feel free to retcon being freed in that round and make any movement you would have made.
Ophelia, you forgot to add the +1 to your Reflex save for Haste, which allows you to only take half damage.
In the "My Bad" department, I forgot to attempt to continue my Black Tentacle grapple attempts on Quiella and Vailis.
The black tentacles hold firm on Quiella and Vailis, causing further injury. Quiella and Vailis take an additional 9 damage.

Sarsczek scrambles across the wall, around the corner, and then uses his momentum to leap as far as he can , clearing as much of the debris as he can before continuing to bound closer and closer to his foe.
15 ft climb across wall, followed by jump (with running start), then continuing movement across difficult terrain. Total speed should be 20 ft climb + 30 ft haste + 10 ft racial = 60 ft for first move action, 70 ft for second.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 10 - 1 ⇒ (4) + 10 - 1 = 13 Looks like 10 ft cleared
That total movement should be correct. If there is anything else he could have climbed across to avoid difficult terrain, let me know because that might put him on top of the platform.

Observing Halkale and Quiella are not willing to take the giant spell effect, the half-elf culminates the spell on himself.
Vailis suddenly grows large, his strength against the tentacles somehow improving.

"Yo, no fair with the lighting!" yelps the young elf after nearly leaping out of his skin. In response, he casts darkness on his adamantine dagger and tosses it at Black. I believe he is outside the maximum range for a dagger, but he is only hoping to get close. (targeting the empty square at max range)

Shhhhh! He didn't mention that in the discussion thread.... only that debris would be an improvised weapon, not that I couldn't throw it at all. Maybe he's letting me do it as a move action. I'm not 'attacking' anything, i'm just tossing something in a general direction.. He is out of max range, so it cannot be a ranged attack on Black, right? :)
Back when I was DMing AD&D 1e/2e, I probably wouldn't let me do it either. :( On the other hand, I would have let gust of wind kick up a spray of small shards of glass for at least 1 or 2d6 :) )
OK, so if I cannot do the darkness thing, then I have a completely different set of actions in mind. Lemme know.

Quickly realizing he was free from the tentacles, Halkale moves forward just as Frostfur collapses from her lightning bolt injuries.
Ophelia just barely avoids taking a full blast of electricity to the chest and moves forward a bit as she channels positive energy into the area to heal her allies. Frostfur wakes up swiftly afterwards. It looks like everyone is healed except Sarczek. I'm not sure why Quiella would receive double healing here, I'll just put her down for 6 for the time being.
Sarczek double times his movement across the room thanks partially to some climbing and jumping.
Vailis grows giant sized as well thanks to his wand, but still finds himself stuck in the tentacles.
Mel, casting Darkness is a standard action, which does not allow you to throw the dagger in the same turn. As it is, it's currently normal light in the room, so Darkness would only shift things to Dim Light, which would still allow Black to target PC's. Feel free to choose a different set of actions.
Quiella and Mel are both up.

"I deal with you first, you ninny." Black says in a bad imitation of an old woman's voice as he points a finger to Melufiuos and casts a spell.
Mel needs to make a DC 20 Will save with a -4 to the roll or he's effected by Feeblemind. If you have a reroll, this is a good place to use it.
The thrashing inside the metal box in the center of the room continues, and another bolt flies loose, this time hitting one of the tanks holding a person inside of it. The glass casing shatters, spill out the unconscious person inside and also what looks to be acid all around the immediate vicinity. Only square five feet around the tank are affected, which leaves out the PC's.
The tentacles holding Vailis and Quiella continue to hold fast to their targets and constricting them. Vailis and Quiella take an additional 5 damage from the Black Tentacles

I move 20 feet (full move with haste through difficult terrain) and cast hold person on Black. It has a range of 160 feet, so well within range. DC 17 Will save, or paralyzed for 6 rounds.

I'll do an update in a little bit, but I just wanted to jump in here to say that potions of True Strike are illegal. You can't have potions with the range "Personal." Feel free to refund yourself the cost that potion, Quiella.

Halkale barks a command for Frostfur to Stay. He then moves up further and fires an arrow at the enemy. I think my map position was wrong, but moving up won't get him into Point blank range so the roll is the same.

Costs 660gp for a Heal spell (which I will certainly chip in for) or 2PP. Anytime it's come up in a game I've played, it has more or less been treated as 'fight like you're someone's animal companion.' So no wands or activated items, no tactical movement, but you do understand who your friends are. You can join Sarsczek in the 'bite it till it stops moving' brigade.

Sarsczek has the right of it. Probably the best way to roll with it is to just act like an animal companion, albeit one that cannot understand commands. You'll still know that Black is the bad guy in any event. I'll say you can use your combat feats that don't have an intelligence prerequisite, but I don't think you're currently in a suitable mental condition to remember how to activate the spell out of the rapier. You'll still know to stick him with the stabby end, though.

Let me shed some light on this: You are an elf, you have elven immunities: immune to sleep and +2 vs enchantments ;)

Quiella, sorry but I can't allow you to switch your potion to something else in the middle of a combat.
With his mind and personality almost completely destroyed by Black's spell, Melufiuos enters a rage and moves to engage the spell-caster. Still recalling how to use blades, the elf sticks Black critically in the ribs with his rapier. Taking the first numbers rolled in the coding error, Mel did 11 damage in total.
Quiella continues to struggle against the black tentacles, but they again stymie her attempts to escape.
Perhaps feeling lucky, or perhaps just suffering from a profound case of insanity, Black attempts to cast a spell despite being grappled. He does succeed in casting defensively against a probable opportunity attack from Melufiuos, but he fails to complete the spell thanks to Sarsczek's grapple.
The beating inside the metal box continues, and another bolt flies off and breaks one of the southern green cylinders holding a humanoid inside of it. The unconscious body slides out and the immediate area is covered in caustic fluid.
The black tentacles hold firm Quiella and Vailis and continue to constrict them. Quiella and Vailis take 5 more damage.

I'll choose to pin him. That should pretty well put him out of commission.
Sarsczek snaps at black, and in the moment that he recoils to avoid the blow he grabs his other arm and holds tight, making sure he presents an easy target for Mel.
Can Mel use sneak attack now that he's pinned?
"I got missir black! Make sure dis place dont asplode on us! Get dose bodies outta dere!"
He whispers into Black's ear. "Yous gonna fix all dis or imma eat'cha."
Move action to study black so I can get my studied target bonuses on future rolls. If they ever happen.
