Checking in. Sündr is set to go.
In case anyone is interested:
Type: Face (melee bruiser/support)
Sündr is a charismatic (if brash) party face who also happens to swing a greataxe really, really well. She'll sing and swing 'til she's blue in the face and you are too. She's durable but not that durable, and prefers to spend a round buffing herself (and the party) before wading in after the tank.
When not in her preferred states of existence -- the glory of battle or, secondarily, composing a new ballad -- Sündr is a fairly social creature (and more than a little flirtatious) with an eager curiosity about the world. She's quite young, which leaves her a little lacking in worldliness, but she will get there in time.
Sündr-dögunn is a heavy bastardization of several Scandinavian languages and translates roughly as “the Song of Daybreak.”
Like many women of the Lands of Linnorm Kings, Sündr-dögunn the Spinner was never comfortable with a ‘traditional’ woman’s role in society. From an early age, she wished to partake in the battle-training of her male counterparts but, being denied despite her charming pleas, had to instead practice her swings on trees in the dead of night. Oftentimes, after sitting enraptured before an inspiring song of battle -– or better yet, White Estrid -– by the long-hall’s fire, she would sneak out into the woods with a borrowed axe and cut and hack and sing her own song until the break of day.
As she aged, the boys of the village noticed her growth, and she earned a few frowns by noticing right back. In the mead halls, her nimble tongue and rousing song always drew attention -- attention which she was usually happy to repay. Her love of life earned her the nickname ‘the Spinster,’ which she happily adapted for her own as ‘the Spinner’ in homage to her spinning axe and her spun ballads. Despite the unfriendly standards of her society, Sündr was quite content in her village near Trollheim. There was mead to be had, songs to be sung, enemies to fight (usually from Irrisen), and a warm bed each night.
That all changed in 4710 AR, when Shadow Lodge agents under the command of the Spider attempted to destroy the armory of Trollheim. As she happened to be in the city’s market at the time, Sündr heard much about the esteemed Pathfinder Society after its agents foiled the plot through glorious combat. She immediately packed up her few belongings and journeyed south in search of adventure -– and the Grand Lodge of Absalom, where she might become a Pathfinder herself.
Today, she searches the inner sea for glory as a Field Agent. She has grown quite fond of the Society and its many fine tales, from Durvin Gest all the way to its present mighty war against the Worldwound. Secretly, she has become an agent of the Sovereign Court, not out of any love of aristocracy per se, but because she wholeheartedly supports the system of rule used in her homeland: the rule of the mighty. She hopes that, in time, all of Avistan will bow to Linnorm Kings –- and that she might one day be among them.

Hello, can I switch Jiro Honda to this game and Edvard Ulfsson to the Slave Pits of Absalom. Is that okay? Ulfsson is a member of Liberty's Edge faction, so I'd prefer to play that scenario with him.

It seems as though this is a bit slow starting. Perhaps the other players don't realize we have started? I only noticed by chance because I was checking the sign up sheet.

Hooray for 1.5 bards! Fortunately, our inspired bonuses will stack.
Skald, cleric, sorcerer, ninja, bard. I guess that makes me the tank. Sündr is very okay with that.

Bold Strider: Because I've not played Gyles before I've updated him to use Season 6 factions and traits (he was originally built before the end of Season 5). His actual faction is Liberty's Edge, the Andoran icon is being used because they are the backwards-compatibility faction and the new Season 6 factions do not have icons available yet.
Other than that I think he's good to go.

I believe this is my first time playing with all of you -- good to meet everybody!

Is it okay to make changes to my character since we haven't really started yet? If not, I can wait till the end of the scenario. Thanks.
Okay, I'm finished with the character--no more changes. I still have the old theologian version of this char in case it's too late to make any changes, but I thought it'd be more fun if I wasn't playing a very similar style to Sam Drakenfel.

Hey everybody,
A heads up: I have just accepted a new position that will have me working an estimated 12 hours a day, seven days a week, for the next two months. My posting frequency is definitely going to drop but I'm gonna do my very, very best to make sure I am posting at least once per day. However, I will be traveling to my new location Monday through Wednesday and may be entirely unable to post during that time. (I'll try, but I can't make promises.)
I hope my absence won't be troublesome; Bold Strider is welcome to bot me if need be (my full stat-block is on my character page).
Cheers,
Andrew/Sündr

Yeah, sorry. Really trying to keep up; pushing the story is harder at the moment. Will do my best (and try to do better). Thanks for your patience.

Hey folks,
Really really sorry about dropping off yet again. 100 hours turned into 120 and I'm running on almost no food and less sleep. Only six more days of hell though and then I'm free!
I will hopefully have a chance to play with you again when I am not being crushed by work. In the meantime, hope it was fun! I know it was for me, when I was around.
Cheers,
Andrew/Sundr
