How much is it to copy spells

To copy a spell from a scroll (or spellbook) is 10gp for 1st level and 40gp for second.
(10xsquare of level)

If you need to pay for access to the spell, that adds another 50% onto it.

Generally wizards have a high enough spellcraft, but remember in theory you do need to make a spellcraft roll to check you can know the spell.
(DC is 15+ spell level, with take ten, even most first level wizards can do this if they put a point into spellcraft).
