I try.
Sanctified Slayer Inquistor 7, Swashbuckler 1, Mantis Zealot Warpriest 8 (if it becomes legal)
Feat investments are going to be slashing grace and two weapon fighting with sawtooth sabres.
By level 3 this guy should start to hit his stride, then at later levels between buffing myself and allies, studied target, and sneak attack I should be pulling my wait for damage output and utility.
Of course my other builds are my counter striker Alan, and my diplomacy machine Kaneka (Animist Shaman) with a +25 diplomacy at level 3.
I have also started a grappler build with tetori monk and strangler brawler. Eventually loosing the lawfulness and adding in some brutal pugilist barbarian.

So far, then, we have:
Auke - (participating?)
DaWay - Red Mantis (martial (melee?) with some divine)
Hawkwen - (fill in the gaps)
Pedwiddle - ??
Skorn - Caster (arcane) - blaster? control?
Sounds like we need a healer, some ranged combat, and some more melee. Tempted to go with either a reach cleric (primarily healer, some melee), reach warpriest (primarily melee, some healing), or a bloodrager (melee; possibly switching to dragon disciple PrC; draconic bloodline if I need it for PrC, aberrant otherwise).
Thoughts?

Reach clerics with some strength work pretty well. You have to sacrifice some wisdom, which means your spells are better off buffing and healing and not attacking the enemy. But that is what your spear is for. :)

The first level is a bit of a grab-bag. It improves from there, though. At the very least, my plan was to run the first level since that'll get us in for the GameDay and is something everyone can do. It would also give me time to get No Response from Deepmar (a level 8 module, so 7-9 can play) if the group wants to get back together with these current PCs afterwards. Sound good?
